Fantastic experience: Even through it is not near my home, I've been going to Dr. Andrei for many years now after having problems at many other practices around Broward County. They take good care of me and most importantly, they are not in the business of upselling unnessary treatment (that is rare). You will get honest care here. The office staff is excellent as well; friendly and experienced in how to handle different insurance plans.

Fantastic experience: I don’t want to go anywhere else for my dental needs. I went in for a consultation, cleaning, and X-rays, and everything went smoothly. All the staff are extremely kind, friendly, competent - all pretty badass ladies. Carmen, their receptionist, was super helpful and I felt like she got my back for anything that may come up with appointments and finances:) Monica was very thorough with my teeth cleaning, being patient with me as I struggled and moaned through the process, haha Bianca helped me take a panoramic X-ray at the end because I would need that for my wisdom teeth extraction at an oral surgeon’s, and was also so patient with me. And of course, Dr. Andrei was super charismatic as she tried to assure me plenty of times about the steps I’d be taking to fix my teeth, explaining everything clearly and thoroughly.

When I go for my cleanings, I’m always satisfied and can’t wait to have them done again. Nobody likes to go to the dentist, but I look forward to going back.

For years, I could not let a dentist touch my teeth unless I had laughing gas. After just one visit with Dr. Andrei, that fear completely disappeared. Dr. Nitzberg examined me at the same visit and came up with a treatment plan. I have great confidence in this office. They practice both the art and science of dentistry equally well. Fantastic experience: Sailed in to Ft Lauderdale and within a day it felt like my crown was loose. Called South Broward Dentistry and they immediately fit me in. I decided to get a cleaning and X-rays at the same time because initially they felt the crown was fine. But the next day the crown fell out completely. Again they fit me into their schedule and put the crown back on and I was on my way. Great customer service from the initial phone call to the front desk staff, dental hygienist and Dr. Andrei. Very reasonable fees. I will use this dentist whenever I am in need again and in the Miami / Ft Lauderdale area. Thanks to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I am one grateful customer. I came in to the area from Nashville for work meetings and as I was in the plane my temporary crown fell off. When I called my dentist he said there was a dentist office that belonged to their same network and referred me to South Broward Dentistry. Their staff fit me in within a short notice to glue back a temporary crown. Bianca was so professional and gentle throughout our entire interaction. Thoroughly explaining how it was all going to work and then guiding me to what to do if it happened again. The front desk staff was equally nice and very patient with all my questions. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of South Broward Dentistry and Prosthodontics for more than ten years, when a friend strongly recommended Dr. Simon when I had a dental emergency. He came in to meet me when the office was closed and on his day off. I stayed with that practice ever since. More recently I have been treated by Dr. Andrei for general dentistry. She and everyone in the office is warm, courteous and helpful. The office is always clean and comfortable, except that the building management keeps the temperature throughout on the very cool side. We have to remember to bring a sweater whenever we go to the office. On my most recent visit I saw that they now even provide fleece blankets for patients to use in the waiting room if they wish. That was a very nice, thoughtful gesture, though e e normally are called in promptly to be treated. As for the dental work, my wife and I have always been very pleased with the dental care we received, general or specialized. She would always comment on the “gentle hands” of the hygienist and the dentist. We are both happy to recommend South Broward Dentistry and Prosthodontics to anyone looking for a good dental office in the area.

Fantastic experience: Having moved to Hallandale Beach permanently in 2024 and leaving my fantastic dentist in NY I needed to find a new dentist here. Not an easy nor unemotional task. But through a search my husband agreed to do for both of us he found Dr.Simon. Wow! Hallandale Beach Boulevard, Suite 700, with dentist Dr. Andra Andrei, DMD (General Dentist). While traveling, I needed an emergency root canal and crown. Not only was the procedure flawless, but the result was also impeccable. The tooth is naturally colored and perfectly fitted. They use advanced tools, such as a digital scanner for impressions, ensuring exceptional precision and an outstanding aesthetic result. Dr. Andrei is a true professional—attentive and highly skilled. I was thrilled with her work and my overall experience at the clinic. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Negative experience: There are way to many good Dentist to waste your time with this one. I made an appointment online, and they seemed desperate to have a patient, calling me 5 times a day and more, while I'm trying to work. Each time with a different question. Then they called me to let very rudely tell me know they do not have sedation. 12 phone calls before, I had told the secretary I spoke to then that I do not want sedation. Total lack of communication, and a very rude call made me cancel and choose a much friendlier, and more professional option.

Fantastic experience: The reason I was in South Broward Dentistry, was an infection to an implant 20 years old. I had 3 appointments before, in big names dental offices. S.B.D was the 4th appointment. I couldn't have more luck, to know the team of Dr. Andra Andrei DMD. From the beginning, Dr. Andra inspired knowledge and trust! The next day I had been set up the surgery! I can say that I felt no pain during the surgery and not after! I didn't need pain killers!
