Negative experience: Although the staff and hygienist were very friendly, I would not recommend this facility. I reviewed several 4-5 star reviews and decided to give it a try. The hygienist did a great job, but I felt pressured by the doctor to get procedures that probably weren’t necessary. Several fillings, a crown, and maybe visalign. After the doctor was informed that I was only getting 1 filling on that day, she rushed in the room, seemed upset, and literally scolded me, asking why I wasn’t getting all fillings and the crown done that day. LUCKILY, I didn’t. I decided to only get 2 fillings. The procedure felt so rushed. The numbing injection was EXTREMELY painful. The procedure for the fillings were so rushed. After 5-10 minutes for 2 fillings, she was done. I even questioned her about it. It’s been several weeks now and I am experiencing discomfort and pain. I will not go back to this doctor. Overall, practice seems rushed and profit driven. It’s sad. Being an ethical and honest practice would be a lot more rewarding. I will not go back. Be careful.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at Miramar Parkway Dental Care. Since moving to the area, I was looking for a new dentist, and I’m so glad I found this practice! The office is modern, spotless, and clearly very well-managed. The efficiency was impressive. I filled out my paperwork online ahead of time and I was taken back almost immediately. Throughout the entire appointment, there was never a pause or delay; they were prompt and focused on my care the whole time. Before the cleaning even started, they outlined exactly what my insurance would cover and what my out-of-pocket costs would be. My hygienist, Daniela M., was professional and thorough. She used imaging tools that were far more advanced than my previous dentist and took the time to show me detailed views of my teeth, even walking me through how their technology works. She clearly takes pride in her work, spending extra time on some stubborn teeth staining I had. My dentist, Dr. Mariah L., was equally fantastic. She took the time to answer all my questions, and I never felt rushed. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. To top it off, the costs were very comparable to what I paid at my prior office. Definitely recommend them!

Negative experience: The staff is exceptionally kind, but I was scheduled for a cleaning and waited almost 2 hours only to be told that they couldn’t attend to me. Having to reschedule me on a future date resulting in me having to request a 2nd day off work from my employer

Negative experience: This says 1, but my vote is 0, here come my story: As doctors, they agreed to take care of my health, no matter what, although they prioritized their wallet. Unforturnatelly there was X-rays already, and I had caries before they got me. Their treatment 3 crowns and root cannnals, no caries! They charged me over $3K, it' s my insurance, not them, but they should go straight to the caries, as that is an ongoing infection, if I need so say this, it means that they need a prioritizing license, in order to make it right everyday. As administration, a joke! they kept almost $500 just because they want it, when I confronted them they say that they were expecting my claim to return it, really! How can I return somewhere they hurt me so much. As healers, they broke my tooth, putting a crown, its root was broken, and it got infected. Their result, removal of the crown, removal of the freaking expensive crowned dent, they tried to save, filling with someone' s bone in my madibula and 5 points of suture. Thank you Miramar Parkway Dental Care. Never return! They should treat no human, as they don' t consider their customers are humans, just beasts. Please don' t treat beast either!

Negative experience: Do NOT go to this Dentist. The Dentist and hygienist are good. However, they will rob you. The first time I visited this office I needed a deep cleaning and X-rays. I went with a coupon that stated cleaning, X-rays etc, $100. I ended up paying $800. I decided to get dental insurance with my job. I went back for a cleaning 6 mos later with my insurance in hand and they tried to charge me a $50 deductible, although my insurance doesn’t charge deductibles for a cleaning. I told the hygienist to let me get my insurance on the line. She said, that I would have to reschedule by the time she waited on the line for me to get an insurance rep. I laughed and said there’s no need to reschedule because I won’t be coming back! I went to my car and called my insurance rep, she said that I did not have to pay a deductible. I went back in the office with my rep on the speaker. She informed the staff there would be no deductible. They tried to tell her that I had to pay a $50 deductible because this was a follow up cleaning to a deep cleaning. My insurance rep advised me to leave because they were stealing from me if they charged $50. I took my records and left! I will never go to the dentist or recommend this dentist to anyone! I should have listened to other people’s reviews that also state how this office robbed them out of money.

Negative experience: I originally found this office because I lived just two minutes away. My first two visits were very pleasant the hygienist and front office staff were super sweet and inviting. They made such a good impression that my whole family switched to this office. However, my last three visits with the dentist, Sarah Menias, were absolutely terrible. I needed a permanent crown due to a very traumatic incident. I confided in her about it because she initially seemed trustworthy and kind. Unfortunately, my second follow-up visit turned into a complete nightmare. She came in acting very arrogant and rushed. She gave me the wrong information about my previous appointment and then became aggressive with me during treatment. She even tried to medicate me without my knowledge, which I did not appreciate. When I spoke up for myself, instead of addressing my concerns, she told me she wouldn’t finish my treatment plan and accused me of being “very disrespectful.” All I wanted was for her to clearly communicate what she was doing. To make matters worse, she told me that what happened to me was “not her fault” and that she was my “superhero saving the day.” I found this extremely unprofessional, disgusting, and distasteful. What’s even more concerning is that I later learned I was not the only one who had issues with her that day several patients of color had similar complaints. I’m very disappointed and will be going elsewhere for my future care. I strongly recommend others do the same.

Fantastic experience: Love this dental office. Front desk staff are always very friendly and helpful answering all of my questions. The dental hygienist Yohanna is amazing. I had a great cleaning with her today.

Negative experience: I went to this office for the first time expecting a simple cleaning, as I was told over the phone that my insurance covers cleanings and X-rays. The office itself is very clean and welcoming, and the hygienist, Johanna, was wonderful—kind, attentive, and gentle. However, after nearly an hour of X-rays, the doctor came in and quickly listed off a long list of procedures I “needed,” without much explanation or warmth. Soon after, the billing staff handed me an itemized estimate of over $1,000 just for what they claimed was a “cleaning,” including extra charges like $150 for an electric toothbrush, $50 for mouthwash, $70 for a cancer screening, and several $70 “antibiotic” charges (this is not including the price for the root canal and crown I do actually need, which was another $1400). I was also told they didn’t have time to do the cleaning that day even if I wanted to, and that my insurance doesn't cover periodontic cleanings which is what I "need". What I thought would be a routine cleaning turned into an overwhelming sales pitch, and I left having had only X-rays done. The overall experience felt pushy and profit-driven.

Fantastic experience: I had my third teeth cleaning this year by Dental Hygienist Stelle. She and all the employees are a pleasure to work with. Everything is always properly researched and clearly explained. As usual, all went very well. I had my teeth cleaning by dental hygenist Estelle Joseph on May 22, 2025, who did a great job, as usual. She's very attentive and, along with her office staff, provided directions on how I can improve my oral health. It's a pleasure to be treated by her. Dental Hygienist Stelle Joseph did an outstanding job during my teeth cleaning. She's a true professional, and the dentist and office staff are also very helpful and outstanding. Greatly appreciated! I had my first deep teeth cleaning today. I am very sensitive to pain, thus I was very grateful that novocaine and gas was administered. The dental hygienist was very patient and understanding. Very happy! I will be attending my second deep teeth cleaning tomorrow.

Negative experience: The dentists are good. The accounting are scammers! Upfront I was given a price which we agreed on, completed the service paid in full. Six months later they sent me a bill that stated that I have outstanding balance which would be twice of the initial cost that I wasn’t aware of or agree on. I called and try to talk to the manger but forever on hold. I happen to me twice..it’s a shame that the bill department cannot do a good job!

It's not often that one can find a professional services office where the dentist, hygienist, office manager, receptionist and office staff are all polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Negative experience: As a patient, I understand it is my right to make informed decisions about my treatment, including choosing to proceed only with options covered by my insurance at this time. Unfortunately, when I communicated this, I felt that the response from the financial staff was unprofessional and dismissive. A staff member made a comment implying that choosing the "bare minimum" would hinder my healing, which I found inappropriate and judgmental in the way she communicated. During my cleaning, I also experienced discomfort. Despite letting the dental hygienist know that she was hurting me, the response was that it was my own fault for not cleaning properly — rather than adjusting the approach or showing empathy. The cleaning itself felt rushed, and I was handled roughly throughout, including having mouth with force multiple times. While I appreciate the professionalism and kindness shown by the dentist herself, I was disappointed by the overall experience with the supporting staff. Due to the lack of courtesy and sensitivity from the team, I have decided not to return to this office.

Negative experience: The day of my apt the dentist wasn’t in so I had another that was for the day. I had an apt for 2 fillings ended up with three the dentist filled the wrong one. I heard I don’t see anything here and the assistant realized it was the tooth next to it. Also my wisdom teeth that need to be extracted for w.e reason they wanted to fill it first made nonsense why fill it when it needs to be extracted ? My wisdom filling broke 1 week in. I never went back this was in 2023. I still think of possibly speaking to a lawyer … oh yeah and before she started the treatment she said let’s hurry up and get her out of here.

Negative experience: I will NEVER return to this clinic! They mislead you into getting treatments by claiming insurance will cover the costs, only for you to receive a surprise bill later. This experience has been nothing short of unfair. My hygienist was great—kind and thorough—but after my cleaning, the doctor recommended a treatment to reverse cavities in three of my teeth. Before agreeing to anything, I explicitly asked them to check with my insurance because I couldn't afford a large bill. The office staff who handles insurance confirmed that the treatment was covered, and I would only need to pay $115 out-of-pocket. Based on their assurance, I moved forward with the treatment and paid the $115 upfront. Fast forward to this week, I receive a bill for an additional $260. When I called to ask about the charge, they told me the $115 was just an “estimate”—something that was NEVER communicated to me at any point. Had I known it was just an estimate, I would not have gone ahead with the treatment! They told me it would be fully covered, and I would only owe $115. To make matters worse, they pointed to a small disclaimer on the form I signed that supposedly says it’s just an estimate. This was never properly explained to me. When I asked about the form, I was told, “Oh, it’s just to show that we gave you the price”—not once did they mention this could change. If you're looking for a transparent, honest clinic, DO NOT come here. I trusted them, and now I’m stuck with an unexpected and unfair bill. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I will be looking for a new dentist who is actually upfront and honest with their patients.

Your appointment time is respected and I never have to sit and wait for any long periods. I was late 10 mins my last appointment and my hygienist called to see if I was on my way. Treatment plans are detailed and very precise as to what will be paid by insurance vs out of pocket expenses, I highly recommend this dental office to everyone .

I was greeted pleasantly by Stelle the hygienist, and was escorted on-time to the room where she professionally explained to me the procedure, then she expertly cleaned my teeth. I was moved to another room where a Judy, the friendly dental assistant, was introduced to me. We chatted up a storm while she prepared me for my next procedure. A cool and friendly dude, Dr. Sirage was introduced to me. Again, he went over the procedure planned for me in details that were crystal clear. Another professional, that expertly did his thing in a flawless manner. I didn't even recognized when he was finished. Last but not least, this smooth talking guy walked in and explained the different procedures and options I will have if I decided to move forward with a specific service I asked about. Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit at the dentist office and it was pretty great! The had me fill out my paper work and within 10 min after retuning it they brought me to the back and had a room ready for me. Once I sat down GERALDINE was amazing! I had my newborn with me and she help me set her up and eat comfy even bringing me a blanket to cover her with! She was extremely personable and made me feel so comfortable! Everyone I came into contact with from the 2 receptionist, Geraldine, Dr.Sirage and the lady from account were super nice and helpful!

Special shout out to Desiree, the dental hygienist. She really took her time in making sure I had an exceptional cleaning and in providing beneficial information about my oral health. It was evident from the beginning that she loves what she does. She consistently went the extra step to make sure I was okay and comfortable the entire time I was on the chair. As someone who is not the biggest fan of dentists, it was very much appreciated. The Dr was also great. He thoroughly explained everything and what my next steps are. Great patient care. I was also concerned about insurance/coverages but they made it very easy and clear to understand by breaking everything down. I paid exactly what was I was told in the end. Highly Recommend!

Negative experience: Chose to give this facility another chance after a mediocre first experience last year only because of the convenient location. Sad to report that our second visit was even more disappointing. They quoted a price at the front desk and once I sat down, three different prices were quoted by the hygienist, an office manager and another random employee. They simply refused to honor their original quote, even after speaking to the dentist/owner. This is the tell-tale sign of a dentist that cares more about the bottom line than the patient. I chose not to proceed with the procedure! BE VERY CAREFUL AND ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS ABOUT THEIR PRICING BEFORE YOU SIT DOWN IN THE CHAIR. I would avoid this dentist altogether. There are many others who will actually honor the price they quote.

Fantastic experience: I started coming to this dental office because of a promotion I received in the mail. I met Daniela on that first visit - she was so sweet, gentle (un amor) and explained everything she was doing. Long story short - I’ve already done from a basic cleaning to having my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Sirage, who was also so gentle and friendly. I recomend this dental office 100%.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been on a hunt for a good dentist’s office for over 2 years now. The hunt is over. Dr. Menias and Desiree, the dental hygienist, are amazing! I’ve never felt more at home or taken care of at any other doctor’s office. Everyone is so nice here, from the second you walk in to the second you leave. They take their time to explain any issues and answer questions, leave your teeth shining bright, and are very transparent about your out-of-pocket costs, which is extremely important to me. I’m not sure about the high prices, as stated in other reviews, but I was charged only $35 for an OPTIONAL fluoride treatment and another $35 for an OPTIONAL oral cancer check. The insurance covered the cleaning and rest of the costs. Personally, $70 is a small price to pay to keep your smile in good condition and for preventative measures. Plus, it’s way cheaper than other dentists I’ve tried in the area. Thank you again Desiree for the phenomenal cleaning and for teaching me a few things I didn’t know about oral hygiene! Overall, I couldn’t recommend it more. Will be returning every 6 months!

Positive experience: I'm not sure how I feel about the administrative or the hygienist. I liked the place, but I anm uncertain as if I should return. I was disappointed when the front office lady asked me for my humana card after I had given her my work dental card and she already put it in the system. I'm not comfortable when doctor's front office personnel do these things.

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased and and satisfied with my cleaning done by Geraldine Carranza. She is sooo sweet, professional, and adviced me a lot with what to do with my teeth. I will Definitely be coming back here and the front desk are all kind. Thank you!!

Negative experience: I had been to this location to get a cleaning and it was amazing! I loved the cleaning. However, they did tell me that I had three cavities. I went ahead and called to schedule an appointment I did let them know that I was going to do one cavity at a time because I do not have dental insurance and I cannot pay for all three at once. That was not the issue. The issue is I was told that for one cavity it was going to be around $248. And I believe the person that told me this was Miss Sharon or Miss Shannon I’m not really sure I can’t quite remember, so I went ahead and booked the appointment the day I get there I get my cavity taken care of With no issues, it was fast and painless Nonetheless, it was a great experience, however when it was time to pay The lady in the front tells me that it’s $300 to which I let her know that’s Not what I was told on the phone when I spoke to this Sharon Or Shannon person And she said that She must have given me a price that included a discount if I got some kind membership but that is false when I made the appointment the lady on the phone told me it was $248 And I remember this clearly because in this economy money is Tight and I wanted to be prepared upon the appointment so when I get to the front desk and I am told it is $300 which is $50 more than what I was originally told I was very unhappy I told her that that was not with the lady on the phone had told Hence, I was not prepared for those $50 extra and guess what they did absolutely nothing When in reality that lady never told me that I had to get a membership that is around $99 a year so that I’m able to get that one cavity for $248. this lady didn’t even apologize. The service was already completed. I had no choice, but to go ahead. and pay the $300 with a credit card and it’s just very unethical because it was a Misinformation on their end, not mine I went prepared to my appointment but they Decided to charge me $50 extra guess what you just lost Patient. I just got in contact with a dental office in Hialeah, which is charging me way less To remove the two cavities that I have left. Save your money and don’t come to this place. Oh and I forgot before you guys go ahead and say I’m not a patient there because I’m not using my main email yes this is not my main email and yes, but yes I WAS in fact a patient!

Fantastic experience: The service here was nothing short of amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. 2 extractions of superbly decayed teeth. Painless and speedy process. We found a winner guys!!!

Fantastic experience: Miramar Parkway Dental Care is heaven sent! From the amazing staff to the spacious and beautiful office space. I was able to get my cavities filled in by the lovely Dr. Menias and her assistant Judy. They both were super sweet and were able to get me in and out. Overall it was a great expereinvent and I would definitely recommend anyone looking to get any sort of dental work to pay them a visit!

Fantastic experience: This was the best experience of my life literally every step of way they were prompt and on time respectful full of energy treated everyone like family and did everything they said they would do and more from the doctors to the staff everyone was absolutely wonderful I wanna give a big shout out to Mrs Orion the organization leader she is the most beautiful soul I have ever met she deserves all of her flowers and then some another shout out to dr Amy and her team they were fast sweet and so gentle I definitely would recommend 10/10

Negative experience: I decided to try out this dental practice as it is close to my home and apparently I had read positive reviews. I had submitted all my new patient paperwork ahead of time to avoid any kind of delays as appointment times need to be respected for both the patient and dental staff. To my luck, I had to wait almost 15 minutes in the lobby. Geraldine was the hygienist and was very thorough and polite. After meeting the dentist for the exam, I was advised that they didn't have the time to complete my cleaning appointment. So in other words as a new patient I was brushed off as this dental practice is severely under staffed, provides improper scheduling appointments with false pretenses and was not being able to comply with completion of my scheduled cleaning appointment. I advised the front desk to inform the doctor of my sour taste first impression of this dental clinic. I would rather drive further and deal with a dental practice that is respectful with the patient's time and ability to complete a service. As this is simply horrendous to be brushed off as well and advised to come back at a later date.

Fantastic experience: I made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned closer to home ~ and I am so glad I did! My Hygienist Geraldine was incredible, she gave me an excellent 1st exam and cleaning, the best I have had in years. ~ I hope she remains working here for a long time. My dental exam was with Dr. Menias, she is super nice and took the time to listen to me, and familiarize herself with a new patient. I was very impressed and am going back soon to begin some necessary work. The Front desk~Shannan, Monti, and the office manager in charge of explaining insurance payments and co pays, are all very kind, helpful and friendly. What can I say 1st impression is a lasting impression ! If you need a dentist, I would highly recommend to check Miramar Parkway Dental Care out, I am happy I did!!
