Negative experience: As a new patient WITH APPOINTMENT didn’t feel welcomed, walked to the back for x-ray exam and was left sitting in the chair unexpectedly without notice/word once I notice the exam was never going to start I sat up to see what’s the hold up and was approached by a hygienist who informed me the prior hygienist left me because her appointment/patient arrived as if I was no longer important I’m assuming because I am a new patient. Also as a ENGLISH speaking patient I don’t appreciate when doctors are primarily speaking in a language(Spanish) I don’t understand or giggling while I’m in the room makes you feel uncomfortable. When my appointment did finally start felt rushed. Walking out rushed everything was rushed as if they were just trying to get me out . All in and all when someone is new patient at your office make them feel welcome no one else appointment is more important than the next if your patient arrived AFTER my schedule appointment they should’ve schedule earlier as I did now I’m left to have a rushed appointment definitely won’t be returning canceling follow up appointment will find a dental office who prioritizes everyone the same.

Fantastic experience: Yeah my dad's getting new dentures. Called on Fri to make apt. Had one for Fri but took mon. 25yrs he has not gotten new teeth at 91 he's getting new teeth. They did mine for me now I brought him in thank you sage.

Fantastic experience: My dentist, Dr. Cirion is the best! She makes sure to explain what’s going on with each step of my care. I have had other dentist in the past and thought they were good at what they did but I believe the quality of her work along with her staff is so much better! They also go over the charges for the procedure and what your insurance covers prior to work being done so you can make the best decision financially. Negative experience: Today I had an appointment at 3:30 PM and arrived at 3:20 PM. By 4:00 PM I still hadn’t been called, so I stood up and canceled my appointment at the front desk. I don’t understand why they give you an appointment time if you’re going to wait 40 minutes or more in the waiting room. Very unprofessional and disrespectful of patients’ time. I do not recommend this place if you’re a busy person who can’t be playing around with your time, They just gonna waste your time, I wouldn’t even wanna see the doctor, I rather call another dentist and the other people should do the same thing

Positive experience: Extremely long wait. Quick to put a tablet in your face while sitting in the dental chair. Make a decision now while we have your mouth open. Also plan on spending a lot of money

Positive experience: I went there for a tooth extraction and my insurance doesn’t cover it all I’m retired and they are looking for 700 dollars but see that I am retired it’s not like I’m carrying around a thousand dollars in my pocket not to happy

Fantastic experience: 5 star dentist office. Each person has a room for exam X-rays consultation. Rather than having to move from room to room. Appointment until exit ( first visit ,) one hour doup,-to-nuts.

Negative experience: They were nice. They did not check insurance coverage ahead of time. They are participating in it , and in the exam room they tell me my procedure (molar extraction) is not covered. It is a waste of their and my time. Planning ahead does help avoid wasting time. They are billing anyway for consultation even though it was Cristal clear that the visit was for extraction. Very dissipated in them. Not going back

Negative experience: Amazingly overpriced. Went in for an infected implant that they did. And they are trying to sell me on removing my implant and placing three more so that I can use the top denture

Negative experience: The front desk staff (Amy, Liz, and another woman whose name I can’t recall) are incompetent. The doctors seemed more focused on money than patient care. I decided to switch to a local family dentist instead—and it was the best decision.

Negative experience: Fake dental! Telling me I need crown and other issue that was a lie. I went to another dentist and no work needed as Sage was telling me. Now they say I owe them money just for checking my teeth. Beware! Will make up problems with your teeth!

Negative experience: Bad. Made a cleaning appointment. Dentist came in told me her diagnosis of my teeth. Guy came in told me the costs. Lady came in poked around in my mouth. Told me the system was down to tell me the treatment I needed. Asked if I can have my teeth cleaned. Not today she has another customer. Asked by her wasn’t your appointment for a consultation. I said I came to get my teeth cleaned. Said I’ll have to make another appointment . I walked out. Second Sage office I’ve been to. Horrible experience at both offices. Wasted my time again.

It was represented that my dentist was Ronald Schram but I was given a card of Ayleen Cirion Morejon, DDS Never really sure who my dentist is! They just woke and do not talk! I thought I WAS GETTING A PERSONAL DENTIST BUT NOT TRUE. Ronald Schram works in Hallendale and Sheridan street! Had two crowns put in. i have hot water pain and made an appoint for Monday, July 21. Lets see what they do!

Negative experience: South Florida has the worst customer service this country has to offer. After I received dental surgery, they refused to teach me how to properly brush my teeth. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Fantastic experience: Am senior citizen now, I always had issues with my Smile. It kept me from getting to enjoy golden age. Didn't know what to expect, from my first phone call it was very inviting. Negative experience: Extremely disappointed...never seen by the Dr. Dentist, only a cleaning by someone who doesn't speak English, maybe Creole but never attempted to communicate or make me feel at ease. Just went in for the cleaning as ROUGH as she could. Sprayed my whole face and shirt with water and didn't apologize. No bedside manner. Never coming here or another Sage again. You guys only want the numbers thru the door. Well subtract 4 for our family!!! Front desk couldn't understand how we were given a cleaning when the Dr. And trays hadn't been done for 2 years. Looks like you all failed at your jobs.

Negative experience: Went in with tooth in cup and they sent in a Sales person. When I said I couldn't afford it she asked what I could afford. The hygienist said it would be $1800 to cement it back in. They gave me back my tooth, still in the cup and a tube of polident. A terrible and embarrassing experience.

Negative experience: Sage dental has charged my insurance company for services but has not delivered services. Courtney the manager at the Woodstock office is very rude and uncooperative. She is a big liar never calls me for follow up. Instead I had to go to the office for follow up. No wonder the company get sued by an employee for such type of managers or employees. Don’t trust this company.

Negative experience: They replaced my crown and put another one. After couple months I started feeling uncomfortable and no one figured out why. Everything is great! Now I live with constant sensitivity. During the treatment I had pain and doctor and her assistant were keep telling me “you need to relax, just relax!”. It was horrible. Ones they overcharged me and I have to ask for reimbursement after confirming with my insurance. Cleaning is decent. Definitely look for another provider.

Negative experience: DONT DO IT !! I recently took my 16 yearly daughter I took her for the consultation with dr Sarmiento and everything was ok. BUT the daiy of the surgery there were at least 6-7 people in the room everyone was rude rushing and just no compassion.. They took 40 misuses to take 4 wisdom teeth so fast I was like wow BUT the worst was the pain my daughter went thru after the surgery and the bruises after a week after the surgery you can tell they hold her like am animal in order. To rush their work ,? I really felt like o took my daughter to a butcher !!! Do your research before and look for options And EVERYONE THAT ASK ME WHERE II TOOK HER ?? I am like DONT DO IT IN SAGE SPECIAL IN HOLLYWOOD with doctor Sarmiento !!!!

Negative experience: I recently visited Sage Dental in Hollywood, FL, and had a highly disappointing experience. Despite arriving early for my scheduled appointment, the receptionist seemed unsure how to confirm my insurance with Blue Cross Blue Shield. She confirmed my appointment was for a routine cleaning. However, during my visit, an unintroduced staff member conducted an evaluation and abruptly told me that my cleaning would need to be rescheduled due to her having another patient. When I expressed that my appointment was specifically for a cleaning that day, her response was dismissive and unprofessional, stating it wasn’t her fault and that I should speak to someone else before walking away. The entire experience was frustrating, disorganized, and a waste of time. I would not recommend Sage Dental based on this experience.

Fantastic experience: I had a lot of pain in my molar. They took an X-ray and found a crack. The doctor, quickly, diagnosed it and applied a crown and schedule me for root canal tomorrow morning. My tooth already feels better. They did a great job.

Fantastic experience: Had an 8am appointment I was called in within 5 minutes of check in. The staff very kind, gentle and attentive. I went in for a filling I suspected had fallen out. The Dr. Morejon attended to me and took care of it very quickly. Definitely going to keep seeing her.

I would usually get anesthesia because I am so sensitive to sharp/metal things in my mouth but she told me I will be fine without it and she was right. Negative experience: Terrible service, they make you wait more than an hour and then finally an assistant sees you, not a dentist, the manager is a lady who only spends her time talking on the phone about her family problems. what a disappointment.
