Fantastic experience: My wife had her wisdom teeth surgery done here in 2022, and recommended that I use the same oral surgeon. I had my surgery done by the same surgeon in December of 2025. I highly recommend Dr. Ioppolo because he takes the time to listen to your concerns, helps you feel comfortable before, during, and after the procedure and even throughout your follow up period. The facility is clean and well managed, and the staff are all professional.

Fantastic experience: I needed a tooth removed when an old crown broke and the tooth could not be saved. The tooth was in bad shape altho I had no nerve pain due to the previous root canal there. I was reallllly fearful about the procedure and put it off til I couldn’t anymore. The day of surgery I expected to be out of commission for several days but immediately after I was fine - no pain no issues at all. I played pickleball two days later. I didn’t even need a Tylenol. Had a bone graft done during the extraction surgery to prepare for an implant next year and now I am not so freaked out about the future process. Plus I really liked Dr I he’s a nice guy. Yay! 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: I am extremely pleased with the care I received from Dr Ioppolo. I had oral surgery to remove a fibroma inside my right cheek. I am happy to say the procedure was relatively painless. Dr Ioppolo ensured my skin was numb before beginning the procedure and I felt nothing during the procedure. Everyone on the office staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. I highly recommend Dr Ioppolo’s care for any oral dental problems that may require oral surgery.

Negative experience: Had higher hopes for this oral surgeon based on reviews however my experience was not very pleasant. If you have dental anxiety, this is NOT the place for you. Had some painful issues that even after my followup were not fixed. I ended up having to go to another oral surgeon to fix the problem.

Fantastic experience: Extraction of an infected molar went more smoothly today than I could ever have imagined. Dr. Ioppolo is a Jedi Master surgeon who cares deeply about the well-being of his patients!

Fantastic experience: Dr.Ioppolo and staff were able to see me quickly after having pain from an abscess. I had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out and was well taken care of. The procedure was smooth and I seemed to be done and on my way home for recovery in no time. The staff continued to check in on me after the procedure to see how I was feeling and how my healing was progressing. Everybody was personable, welcoming, informative, and caring every step of the way.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my wisdom teeth removed by Doctors Hill and Ioppolo, and overall, my experience was very positive. The doctor was extremely professional, and my recovery was quick and easy. As someone with a gag reflex, I was nervous about going under anesthesia, but the doctor assured me that I wouldn't vomit, and he was right. One moment I was in the operating chair, and the next, I was in the car, chatting nonsensically with my mom. However, there were a couple of issues. When consulting with the doctor, I felt there was a lack of options. The only option presented to me was to have all four wisdom teeth removed, but I only wanted the bottom ones out. I wish the doctor had asked for my opinion before proceeding. Additionally, the person setting my IV missed my arm, causing me to bleed and feel light-headed. This experience made me wish there had been a more experienced medical assistant present, especially when new assistants are practicing on patients. Despite these issues, I would still give Doctors Hill and Ioppolo a 5 out of 5 rating and would recommend them. I will likely return to have my other wisdom teeth removed here.

Positive experience: I had a great experience with Dr Iopollo but a not so great experience with his staff. I had to make multiple phone calls with no return call about what happened to the insurance check that was supposed to have been forwarded to me. Dr Ioppolo called me back within an hour of the final call apologizing for the incident and placed a stop payment on the original check. I received a new check in the mail within a week. He also followed up with me a few days later to ensure I had received it

Fantastic experience: From the first phone call that I received telling me that I was a finalist for the Smiles for Soldiers Program I knew that I would be in great hands. I knew I was in the right place as soon as I opened the door. Jan was the first person to greet me, and I immediately felt as though I was speaking with an old friend. The entire staff is wonderful, and this has been an experience that I will never forget. Dr. Ioppolo instantly made me feel at ease as he explained the full on four procedure to me answering all my questions. When they announced that I was the winner of the contest on Veteran’s Day, I was surprised, shocked and excited all at the same time. I became slightly anxious prior to the procedure but I was again assured that I would do fine. Dr. Ioppolo and the assembled team performed the procedure on a Tuesday and I was back at work by that same Thursday. I used to cry because of the pain in my mouth and the embarrassment that I felt because of the look of my mouth. I just got done crying because I feel like a whole new person not afraid of the challenges I experience as a nurse. I believe that people take me more seriously because I feel more confident. I will always be thankful to everyone at Dr. Ioppolo’s office for making me feel like family. Yes, that Is how I feel. I never felt like a patient….just family.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been iffy about dentist. So I was super nervous about getting all three wisdom teeth done at one time. Just like anyone else you hear the horror stories. It took me a bit to schedule but so glad I did. All the employees up front were super nice and patient. Explained everything very well. Negative experience: I was told I would be put to sleep and wouldn't feel anything. I was put to sleep and woke up when I started feeling pain. I asked why they were pulling my teeth without numbing them and the doctor was so evil telling me it didn't matter because I won't remember. The doctor then dramatized the pulling and I could hear the nurse telling him to stop behaving that way even if I wouldn't remember "traumatizing patients isn't what were here for." It also took them 2 weeks after to even give me my after care kit. Horrible! Response: My legal name is Laura. You did have me in your system and responded as such in a different comment. Looks like that comment was deleted. This is how I was treated and shame on you!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Ioppolo by my dentist for my wisdom tooth extraction. On the day of my appointment, I arrived 15 minutes before and was promptly called back. Everything about the procedure was explained to me by Dr.Ioppolo. Upon concluding my visit, a member office spoke with me and told me up front how much It would cost me, which I appreciated. The office was clean and the employees were professional and well kept. Thank you all for your professionalism, courteousness, and the ability to get patients seen in a timely manner.

Negative experience: My daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled and a bone graph here on Friday. She was in a lot of pain just a few hours after surgery. When Ioppolo called that night to check on her I expressed my concerns over her pain level. His response “I’m surprised to hear this, I’ve never had a patient complain of pain after surgery”. He was very arrogant and blew off any concerns I had for my daughter. It is Sunday now and her face is very swollen and she’s still in a lot of pain. The office also withheld the fact they were a non-narcotic facility during our consult. He didn’t want to hear that either and told me we were informed of that during the consult. I don’t appreciate it being implied that I’m a liar. The first time I was told they wouldn’t prescribe her anything for pain was after they took her back for surgery. I will NOT bring my daughter back here for her implant. If you want an oral surgeon who will take your concerns seriously I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: The staff was very welcoming, especially being a college student and having to go to the oral surgeon by myself for the first time. They were very sweet and made sure that not only I but my ride after the surgery were aware of everything from the start. Overall had a simple and easy recovery.

Fantastic experience: The lower tooth I had removed by another firm before seeing Dr. Ioppolo took the dentist over 40 minutes to extract because of complications. This extraction of an upper molar by Dr. Ioppolo took less than 12 minutes, and I was walking out the door. The following week, I had no pain and no swelling. I didn’t even need an ice pack or any Tylenol. I’ve never had such an amazing experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Ioppolo to anyone needing an extraction. He is very professional and experienced.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t find an oral surgeon that would schedule me for a month or more, and even then, they all charged three times what I paid here. I was in the process of becoming a student research project at A&M just because they were only going to make me wait a week when I was referred to Dr. Ioppolo by my mom. Dr. Ioppolo scheduled me immediately and it was all a memory in a matter of a few days. The experience was much easier than I expected. I was baffled by how easy and painless the whole thing was. There is no reason to keep looking for an oral surgeon once you’ve discovered where Dr. Ioppolo is.

Fantastic experience: We chose this facility for my son’s wisdom teeth procedure based on all the fantastic reviews, and we were very happy we did! Excellent service from the start- even just calling to ask about the initial consultation they were very nice and answered all of the questions we could come up with. The doctor personally followed up a few days later, and the office followed up again. We have another kiddo who will be having his procedure done likely within the next 18 months and we’ll definitely be going back here!

Negative experience: Got all 4 wisdom teeth removed at 9am and was out by 9:45am, then I get home and I am all of a sudden in the worst pain I have ever felt. Like they are still drilling into my mouth. And come to find out they didn’t prescribe me pain meds they gave me an anti inflammatory((: after going and getting pain meds(: like they should have given I am feeling much better and not in near as much pain.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff was friendly, helpful and caring. Dr. Ioppolo was professional as very considerate of any fears I might have had regarding my tooth removal surgery. The doctor also called me after the surgery to ensure I was feeling better and to determine if there was any pain. Very good experience for an oral surgery!!

When Dr was done with my procedure, my husband was ready and waiting for me with my instructions, etc. Everything flowed very smoothly. Dr, himself, called later that evening to see how I was doing. Fantastic experience: I LOVED my experience here with Dr. Ioppollo and his surgical team. Before this, I had never had any type of surgery and I was extremely nervous about it. Everything was so quick and easy though and everyone was soooo informative. Dr. Ioppollo made sure I didn’t have any questions before my surgery and sat down at talked to me about it in depth—knowledge is power! They even have before and after care videos they send you that you can rewatch that are very informative and typically will answer any other questions you might have or may have forgotten. The surgical team is also very nice and understanding... specifically Kyle! I have an intense fear of anesthesia and IV drugs and he even held my hand while they stuck the needle in to help keep me calm. Just over all a 10/10. HIGHLY recommend.
