Fantastic experience: I really like them. I have been treated by 2 of their dentists I’ve seen Dr Hoang and Dr Nieves . My mom had extensive treatment by Dr Nieves. I had extensive treatment by Dr Hoang . Dr Nieves was there when I had a dental emergency right after Christmas on 12/26 They are both amazing doctors. My mom and I have both been treated by Marion - Dental Hygienist as well She’s amazing and so gentle We both have Phobias of any Dental treatment and everyone from front desk to Dentist and Dental assistants to Dental Hygienist were so understanding and gentle with everything. They are also very good with billing. So far we only payed what the insurance didn’t cover and they would always tell us ahead of time. My mom and I are both senior citizens and everyone has been so patient , supportive and kind with everything. I warmly recommend going to see them.

Negative experience: My husband have been visiting this dental clinic for three years. He had a filling done here two weeks ago. They said that if the tooth hurts. He should come for a crown and root canal. Yesterday, the pain was extremely severe, so I called to make an appointment. The receptionist insisted that I should pay the fee first before I could make the appointment. She said that if I didn’t pay on that day. She wouldn’t reserve a spot for my husband. The tooth was in severe pain, so I had to give the receptionist my credit card information and pay the bill . I just wanted to make an appointment. I felt threatened. This feeling is really bad. My husband have had crown and implant done here before. We always paid the bill when we there (before the treatment). I’ve never encountered this kind of situation before. I’m really speechless.

Negative experience: My name is Mayli L I had an appointment, which was canceled because I didn't save their number. They were calling me to confirm which I did not know and called me the day before and said my appointment is canceled. The lady when i called seemed to not care, people with that attitude Should not be working for that company. They just lost a good costumer with good insurance.

Negative experience: While I do like Dr.Hoang, upon my first treatment I had to point out that I didn't pay copays for extractions after I was being charged for them. Also, I'm not sure it it's all dentist, but I don't like the added "recommendation" add-ons that are added without explanation before hand. Update, I received a call from the front desk person inquiring about my three star rating. I explaind to her my concerns (As I did to her in person. They wanted me to pay $300 ofp as part of a dep cleaning and I told her that I could not so she removed the antibiotic something bring it down to $140) about the suggested addons. She told me that they automatiacally add these and that they can't be removed and that she only did it because of my financial situation. she seem to insinuate that I would still have to have them and pay for them eventually. I said to her, So you didn't take them off because I said that I couldn't afford it at the time? As if a patient doesn't have a say so in their treatment as far as thing that are not medically necessary but only suggestions. I told them that I would find a new dentist and they canceled my appointments. I wonder what her side of the story was? There was a black lady there when I first started with htem and she was very undertsanding and helpful with my concerns. It's to bad that she isn't or wasn't there .

Negative experience: I make an appointment because I was interested in veneers . They did my xray , check up , Doctor who did my check up did pictures of my teeth and said that she gonna show to a doctor who are doing veneers and will give me all information on email . And I never get anything from them . They never send nothing . They just charge 99 dollars and whole point of my appointment to find out about veneers was zero !!

Fantastic experience: Ideal Smiles" Where do I begin?".. It started on a Sunday, gave the office a call, within 2 minutes Ms. Elaine set me up with an appointment for the following day... The day of my appointment I was introduced to Ms. Rog, who assist me with my ex rays (excellent Job); within the 5 minute mark Dr. Hoang went over the film and any concern that I had. Immediately after, Ms. Gina started my deep cleaning. She was precise, gentle, and concerned whenever I clench.. So, I can say Ideal Smiles Dental Care is every bit of 5 STARS, and you will be insane not to give them a try...

Chastity at the front desk is incredibly helpful. She recommended a dental insurance which worked out very well. The hygienist is fast and good.

Negative experience: The reception staff is rude. Start off with a simple phone call into this dentist office didn’t make me feel warm and welcomed. Your office staff, receptionist or whatever the title is to the first person contact you speak with is the one who drives the company and whether I’m going to feel comfortable and confident with the professional staff in the back. Unfortunately, I don’t have the ladies name I spoke with, but she was very dismissive to my needs and my concerns. She even asked should I cancel your appointment? As if to say “We don’t need you.” I hope someone is willing to listen back to phone calls and train the staff better. This was very disappointing.

Negative experience: My experience was good until this morning that they were trying to charge me way more than what they quoted me. Initially they got me into a plan that lasted one year that included discount on their services for a year, it’s been 10 months and now they say that has changed. Very disappointed. BTW the price they gave me was at time of making the appointment, price was different once I showed up the next day. The person I spoke to just said it was quoted wrong but was not willing to honor the price that I was given less than 24hrs ago.

Fast, accurate,honest,with as little pain as possible:) Although they are open on weekends, my husband and I choose to take unpaid days off from work during the week, to come when he's there. After years of avoiding the dentist,due to one bad experience after another..we finally feel safe and we keep all our appointments.

She is really thorough. She explains and makes suggestions. She'll even five you a mirror so that you can see.

This is now my primary dentist, Ms.Elaine was very helpful in explaining anything financial wise.

I’ve moved out of South Florida about 3 years ago and I still wait to see Dr.Hoang when I make my annual holiday trip to back to Florida. It’s a must! I’ve had horrible experiences any time I tried to go to any other dental practices. The office and supplies are extremely clean and updated. Staff is professional, polite, and honest. Prices are very fair and they and never try to haggle you for extra add ons that are really not needed (like other practices I’ve been to before usually try to do). Ps. They have the best at home whitening kits (opalescence)!

Negative experience: This Dentist is not your friend. State of the art facility. Great customer service, but he’s not working in your best interest only his. I had a bridge replaced here and it took over a month to arrive. When the bridge came back it was too short and too narrow. This Dentist delivered the bridge anyway. Of course I returned complaining how it was catching food and he says it’s my fault and the only thing he recommends is to replace a perfectly good crown next to it. Don’t waste your time here. Find someone who’s loyal and not in it for financial gain.

Fantastic experience: I googled this office and I must say I was impressed with the RECENT reviews. My wife had a dental emergency which happened on a Saturday so Sunday she was looking to have her tooth fixed.. I called left a message and someone called me back within 5 mins and was able to see her same day and fix her tooth! FAST FORWARD... I needed a new dentist office to go to since my old dentist is retiring and I went in today for a cleaning and a fill in for just the top row.. when I tell you the receptionist/manager Jorgey who was nice, patient and efficient who lead me to my hygienist Diana who was thorough and explained what was needed to strengthen my teeth and how to brush using an electronic toothbrush, to Angee dentist assistant I believe and Dr. Mike Hoang who filled my front cavities and polished my teeth.. although I am numb and hungry.. the work was needed and completed to perfection I couldn’t have chose a new dental office to have perform this work!

Fantastic experience: Superior service. The front office folks are very nice and personable and made me feel like family. The technicians took excellent care of me and treated me as they would expect to be treated themselves. The two dentists I've seen were awesome with great 'bed side manners'; they gave me a calm peaceful feeling which truly helped to lower my anxiety level. Fantastic experience: Speedy appointments, fair prices, amazing staff Dr. Candelario & his assistant kenneria was a pleasure to work with they treated me well and attended to me quickly. They answered all my questions and were gentle, no pain!

Negative experience: I got my wisdom teeth removed on 08/18/2020 It went very smooth taking out the teeth. I went back for a follow up on the 20th to see if they left part of a tooth in my mouth, they told me that's it's not. I stressed to them that the medicine they gave me is not helping me I need something that will help with the pain. They prescribed me a solution to wash out where my wisdom teeth were. And that does not help with the pain. The doctor basically told me to man up and deal with this excruciating pain. Would not recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Dr Hoang is amazing, I had to have an extraction and I was so scared, I have always been scared of the dentist but he made me feel comfortable and when my heart started racing he knew how to handle me, his dental assistant Lisbeth was talking to me the whole time to keep my mind busy. Negative experience: I called in this Morning because I was in extreme pain. Of course since it was Sunday I googled places that were open and this place was one of the first to advertise emergency pain. However when I called the person that answered was so rude and Unhelpful not empathetic AT ALL! she actually made me feel worst then I was already feeling. I understand I called last minute on a Sunday but I was calling to see about a tooth extraction I was in serious pain and this person told me “ No ma’am not all the doctor leaves at 11 today and he already has too many extractions” I hung up because I couldnt believe I was being treated like that. I called the tamarac location and spoke with a April and she was courteous and spoke to me in a way that calmed me and reassured me that I could be helped. Thank you April you’re amazing

The staff here is great, you can tell they care here at the office . The teamwork they have is great and is shown throughout your whole visit .
