Fantastic experience: I have taking all my kids since babies to this dentist office and everybody is awesome and professional. They make you feel at home. Lee, Taniyah and Dr. Victoria are incredible. They are great with the kids and always provide great advice and treat the kids like their own.

Fantastic experience: had a wonderful visit with my 1 year old. she doesn't even let me brush her teeth without biting or just being difficult but Marvin managed to clean her teeth seamlessly. Jennifer at the front desk was very warm as well. the staff overall was superb and i will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Good morning this is our first time at this dentistry. We were greeted with a smile politely. I like this. All are friendly. Javonna was with the 6 year old and she was very pleasant and she said for each steps what she was going to do. She informed me of Possibilities and that the doctor will go more in details. I was ok with that and the she gave all three of the goodie bags. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I started bringing my son to see Dr. Rene 14yrs ago. After the great experience we had I started bringing his brother when he turned 5yrs old to see the dentist. Now move 13yrs later he is getting his braces just like his brother did. Like always they have treated both my son as family. I had the pleasure of meeting today Ralph the dental assistant who started to place his braces and Melanie the office rep. Who were great and very helpful.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Yadegari and Melanie. Every visit with my sons has been an amazing experience from start to finish. Dr. Yadegari is incredibly patient, gentle, and knowledgeable — you can tell he truly cares about kids and takes the time to make them feel comfortable. Melanie is just as wonderful. She’s warm, welcoming, and always goes the extra mile to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. My boys absolutely love her, and as a parent, that means everything. Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience at Jacaranda Smiles with Miss. Lee.. compassion and empathy to treat my daughter during her cleaning. Recommended

Negative experience: I was satisfied with this place until I was told by the front desk that I’m required to set up automatic payments. I explained that I prefer not to keep a card on file and that my payments have always been made on time, often in advance. Despite that, I was told I’d be charged a $75 fee just for not having a card on file. That feels unreasonable and like a money grab. Because of this policy, I can’t recommend this place to friends or colleagues. If I could give zero stars, I would. Response to your response: You mentioned that fees are only applied after reviewing a patient’s payment history and overall relationship. However, I was told my account was current, and yet the front desk receptionist stated, “You should have been charged the fee because you don’t have a card on file. I’ll contact the finance department.” This was confusing to me. I understand the reasoning behind applying fees for missed or late payments, but in my case, payment was made before the due date. I mentioned to the receptionist that I intended to leave a review because I disagreed with the fee, and she did not offer to escalate the issue or suggest I speak with a manager. To be honest, this feels like a money grab. If someone’s account is in good standing, applying a fee just because there isn’t a card on file doesn’t seem fair it feels more like penalizing someone for no valid reason.

What a pro, she had her laying down and open mouth for her cleaning in no time. Kudos to Shanta for being awesome and making her first experience a really good one !

Not only did the kids receive a thorough cleaning, but Lee took the time to explain the importance of brushing properly with their braces. She is an excellent dental assistant.

The staff is awesome and the treatment coordinator José is the best. Thanks to him working with me the best he possibly could I was able to get this done for my daughter. He took care of us and made us feel like family. My daughter was nervous but everything went so smooth she was in shock. Definitely recommended Jacaranda Smiles to anyone.

Jay was incredibly funny, caring, and knowledgeable.
