Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at this dental clinic. I came here as a student, and from the very beginning, everyone treated me with so much warmth, kindness, and care. I came in with a dental abscess, and the doctor and the entire team were incredibly attentive. They checked on me every day, asked how I was feeling, and carefully monitored my condition throughout the treatment. My tooth was treated very successfully. I had a root canal treatment and a filling, and I was very impressed with how professional, careful, and attentive the doctor was throughout the entire process. I am truly grateful for the care and kindness I received here. The people at this clinic are not only highly professional, but also genuinely warm and caring. I felt that I was in good hands from the very beginning. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional, high-quality dental care and a team that truly cares about their patients. The Entire staff are endearing and genuinely make your visit comfortable. The hygienists are thorough and gentle. Fantastic experience: Best dentist. I was here on vacation and had a dental emergency; Dr. Dennis came in and opened the office on Sunday to treat me. I was so happy with everything that I came back later in the week for a cleaning too. The whole office was so friendly, the Dr made sure I was comfortable and happy with results and pricing was absolutely fair! Plus they take insurance! I couldn’t be happier with this office and am so grateful to have found this dentist. Thank you guys!!!!

Negative experience: Dr Denis was nice but the front desk person said that they took my insurance policy. While ultimately it is my responsibility to verify that information, I took her word for it and in the end my policy was not in network with their office. I then received a $500 + bill. When I asked her why she told me they're in network, she denied ever saying it. a few months later she even called my brother and told him that I had not paid my bill. If I would have gone to a dentist that actually took my policy, I would have had a bill of $0. Now Dr Denis is nice but dentists are a dime a dozen, seriously. Very unprofessional.
