Positive experience: There is not a serious attempt to get payment from insurance, and there is not and expert on the codes for building to get payment. I have $50 taken from my check a month and I'm retired, and they're first and foremost attemp is to get payment from me. I always have to question ask call my insurance and do the leg work to show that I should not be paying that is covered by my insurance or the cover amount is incorrectly applied their codes are off and wrong and that's why I'm paying so much it's stressing for me when I go there when it comes down to building and payment

Fantastic experience: I went to Town Care Dental Cooper City for the first time yesterday. I was taken care of right away, no long wait. The dental assistant was very nice, she did all my X-rays quickly. Dr. Young was very kind, explained everything on what was going on with my teeth and gave me options. I was scheduled the following week to get my procedure started and a consultation with the specialist. Had my cleaning the same day with Mailin who was great and very professional. The whole office staff came by to say hello. Was very pleased with my consultation and treatment. Very clean office and very close to my home. Glad I made the change.

Fantastic experience: Towncare Dental of Cooper City is truly on another level in terms of hospitality, customer service and efficiency. I needed a new night guard and a crown replacement in the middle of the holidays and their team stepped up and delivered in my time of need. Yami was wonderful!

Positive experience: I liked the doctor and the service. In general it is an okay place. However they keep adding additional services that are not covered by insurance which makes it difficult to return to this place for recurring services like cleaning. My insurance tried to sort out the issue with non-standard charges by the office and got nowhere. Sadly I have to look for other place next year.

Fantastic experience: On December 9, 2025 I went for a dental, deep cleaning. Andy who took my x-rays was attentive, and personable. Also gentle when inserting the gadget in each section of my mouth for an x-ray. Also the dental hygienist, Mylene ( not sure how to spell her name). She was awesome! She took the time to explain on a chart the issues with my gums and bone loss. She explained the process and procedure of doing a deep cleaning. I did not feel any pain and I was relieved and happy when it was over!

Their office is always very clean and orderly and their equipment appears to be state of the art. I have always preferred small, private practice dentists over corporate models, but Towncare has changed my mind.

Negative experience: Horrible dental office !! Their crowns fall off. Crown porcelain are supposed to be permanent and said they fall off and they charge you $250 to attach back on which they aren’t supposed to fall off in the first place and then they proceed to tell you you need a brand new tooth all over again for $1200.. make that make sense will review steps to report this dentist office to the board! Unacceptable

Fantastic experience: WOW, this is the BEST dentist office ever! I am new to this office, but my first appointment was amazing. The office was clean and the whole staff was very courteous and professional. The dentist explained everything I needed very clearly and more importantly why I needed the procedures. She even took time out of her day to make our first meeting personal and memorable. The dentist asked me if there were any goals or procedures I was interested in (something that no other dentist has ever asked me) and I said teeth whitening, and she gave me all the info I needed. I strongly suggest this office, especially if you have a fear of dentists, they make an extra effort to make you feel comfortable and safe.

Over the years, I’ve tried three other dental offices closer to home, but none compare to the level of care and professionalism I receive here. The front desk staff is always warm, friendly, and welcoming—it genuinely feels like they’re happy to see you. The dental assistants are knowledgeable, patient, and efficient—I rarely ever have to wait long. Dr. Lisa Young is, hands down, the best dentist I’ve ever had. She’s highly skilled, compassionate, and always makes me feel at ease. She strikes the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth, and I completely trust her judgment and recommendations. I’ve also had oral surgery with Dr. Justin Schneider, who was amazing—thorough, kind, and calming. He talked me through everything, played great music to help me relax, and even followed up afterward to make sure I was healing well. My hygienist, Mailin Marti, is equally wonderful—gentle, caring, and super knowledgeable. She remembers the little things you share and makes each visit feel personal. She’s also great at educating patients and giving tips that genuinely help with dental care. Thanks to all of these positive experiences, I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I’m proud to be a loyal and happy patient of Towncare Dental and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional dental care. UPDATE (October 11, 2025): After several more years as a patient of Dr. Young’s, I can confidently say she remains one of the best dentists I’ve ever had. Her professionalism, genuine care, attentiveness, and straightforward approach are qualities I deeply value in any healthcare professional. Her staff and the new office on Griffin are equally outstanding. From the friendly front desk team to the skilled assistants who help with each procedure, and my amazing cleaning technician Maylin, every visit is consistently excellent. Even though I drive more than an hour and a half to each appointment, it’s always worth it. Thank you, Dr. Young and team, for so many years of exceptional care!

I have had past trauma which resulted in me having anxiety whenever I visit, but visiting Towncare Dental of Cooper City and seeing Dr Godoy and my hygienist, Alexandra has completely changed that for me. When I visit I feel comfort in knowing that I’m receiving quality care in a clean environment. They are both gentle, kind, thorough, and well informed within their specialties. My concerns are always addressed and met. Give them a visit, you won’t regret it! Front desk and DA’s are top notch as well!

Negative experience: Came here for a cleaning/check up and was told I had several cavities that needed treatment over multiple visits. I got a second opinion and was told I only had one minor cavity that was treatable in one session. Additionally, I canceled an appointment because I've moved away from the area and then I was messaged that another appointment for the same day at a different time was made. I did NOT make that appointment and I was told that I would be charged a fee if I canceled the day of. I responded to the automated text with a request to cancel the appointment and received no response. To top it all off, they tried to charge me twice for the cleaning. This place is SHADY and I would not trust them to provide honest guidance to care for your teeth. The doctors are rude and it feels like all they care about is squeezing as much money from their patients as they can manage.

Negative experience: rude staff and will scare you into using their services. i was told i would lose my molar if i did not receive a root canal from them as soon as possible and did prep on me as they insisted/pressured me into it. i got a second opinion and they said it might have never been needed. i got the root canal procedure at a different facility and the dentist seemed annoyed by it. they then said i had an absurd amount of cavities, got two other opinions from more reputable dentists and both said otherwise. i would not recommend this place as they seem like they just want an excuse to charge you thousands
