Fantastic experience: My wife has been a patient of Dr. Bell for 35 years. We moved to Northern California 7 years ago and one of the contingent points with our relo was my wife's desire to continue to see Dr. Bell. We hop on a plane and travel 500 miles to visit Dr. Bell for cleanings, etc. Yes, he's that good. His staff is incredible, the office environment cozy and the personalized service priceless. We've been traveling 500 miles each way to see Dr. Bell for seven years and look forward to the trip each and every time. How many medical providers would you travel 500 miles to? I would whole heartily recommend Dr. Bell to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Dr. Bell for over 15 yrs, first it was Dr. Bell Sr. who take care of all my dental works, then follow by Dr. Bell Jr. I'm over 50 and had a lots of dental work done, I've never stay with a dentist for more than 3 years until I found The Bell family Dentistry. This is my last stop, I don't need to look for another dentist as long as I stay in SoCal. Why? They have a team of excellent staffs, office is well organized and clean, both father and son doctors work great together to give you the best dental services I've ever experienced. A 5 star well deserved.

Negative experience: My mom and I have been patients there for 30+ years. Huge fans of both Dr Bells. My Mom has Alzheimers, and today my husband took off work and was driving from 3 hrs away to take her to her appt. They cancelled it last minute while he was en route to her. Despite explaining the circumstances to the front desk person (which they also knew from when I confirmed the appt last week) she said she didn't care, had no control over life happening, and refused to ask others if they could r/s, or consider swapping the cancellation for someone who lived locally. I understand team members get sick, but using consideration for what it takes to get some people into the office would have been appreciated. They lost two long time customers today.

Fantastic experience: I was in need of a new dentist, and Dr. Bell came highly recommended. What a great recommendation – his staff was so nice and went out of their way to accommodate me and make me feel at home and relaxed. And Dr. Bell was wonderful. He took his time and explained what he recommended. Somehow, he avoided the pain and discomfort that I’ve always experienced when a dentist does a procedure, and he did it all while being pleasant and affable. I’ve definitely found my new dentist!

I have been connected to this practice for nearly 20 years, and they recently reminded me exactly why they are so special. After another dentist told me I needed 8–10 fillings, I came here for a second opinion. They took the time to carefully review everything and confirmed that the additional work was not necessary. Their thoroughness and integrity gave me tremendous peace of mind. This practice has always gone above and beyond. Dr. Bell has carried forward an incredible legacy from his father, who was equally thoughtful and compassionate. I still remember when I was pregnant with my first child and he gifted me a pair of baby UGG boots — a kindness I’ve never forgotten. If I had my way, my children and grandchildren would come to this dentist for life. Dr. Bell Sr. would be incredibly proud of the integrity, compassion, and excellence his son continues to uphold. This is what ethical, patient-centered dentistry looks like.

She recommended bell family dentistry where she and her family have gone for years and it was exceptional from the start. My husband is now a patient and even when they stopped taking our insurance (delta dental), we have continued to pay out of network because it just feels worth it to have quality dental care.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best dentists ever!!! I have always had a fear of dentists due to my bleeding gums and sensitivity. Every visit was extremely painful, even for a cleaning, and I was never treated with care or sympathy, only lectured about flossing more. On my first visit several years ago, Dr. Brandon Bell was extremely sympathetic to my pain and fear, and he offered to numb my gums with a topical anesthetic for my cleaning so I wouldn't feel anything and could relax. It worked! That was the best pain-free exam and cleaning I have ever experienced and now they have the anesthetic ready for me at every visit. I don’t mind cleanings anymore. Thank you Dr. Bell and Debby!!

Fantastic experience: We've been going here for our dentistry care for more than 20 years. We started with Dr Geoff Bell and now working with his son Dr Brandon Bell. Everyone here, from the physicians to the receptionist, are first rate caring people that make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I recently had a bit of dental emergency over a weekend. I showed up at their door without an appointment first thing Monday morning. They welcomed me in with a smile as if they were expecting me; took me right to the back and diagnosed the issues. Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr Bell this week was wonderful I had a crown placed on a cracked tooth. It was seamlessly pain free. Each step of the process was explained in detail. I was constantly asked if I was ok. The day following I am still pain free. My only complaint with Bell Family Dentistry is that they no longer accept my insurance, Delta Dental. I am unsure how that will affect charges. I would hate to lose their service but cannot afford higher fees.

Fantastic experience: When a family member had a bicycle accident late on a Friday afternoon Dr. Bell arranged to see him Saturday morning at 8:00 to assess the situation and take impressions. He then rearranged his schedule for Monday morning to put in temporary teeth. We are so grateful for his speedy help.

Fantastic experience: I broke my tooth yesterday eating hard bread and called Dr. Bell’s office and was told to come right over and in less than 45 minutes after arriving I was heading home with a repaired tooth and a new appointment scheduled for a permanent replacement. Negative experience: I attempted to schedule an appointment at the dental clinic where Dr. Geoffrey but unfortunately, Dr. Geoffrey has retired, and I didn't have the opportunity to meet his son. However, my attempt to make an appointment turned into a deeply troubling and discriminatory experience. Despite being a previous client, the receptionist refused to schedule an appointment for me. When I inquired about the reason, another receptionist called me and callously explained that it was because I mentioned having pain and that there were no availableappointments. I clarified that it was a sensitive matter, and I preferred to wait for a suitable appointment. To my shock, she responded with a curt 'No now or later.' This left me deeply disturbed and frustrated. When I expressed my intention to leave a review, the receptionist displayed complete indifference, showing a disregard for customer satisfaction. I have never experienced such disrespect and an unexplained denial of a dental appointment. The only reasonable explanation is that it was based on my accent, which is disheartening and unacceptable. I eventually found an alternative dental clinic across the street and am grateful for the decision. The treatment I received there is not only professional but also compassionate. It is disheartening to think that the initial clinic could harbor racist and discriminatory practices. Every business, regardless of its rating, should unequivocally prioritize respectful and inclusive service for all its clients

Fantastic experience: Bell Family Dentistry is the absolute best! Their customer service is outstanding and you can tell they really care about their patients. I trust them and have never felt pressured to have work done that wasn’t absolutely necessary. One time they had to unexpectedly cancel a cleaning for my wife and a couple of days later we received a hand written letter apologizing for the cancelation and a Starbucks gift card to make up for it. They were able to get her in for a new appointment only a week later. That is the kind of local family business I want to support! They are considered out of network for our dental insurance now and I still haven’t thought twice about finding a different dentist. 100% can’t recommend them enough.

The whole tone of the office, from the receptionist, the accountant, the dental hygienists, to Dr. Bell himself, is welcoming and caring. I whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Bell.

Fantastic experience: Enjoy coming here as much as anyone can enjoy the dentist :-) The hygienists are friendly, efficient and sympathetic if something is bothering your mouth while they are doing their job. Dr. Bell is great and relatable when discussing issues with your teeth. I've been coming here for years and would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was always nervous about going to the dentist as it had been many many years since I had been in for a cleaning/check-up. I finally decided to come in near the end of the year as I didnt want my dental insurance to go to waste. Dr. Bell understood that, made me feel comfortable, and was able to address all the issues I had before the end of the year. I was in their office every week and we did one quadrant of my mouth and now I am back on track with regular cleanings. Dr. Bell and his son are both fantastic dentists that I would recommend to anyone, especially those who may be a little anxious about dental work.

Positive experience: Just curious at what cadence does the dentist come do a Review of your mouth once the hygienist is finished with her work ? It seems like it has been a year since Dr. Bell came in and did an overview. The visit was fine and thorough.

Fantastic experience: I am grateful to have Dr. Bell as my dentist. He is serious about my dental health but is able to treat me in an easy going manner. I appreciate his expertise and relaxed demeanor as he examines my teeth and delivers advice and recommendations. Debbie does an amazing job cleaning my teeth. She is diligent in her work but is always making sure I am as comfortable as one can during the cleaning. I am thankful to have been referred to Dr. Bell and would highly recommend seeing him if you're in need of a good Dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have only had the best experiences with Dr. Bell and I have been going for 5 years now. Very experienced dentist and the work they have done is outstanding.
