Fantastic experience: Everytime we had such a wonderful experience at this pediatric dental office! The entire team treated my daughter like a queen from the moment we walked in. Their service is truly excellent. They took the time to talk with her, keep her calm, and make her feel safe and comfortable throughout the visit. Their kindness, patience, and gentle approach made all the difference.

Fantastic experience: Our two older children have been coming here for ortho and dentistry for approximately 2 years now…. STILL LOVING GROSMAN PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY!!! ALL the staff are friendly, professional, down to earth, and genuinely show they care. We’ve had multiple consultations with the Doctor’s to thoroughly explain our children’s needs and the Doctors recommendations. They are always clear and go out of their way to greet and speak with the parents. Wait room time is minimal and they have loads of entertainment for the kids (movies playing on 3 tvs in the lobby, video games, blocks and puzzles). THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!!

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with my daughter who had to get expanders the summer before 4th grade for overcrowding and then she got the braces on with the expanders at the end of 4th grade. She got the braces and expanders off right before winter break in 5th grade. We felt supported and the process explained clearly to us every step of the way. There was no unnecessarily stretching out the process to bill as is always the fear with unethical practices. This practice is a husband and wife team. The husband is the orthodontist and the wife is the pediatric dentist. The Office team is great to work with as well. We plan to continue coming to both Drs Grosman as long as the insurance company will let us. Would definitely recommend this practice to parents.

Negative experience: Beware: This place pushes unnecessary procedures. Always get a second opinion. They tried to scare me into extracting baby teeth that are causing no pain and are not infected. I asked if we could just keep an eye on it, and Dr. Lizzy said, "No, we have to remove them," with no real explanation why. I left their office feeling like her response was not good enough. I called back and asked if there was something that we could put in place for aesthetics, and the office was very shifty in answering the question. The dentist should have gotten on the phone to answer any questions, and it's their job to fully inform the patient of all possible procedures.... even if they were not able to provide the procedure in their office . The dentist who I received a second opinion from said to RUN from this dentist. There is no reason to remove teeth that are not hurting her or infected. This place was looking for a money grab. Now I'm trying to get my daughter's records and the are being shady about how long it will take them to get them to me. Mind you, they've had my signed form for almost a month.

Friendliest, most stress-free, fun, and enjoyable Dental experience that a child and parent can have ♥️Their concept was original, exciting, and family oriented. My daughter already had her braces removed years ago, has had retainers for years, and is still very happy Today, my son is having his Aligners removed and continuing on with his nightly retainers, like my daughter. He is very happy with his progress and outcome, as are we as parents. Doctors Grosman and their practice not only treat their patients' dental matters but most importantly, they treat them psychologically ♥️ They treat their patients with dignity, compassion, empathy, love and lots of fun and hugs , if allowed . Fantastic experience: I absolutely recommend this place! My son just finished his first treatment and the results couldn’t be better! Also the staff is great and the doctor is very knowledgeable. He took his time each time we brought him for checkups and the adjustments for the braces. I was looking for a place that would give me a glue that was flouride free, and he was the only doctor that had no problem with that request.Every time they had to use the glue, they made sure they were using the glue I asked for without me asking them to check. All the staff is wonderful, although Laura was my son’s favorite! They all do an amazing job! I highly recommend this place!

Since then, they have treated all three of my girls—through every stage of childhood and into their teen years. Each of them has had braces here, and I even went through braces myself alongside them! Dr. Grosman was very knowledge and explained all aspects of the treatment clearly. He went through every detail with the how and why of the treatment process and made me and my son feel very comfortable. First installation was quick and straightforward and my son had minimal discomfort after.

Fantastic experience: I have my both kids in Grosman for the past 10 years with this practice and they are amazing . Very professional and kind the dentists and the staff. Now they are utilizing the orthodontist and they are very helpful . I highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: It’s a shame that the front desk with only minimal professionalism and dental education ruin the doctor’s good name and excellent skill and disposition with the children patients. I’ve hired and paid for the top notch care that the doctor at Grossman gave to my son but the women in the front desk are rude, unprofessional and lack any decorum. Always having an issue with scheduling and scheduled appointments. I was going to leave the practice but after speaking with the orthodontist. I gave him the second chance. I scheduled my son’s cleaning. When the summer is almost over they canceled my appointment because I requested a records release in case needed in the future. I call to follow up and the office manager said my son is no longer a patient. I guess the office manager is above the Doctors. It’s a shame. But we as parents deal with the rude front desk people. I’m not the patient but I am the wallet. It’s a shame.

Fantastic experience: My 3 kids come here since they were all one year old . My oldest one is almost 9, my second is 5 and my youngest 3, and they all love and enjoy dentist appt (not only bc of the surprise they get at the end) but more importantly bc of the care and love they give while dealing with their teeth. They do not fear the dentist , as I did as a child . I wish I had this place when I was a kid. Today, my oldest one came for a cleaning and Ortho appt , and Dr. Maria was amazing with the amount of care she provided to my daughter since she was worried about her expanders. She also explained us in detail about the care at home for her expanders and teeth and how to avoid future irritations or “fishing” in her teeth. My kids love this place ❤️

Fantastic experience: My son has been going here since he was less than 2 years old. The staff and Dr's are professional, caring, and the practice is geared towards making kids feel comfortable while getting their treatments done.

Negative experience: I took my kids to this place and as pretty as it is, this place is a huge business. No personalize care and all they wanted to do was push anesthesia up my child’s throat. They swear my child had 3 cavities that needed filling and it was a requirement for her to have anesthesia and we would not be able to be in the room with her. It was mind blowing to me and thank God I went for a second opinion at a different dentist. Long story short she only had to do two fillings and not once they mentioned any anesthesia.. everything went great at the other place and we will never refer this place to anyone !

Fantastic experience: A Magical First Dental Visit! I recently took my 2-year-old son for his very first dental appointment, and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we stepped into the office, it felt like we had walked into a mini Disney World! The space was vibrant, fun, and so thoughtfully designed for kids—with playful monkeys hanging from the walls, colorful murals, and a waiting area full of toys, books, and little tables that immediately put my energetic little one at ease. Every single team member we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make our experience smooth and stress-free. Stephanie at the front desk was especially incredible—she was so helpful from the moment we scheduled the appointment to the moment we checked out. Her kindness and attention to detail made us feel truly cared for. We were seen promptly, which is such a gift when you have a toddler. Stacy brought us back and was simply amazing—she immediately engaged with my son, put on his favorite show in the exam room, and did everything possible to make him feel comfortable and safe. Despite his nervousness (and refusal to sit in the chair), Stacy, Dr. Elizabeth Lenchner, and even Stephanie -(office jack of all trades) —who came back to help—handled the situation with such patience, empathy, and professionalism. They worked together calmly and encouragingly, making what could have been a stressful and overwhelming moment feel manageable and supported. We left feeling grateful, reassured, and excited to return. I’ve already recommended Grosman Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics to several friends and will continue to do so. Negative experience: The staff is unbelievably inflexible with scheduling appointments for minors when they claim to be a “pediatric practice”. They will only schedule during school time requiring students to be taken out of school to serve their schedules and no Saturday appointments available. So, if your child regularly goes to school, and/or has sports after school, you’re forced to constantly take your child out of school to meet their needs. The staff will call and hound you at your appointment time asking how much longer you will be. However, if you are there on time or early, you can anticipate waiting on them for 10 to 15 minutes or more until they call you. The staff is regularly very rude to paying customers time and time again. Not a one or two time experience

Fantastic experience: We visited Grosman Dentistry today for my daughter’s first dentist appointment, and I couldn’t be more happy with how well the visit went. The staff was so friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable the entire time. We will definately go back!

Fantastic experience: The hygienist who worked with my 3 year old was incredible we have never had such a positive experience at a medical appointment before. They spoke directly to my daughter and were playful making it a fun experience for her. I am so grateful and I feel that these appointments make a huge impact on whether or not a child becomes fearful of the dentist. We are very appreciative of the friendly and kind staff.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place! My child used to be terrified of going to the dentist, but ever since we started coming here, everything has changed. The staff is incredibly patient and kind, and they really know how to make kids feel comfortable. Now, my child walks in calmly and without fear, which is something I never thought I’d see. I’m so grateful for the care and attention they give. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: We had such a wonderful experience at Dr. Grosman Orthodontics! From the very first phone call to schedule the appointment, the entire process was seamless and welcoming. When we arrived for the consultation, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. Dr. Grosman and Ali were absolutely amazing. Ali, in particular, was exceptional with my son—she truly went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable, heard, and involved. She asked him questions directly and made sure he was part of the conversation about his treatment plan, which really meant a lot to us. Dr. Grosman was also thorough, kind, and informative. This office clearly cares about their patients, and it shows in every detail. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My middle baby just got her braces today! Great experience as always!!! I have 3 daughters and they get all of their services here. It’s sooooo convenient because it’s a one stop shop…cleanings on one side, or tho on the other. No brainer!!!!! For us this was a family affair

Fantastic experience: Dr. Grossman and all the staff were so accommodating and caring to both my son and daughter. He was very thorough in his explanation. The whole office staff was great!

Negative experience: The worst orthodontic work I have ever seen in my life. They ruined my son’s mouth, and he may need surgery to fix the disaster they caused. The doctor is not the one who treats the patients; it’s handled by young, inexperienced staff. It’s a business where the quality of service is not a priority. Not to mention the absurd appointment schedules, which are completely inconvenient for children and teenagers who attend school regularly.

Fantastic experience: Great experience for our 17 month old. The check in and check out staff were amazing. The hygienist and Dr. Lizzy were great with our daughter and educated us further on how to care properly for her smile.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lizzy is phenomenal her and Candy did my 5 year olds filling they were amazing the way that made it an experience for my little one it was all giggles and pain free!!They work anm together!! Also they have a play area so when one of my kids we’re getting their teeth cleaned by KJ and Kristen they the other was playing and I can easily walk back and forth ! There has been no wait for my appointment and the office is so clean !! The front desk is on top of it too !!

Negative experience: The experience was great, but the hours of operation is unrealistic. You don’t have late hours and you don’t take Saturday appointments during the summer. When you do take Saturday it’s once a month. So a working parent basically must take time off from work to take child to dentist when the economy doesn’t even allow people to take time because they need pay to survive. Due to that I will be moving to a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: We are so appreciative of Dr. Grosman and his team. Everyone in the office is extremely supportive and compassionate. My son’s orthodontic case was not easy, but the team was always available to answer our questions and accommodate our needs.

She is empathetic , has amazing bedside manners, is knowledgeable and truly cares for her patients. The entire staff is 5 stars.
