Negative experience: Horrible communication, they don't tell you the detailed charges even after asking them for it. Called to clarify this issue and the lady replied with "what would you like me to do about it". I would like them to communicate what is being billed prior to initiation even if it is "needed" or "necessary".

Positive experience: Had a great experience in this office from start to finish. Ines in reception was super attentive, Liz the dental hygienist was friendly, professional and skillful, I had no pain throughout the cleaning. Dr. Vallejo was kind, took his time, and explained things thoroughly. I would recommend this office to others Coming back to say that yes this office was very attentive, but the way they charge patients is way out of hand. What I would be charged $200 for my previous dentist, I was charged $1000 here. They are upfront with the cost, but the associate was very "don't worry, your insurance should cover it", well it didn't. I would only come if you can afford high out of pocket costs.

Dr. Vallejo was professional, thorough, & courteous. My hygienist was Dani. She was very gentle and did a thorough job cleaning my teeth. The dentist is not known for being a pleasant experience but the Whole Life team did an outstanding job to make it a painless experience. Very happy I chose this office.
