Positive experience: Appointment was for 2:30pm was not seen until 3:15pm. So had to wait 45 minutes. But other then that the cleaning was completed in a timely manner and the staff was friendly and professional.

Negative experience: The person in charge of billing is unprofessional. When asked what I am being billed for she is unable to properly explain, when I said I will call my insurance to confirm coverage she laughed on the phone call and became very defensive because she could not explain to me that what is covered at 100% is bite wings and the the full mouth xray. Applies to deductible. Can’t seem to understand how a office professional can become upset over one trying to understand what they are being billed for when asking or mentioning that I want what is covered at 100%. To top it off you can’t complain to a superior as there is non according to her. Business need to do better at selecting people who represent the business and act like they are having a conversation with a friend vs a customer. This type of employee behavior should not be accepted!
