Fantastic experience: Dr amsalem is Very professional. I had done root canal and I was very anxious from the pain I thought I would have and he handled me with patience and sensitivity. And guess what? I had no pain at all! Not during the numbing not during the root canal and not weeks after. The assistant and front desk are very kind and welcoming too. Very Short waiting time. Definitely coming back!!

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE. This place is a predatory money-trap, not a dental clinic. They gave terrible service, and the dentist has a terrible temper. Worst of all, they literally ambushed me mid-procedure—with my mouth held wide open—sending front-desk staff in to demand extra money. If anything goes wrong, they refuse to help you. Save your money and go somewhere safe.

Fantastic experience: This was my first appointment coming to this dentist and my mistake. I was there on the wrong day. My appointment was the day before so T front desk nurse was able to contact the dentist and allow me to have an appointment today the day after my schedule appointment, and I thought that was very much showing that they care about their customers and I’m a new customer especially once I was in the office I was treated exceptionally all my questions were answered. I was told things I didn’t know, the office was super spic and span clean very comfortable. I would recommend other people to go there as I was recommended to come to the dentist office and I’m looking forward to having my work done now and my experience to be a long lasting one.

Love Dr Amselem’s straight advice. He is always efficient, always caring, and always on time. Dr Amselem definitely knows what he is doing! Receptionists are professional, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with billing and dental insurance. The office is modern and super clean. Fantastic experience: Dr. Shalom is a magician! On 2 occasions I broke my front tooth and he repaired it within a day the first time and on the same day the 2nd time. I was satisfied with his work and started to walk away but he stopped me because he wasn't satisfied as he is a perfectionist. My co-workers couldn't believe that my tooth had ever been broken because his work was flawless. I'd recommend Dr. Shalom a hundred times over.

The office is extremely clean and gorgeous. Let’s get to the clean … we know that matters to everyone. I’m a germ freak and a nurse. I could eat off the floor (but I won’t that’s gross). They have always been extremely clean and sterile even pre pandemic, and over the past 3 years he has followed all protocols. I have always felt safe going there and never missed an appointment during this time. My dental hygienist is amazing. I have sensitive teeth and never have an issue with pain. She always takes her time and is gentle. Dr Amselem has always taken care of any issues I had with my teeth . What few I have had he is very honest and takes a conservative approach. Thank you for making every visit great!

Negative experience: Dr. Amselem is fine and the dental hygienist Angie is great, but the office manager provided substandard customer service. She misquoted the price of a dental procedure to me (after my insurance company confirmed they’d sent her the correct quote digitally and by mail beforehand), and then tried to make me pay the $310 difference. She also overcharged me for two cleanings, and then had the nerve to suggest I begin going to another dentist when I pointed it out. People make mistakes all the time, but I found her refusal to own them and make me pay for them really distasteful.
