Negative experience: I’m super upset that Dr Edderai told me he would replace my 8 front teeth with porcelain lumineers for $10k and instead he put in his office made crowns. He even said he would only do lumineers for me because I’m not a grinder. He destroyed 4 of my natural teeth. Cost me $5,000. He really thought I would come back the next day to get him to destroy my other four front teeth for another $5000. I will never come back here again. After 15 years of coming here my trust is gone. And don’t try and tell me that you gave me porcelain veneers when you filed them down to a nub and gave me your office machine made teeth. I’m sure you make a nice profit off those crappy office machine teeth and I don’t appreciate the lies. You lied and thought I didn’t know the difference. And your wife has the same cheap horrible office made teeth I specifically did not want. Update: one of my front teeth cracked within a year of the install. Avoid this dentist at all costs…..And they will write a response that had no interaction with you in 24 months after you went to them for 15 years. Of course I didn’t have interaction with you. I left you!!!

Negative experience: Frauds and liars! The doctor is a good actor; he gains your trust and then destroys your teeth to get money from the insurance. I came in for a cleaning, and he said I had to treat 13 teeth. I was surprised because I had visited a dentist a year ago, and everything was fine. But they insisted that I had cavities. After all the treatments, the filling fell off, and I was out of the country. So I had to go to another doctor and pay money to have it remade. After the dentist examined me, he said that there was no need to have made so many fillings. I was shocked. I requested my X-rays from Dr. Jean-Jacques Edderai’s office and sent them to an independent examination by American dentists—and they confirmed that I did not have so many cavities, and that I need to find a lawyer. By the way, my husband also went to Dr. Jean-Jacques Edderai at the same time as me, and his filling also fell off! So they don’t know how to treat; they treat what is not needed and then ignore you. Before posting this review, we tried to contact the doctor several times—he never called us back!

Negative experience: Please listen to me before you come here. Literally had the worst experience ever. I have gone to one dentist almost all my life and since I recently changed insurance I decided to come here. I don’t trust anyone in my mouth, I decided to trust them. The ladies that did my teeth cleaning and my fillings were beyond sweet. They had patience. They were amazing. One of the ladies numb my mouth gently. She waited while I panicked because I hate numbing my mouth but I went through it and felt nothing with her. But the actual doctor, after I told him I didn’t feel my lips or tongue numb, came in absolutely AGGRESSIVE. For what? Then when I told it was time to drill, I felt my back tooth and told im repeatedly. He looked upset, he gave attitude, and still continued while I was in pain. I broke down crying, heart racing and hands shaking because why??? If I told you I was in pain why did you continue, I can be very sensitive but never have I ever experienced something like this. He looked at me through his gloves and walked outside of the room. I don’t think I ever want to step foot back in here. I can’t even talk because my throat is numb. Please be careful. I was so disappointed by the experience.

Negative experience: First at all I experienced a funky smell kind of disgusting in the waiting room...The equipment is so dated that it takes you back to the 90's and very uncomfortable, so unnecessary these days.... Mostly Haitian visitors ...I won't recommend this ufful, dated, bad smelling place at all...

Negative experience: No idea how they have 5 stars. They must’ve had their friends and family make up a bunch of reviews. Dentist isn’t nice at all. He doesn’t know how to properly numb the area so you’re in pain during the procedure. They make you confirm the appointment via email twice and then a third time over the phone so if you confirm twice via email but are away or miss the call you lose your appointment without even knowing. Also their prices are outrageous. Do yourself a favor go to another dentist.

Fantastic experience: This office is very clean and the people are extremely polite and respectful. Dr . eddarai is really good and passionate about his work and that has transferred to his assistants. I never been so on top of my teeth till coming to this office and there a bonus for me why I stay on til of my deep cleaning I get to see my wcw the lovely Mrs Tonia she is extremely talented and gentle with the deep cleaning and love how she is informative. She part of the main reasons why I look forward to coming to my cleanings. I would come more if my insurance gave me more visits. Thanks for all you have been doing.

Negative experience: How this place has as many “good reviews” as it does is baffling. The staff is rude, the amount of times I waited almost an hour with having scheduled appointments at that. I had cavities done where the fillings were literally on top of my nerve. This resulted in needing to get two root canals completed in addition to the one root canal that this dental office completed. I had to go elsewhere since I contacted the doctor while in excruciating pain due to the fillings right on top of my nerve (couldn’t sleep for two whole days, constant pain, only helped if I kept water in my mouth, ended up going to the er and to a different dental office where they were absolutely amazing). I still didn’t want to leave a bad review then even though I thought I should. But now my first crown that was completed at this place has broken off. It didn’t even last a full year. I am beyond pissed. Tons of money for it to just break off. It’s poor dental work. Comparing this crown to my others, it even felt weaker and different. It’s poorly made obviously. This dentist was also way more aggressive when putting the crown in. Not a gentle experience at all.

Negative experience: Insanely rude. Mistook the office for another, opened the door (which looked like the front door to an office, had business name, logo, all contact info on it) and was greeted by a nasty attitude while the door was ripped out of my hands to shut it. If I ever need dental work, I know where NOT to go. Try simply locking your door if you don’t want people opening it ;) could only imagine if I was actually a patient, I’d be booking elsewhere!

What is happening in this country that people want to make more money without telling the truth to the patient. Also, the front ladies are rude. Negative experience: Dr Edderai is a scam artist. He will destroy your good teeth and replace them with crowns made in his office. He will lie through his teeth and tell you he had to destroy perfectly good teeth in order for you to believe you needed to destroy your natural teeth and charge you $1450 per tooth. This dentist does not care about his patients, just about how much money he can make off the teeth made in his office. BEWARE. I wish I read the one star reviews, they are accurate.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr. Edderai as an emergency. A crown I had done some where else years ago had came lose and falling out. As busy as he was, he stayed late and worked his magic and boy was I surprised. He was caring, understanding and got everything done within 2hrs. What usually takes most dentist multiple visits to do. He has all the tools. He made my crown within minutes. He has a great team. Shot out to paul his dental assistant. I am extremely happy with his work.

Negative experience: Had a bad experience, the receptionists are very incompetent, I went in for my consultation to begin my Invisalign journey and the doctor told me he could begin the 3D scans that same day which would take about two hours, the older lady that works at the front desk was instructed to explain to us how the payments worked, which she did a very poor job at she told us one thing first and then kept changing her answer, she has very poor communication skills, she then told me to come back at three to do the 3D scans because they had other clients waiting, I left the office at about 12:45 PM and stayed around the area because I live far, when I finally came back at 3 PM the doctor was already leaving and the lady at the front desk once again failed at explaining the payment methods, and seemed to get frustrated and angry with us when we told her we didn't understand what she was trying to say and told us that we would have to schedule another consultation for the 3D scans. After wasting my whole day waiting for her to tell me the same thing she had told me three hours prior and then telling me I would have to come back to actually do the scans, I left very frustrated and disappointed, this place is completely unprofessional and after reading all the bad reviews I'm never coming back to this place and would not recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Every time I go to the office the staff is always very pleasant. They treat me as if I'm family and makes sure I'm satisfied with the services received and if I'm not happy they would do what it takes to make sure I'm good before leaving. I personally wouldn't trade them for any other dentist.

He cares deeply about his patients and wants you to be as happy as possible. I come all the time for a cleaning and the staff is phenomenal as well.
