Fantastic experience: Today I had a wonderful surgery with Dr. Isabela and her assistant Halia. After 6 hours I have no pain, I'm not swollen and the bleeding stopped at 3 hours. She has an amazing hand for extracting teeth. She is also sweet, friendly, with a sense of humor, respectful and 100% careful. To everyone who reads this, I recommend that you go to the office. When you arrive you will find a very special customer service team at the front. I've known them since 2025 and for me they are the best.

Fantastic experience: I wasn't feeling good when I visited. I was in tears as i thought i was going to lose most of my teeth. Especially the front onrs. Dr Gutierrez was brutally honest. It was hard for me to hear.i felt others heard as he spoke to me. Which was embarrassing. I wasn't happy but understood and took responsibility for my tooth health. My Dential hygienic was kind,caring and showed great empathy as she consolidated me through my tears. She reassured me that all is not lost. I left the office with some hope. I did what was recommended. I started feeling better. But what made my day and changed my whole out look was that follow up phone call. I felt special. I felt cared for. I felt that the hard love was indeed His was of scaring me straight. I would not change them for anyone else.

Fantastic experience: My overall experience was quite wonderful. From the gracious greeting at the front desk to meeting the doctor and hygienist. Daniella, the hygienist was amazing. She is very knowledgeable, capable and although I was tense ( most of the time) she was calm and reassuring. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

Negative experience: BE WARNED!!!! I started my treatment for new dentures in May 2024 still going on late September 2024. After frustrating dental appointments on top of frustrating dental appointments. To try to make the ILL FITTING dentures to fit .. I gave up and decided to take my NEW ill fitting dentures to another dental office. After the step of placing the teeth onto the dentures, they came back way too big and were falling off of my upper gums. At this point I questioned whether or not these were mine. The difference was to dramatic. They DID NOT FIT!!!! Dr oiler had me go through several (3 months) appointments to try and get the dentures to fit. After this time, she promised they would be firm one day, and if needed, we would start from the beginning before I was done. Upon the next appointment with the dentures still loose, the same dentist asked me to go home with them. At this point, I had made up my mind to try another dental office By the way... dr oiler had a great bedside manner, however, Was a lousy practitioner. Needless to say I won't be utilizing this dentist again... P.s. by the way... Dr oiler... also left a piece of bone in my gum after an extraction A few months later... I just saw the letter from the dental office i received. Is this why they kept telling me to come back every 2 weeks for readjustments for 3 months that weren't working. Dr oiler saw every time how loose the dentures were... why didnt they make new ones after leaving this lousy office. The dentures were tossed and new ones were made. The new dental office i went to was shocked at the shape (seriously) the dentures were in... Uneven left to right and front to back... The new dentist wanted to know what happened. Remember being kind is easy... what type of skills does this place have.

Negative experience: I have been dealing with awful tooth pain. I finally thought i would find the right dentist, i made an appointment for the 6th of march at 12:30 PM two weeks ago. The lady asked for my insurance and said nothing, everything went fine Then last minute today, the day before the appointment they tell me my insurance plan isn’t covered by the dentist even though my insurance app tells me they are in network. Extremely disappointed at the amount of time wasted instead of them talking to me the day I tried making the appointment.

Fantastic experience: Went in with my son as new patients in need of our routine cleanings. Nice, clean office. The front desk staff was very nice and professional. Greeted with smiles which is always nice. Got there a little early to fill out standard paperwork and they brought us both in for services right on appt. time. My hygienist (whose name I don’t remember now regrettably) was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and took her time explaining everything she was seeing in my X-rays and answering my questions. I felt no discomfort or pain during my cleaning. Dr. Gutierrez was also very nice and didn’t feel rushed like some docs can at times. Everyone I interacted with including my sons hygienist Paola were great. My son had no complaints. Relieved at the great experience so far since this was our first dental appt after moving to a new area.

Fantastic experience: I love going to Pines Palm Dental. The staff is so friendly and they always ensure if my appointment is at a certain time I get seen promptly once I arrive. My mother and I are both patients there, and we both have nothing, but good things to say about this office. I went in today for my second crown placement with Dr. Cabo and once again the experience was amazing. Isbely the dental assistant was helping him today with my old crown removal and she was the kindest and answered any questions I had. I hope when I go back in two weeks I will get Isbely again to assist Dr. Cabo with my new crown placement. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a new dentist you check out this office you will not regret it. Everyone from the front staff to the doctor and helping staff are friendly. Because of their willingness to listen, making sure I feel safe, comfortable and relaxed. Helps me to make sure I take better care of my oral hygiene and come promptly for my cleanings. And I no longer need the help of local anesthesia for my cleanings. I highly recommend you go to them for your Oral Care. It will be one of the best decisions you will ever make especially if going to the dentist cause you anxiety as it once did for me.

Negative experience: Rushed, Inattentive, and Unprofessional: My Worst Dental Experience I've been a patient at Palm Dental Care for over a year and generally had positive experiences--until my recent visit with Dr. Fernando Gutierrez on August 15th. The procedure, meant to address gum recession, was the worst medical experience I've ever had. Dr. Gutierrez was inattentive, unempathetic, and rushed, more concerned with his next appointment than my comfort or care. Despite my discomfort and pain, his response was to tell me to "relax," with no effort to alleviate the situation. I left the office feeling physically injured and deeply disappointed. I regret to say that this experience has severely tarnished my view of the clinic. While the staff was pleasant and professional, Dr. Gutierrez's behavior was anything but. Based on other reviews and feedback from the front desk, this may not be an isolated incident. I also hope my feedback can help you improve your bedside manners and help your patients speak up when they feel they are not being treated as they should.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist where hear with the kids. Was concerned since they are not " pediatrics specialist". The doctor's hygienist and staff behave better than most of those pediatric places I've been to would definitely recommend. No surprise billing they tell you all cost upfront and the office is actually fully staffed. Amazing location.

Negative experience: What I thought was a great experience turned in to a nightmare due to being stuck with buck tooth dentures which I had asked to adjust before my 30 day period were not adjusted teeth were exactly the same Stated every visit they were too big for my mouth, and being forced to approve what I did not like stating I had 1 month to return on order to meet the deadline which I did and still was not satisfied. I truly am disappointed as I thought they cared about their patients.... Now telling me I would have to pay out of pocket for new ones knowing I am a disabled and can not afford so I get to walk around constantly covering my face in disappointment

Fantastic experience: My previous experience did not end well but upon returning yesterday I find the procedures to be way better then before. My deep cleaning didn’t hurt a bit and gum filling was done without pains. I am waiting to return for my implant next phase and can’t wait to get it done and finish with it during my time off at work.

I was fortunate to be evaluated by Dr. Juan Cobo and I was somewhat hesitant and very nervous due to my experiences with dentists previously (and I had a few) had been somewhat traumatic; But Dr. Cobo was extremely patient, understanding and professional, as was his assistant Valentina, both quite perfectionists and with great excellence and knowledge in their work, to the point that my doubts have been totally overcome! It was extensive work, with an excellent result! I am super happy, and I can't stop recommending it to everyone in my family and friends! Regarding the clinic, it is impeccable, the organization, the punctuality in their appointments, the prices are reasonable, and the best thing is that they work with you and your dental insurance so that you can take advantage of their benefits and have what best suits your needs.
