Negative experience: I had to call three times to get them to file with my insurance. Then when they did they didn't file with the right code so the insurance only paid for the x-ray. I paid an upfront amount which they asked me to pay. I called and left a message that the claim had not been filed right I believe they didn't refile it. I got a bill saying I was 90 days past due with a certain amount due. I paid that amount and it has cleared my bank but I received another bill saying I still owed more money. This is not a professional way to run a business

Negative experience: The disorganization at this place is astounding! They rescheduled our appointments constantly, completely forgot about the procedure they were supposed to book/quote for me, lost the X-rays my previous dentist sent over, and expected me to find said X-rays while sitting in the dentist chair. I finally got up and left due to frustration! When I finally made it to a computer I found the information and called the office, and they admitted they did have the X-rays but had misplaced them. For what it’s worth, I only require cleanings, so I rarely see the dentist, but Dr Randers did some work for my wife and she said he was excellent. Too bad the office is in shambles! The Dentists should know they lost 4 patients due to the office’s disorganization, not the quality of the dental work.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Randers was of out of the office, so l saw Dr Midcoff, who upon looking at my teeth, said l needed some shaping of a few of my teeth which wouldn’t require anesthesia. He also said l needed to wear a plastic mouth guard at noght to stop my tooth grinding
