Fantastic experience: I’ve come to this location for another specialist so I know all of the front desk ladies . They are the very best . But my first time meeting Dr Tron and having Grace the hygienist clean my teeth . Being a former Dental assistant, I’m very comfortable in the chair . Grace was very informative, precessional and personable . She did an excellent job . Very happy to meet Dr. Tron. Everyone there will help make your visit enjoyable and satisfying . If you’re anxious about stepping foot into a dental office , this is the best office to come to.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy with the service I received at Abbeville West! I went in with what felt like a tooth trying to “go south” on me. I’m so grateful they could get me in the same day and their compassion and ability to explain what was going on with me and what needed to be done was unsurpassed. Dr. Estrada was absolutely wonderful and was so gentle! Sierra, who assisted her in the procedure, was so kind and so soothing because I think she knew I was a little nervous. I will definitely, without a doubt, return to Abbeville West for my future dental needs. The young ladies at front, whose names I regretfully cannot remember, we’re so kind. It’s nice to go into a place when you’re in pain and you’re anxious to be met with such compassion and kindness and expertise! Thank you so much to all of you who were a part of my care!

Negative experience: I will never remind you to anyone's. My $3000.00 dentures I thew in the trash. They way made to big no way could I eat or open my mouth with them. I am back to wearing my 5 year old dentures that are small but doesn't fit very well.

They explain what they are going to be doing every step of the way and make sure to answer any questions you may have. The staff and doctors keep checking it anything is hurting and if so to want you to let them know. It’s important to them to make sure you are not in any pain while the doing the.procedure. I just started going there and it is a great place to go for any dental work. You will not be disappointed. You will love it! I definitely recommend Abbeville Dentistry on 82nd Street.

Negative experience: Dishonest, unethical, and all they do is take advantage of their patients. "You're insurance only covers so much, but here's some info on how to take out a loan to pay for treatment." Seriously? I don't even think the dentists went to dental school.

Negative experience: The receptionist displayed exceptional courtesy. However, the subsequent interactions were disappointingly impolite. The standards at this establishment are subpar. It is quite astonishing how different the service is at another branch. Regrettably, we have decided not to return and will be sharing our experience with others. Caution advised.

Negative experience: dentist Amanda Estrada had unwelcoming attitude. she did my procedure with least attention. She put me on hold in between and did other patients. they were discussing movies while doing my procedure.

Fantastic experience: I have been treated like family since coming into this dentistry. When I had an emergency, Abbeville got me in right away and provided excellent service. Despite my appointment taking longer than expected, they treated me with utmost kindness. They replaced my crown, and you can't even tell I have a fake tooth. I would highly recommend for not only cosmetic dentistry but for any!

Negative experience: First couple of visits were great, they did what was asked. Then I got a different dentist and hygienist after a few years and they were saying the complete opposite of what the other workers have told me. Plus some other difficulties they were having with there equipment they even admitted that it was faulty and they couldn’t understand it. This is what a dentist had said. L O L. Must have gotten dental certification online.

Negative experience: Have been going to this office for 16 years but our fav doctor left. Since then it's a carousel of doctors, you never know who you're going to get. I have trauma regarding dentistry and I made this very clear to them on the pre-op appt and the day of the filling. They managed to make my trauma worse. I can't never, ever, trust the doctors there (the other staff are great) again. I gave 2 stars because despite the ordeal I went through the filling does feel much better.

Negative experience: You left a pressure point or part of the cavity in my 2nd moller. The dentists also kept sending to other locations instead of him doing simple dentistry. Have to assume it may have been one of your staff that gave me an ugly text message.
