Fantastic experience: My name is Mr. Saddler and I just want to extend a great experience from the staff that I received. This was my first time at Brush dental office. The customer service was great from the time I walked-in until the time I was finished, the front office workers, the dental technician, X-ray technician and the Dentist. Excellent customer service keep up the GREAT work.

My hygienist is very thorough and Dr. Piedro is highly competent. As a nurse practitioner and college professor I highly recommend this office. The front desk staff is great as well! Fantastic experience: Everybody was nice and very welcoming. It was my first time visiting a dental clinic here in US and they made me feel comfortable and relaxed with all the procedures. They just did my root canal and crown earlier and they made sure there’s no pain and I feel comfortable. They explained to me what they will do and what to expect during the procedures and I appreciate that a lot. The doctors and assistants here are the best!!

Positive experience: Today was my first visit. Overall, it went well and I was satisfied. The appointment served its intended purpose of a basic exam and cleaning. Kathy & Briana were pleasant and helpful. But Dr. Diaz's explanation of diagnoses and treatment plan, which was somewhat hard to understand amid the accent, will definitely call for a second opinion. Current dental care, in most dental offices today, is not what it used to be.

Negative experience: BUYER BEWARE! I came in for the $79 special for exam. x-rays and cleaning. Without my knowledge or consent, I was billed an additional $376! I begged the billing office to return my money and was given the $79 back after a few months.Also, the staff was very rude. No STARS!

Negative experience: THIS OFFICE HAS UNSCRUPULOUS BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! They offered me services and I had insurance. The insurance wasn't going to cover everything so they made me sign up for Care credit. Kathy in the front charged and maxed out the ENTIRE care credit and said when insurance pays, she would refund me once insurance pays her. That is not how its supposed to work! I expressed concerns about my credit and she maxed out the card for payment. I never got a refund after the claim was paid. I had to hunt them down and make the calls for it. If I never called they would have kept my money. MAKE SURE TO BE MINDFUL OF HOW THEY BILL AND CHARGE AND WILL FORCE YOU TO GET A CARE CREDIT THEN MAX OUT THE CARD!
