Fantastic experience: amazing service and super friendly staff, i had some issues with my new insurance and they were able to figure it out for me and make sure that i was all set and ready for my appointment.

Positive experience: My dental hygienes (Yamile) is awesome. She always make sure I'm in and out on time while providing great service. The only down fall is making sure the dental office don't change my appointment at the last minute.

Now with Kelly kind caring very professional. The office and staff is very kind. And I am a 65 year old.. who started with the original owners of Gober & Kaplan dentistry back in 1978 I was 17.

Fantastic experience: I visited Palm Dental today for a deep cleaning and it was excellent. The hygienist was very very good, patient, and explained everything he was doing along the way step by step. My teeth feel very clean and no pain at all. I highly recommend this dental office.

Fantastic experience: I love this dental practes. Dr. Hew is so compassionate and well skilled when it comes to incisions. I dread the dentist like everyone else, but when it comes to oral surgery I make the trip for my family from Broward. He has removed the wisdom teeth from my kids and myself. The staff is so amazing! They are caring, compassionate, and gentle. Staff didn't make me feel self-conscious and they explained the procedure and post-op instructions throughly. I highly suggest this practice!

Negative experience: To begin with, it took us a month for them to decide whether to remove his lower or upper wisdom teeth because, according to them, medicaid Dental Quest did not cover the lower ones, even though they were the ones causing my son pain in his jaw. I had to call Dental Quest Medicaid to ask for an explanation, and they told me that the dentist did not mention that my son was in pain... The dentist wanted to charge me $400 for the lower wisdom teeth, the ones that were causing problems, and not for the upper ones, which were covered. But that wasn't the case. They had me going back and forth for a month, and then they called me to say that the lower ones were covered and the upper ones weren't... in other words, everything was reversed. Wow. They made an appointment for the lower wisdom teeth surgery for 9:30 a.m. and wanted to charge me $400 again for the upper ones, even though I had already told them that I didn't have that money, that we had lost our house and that's why we had Medicaid for our son. I told them only the ones covered by insurance. OK, the day of the operation arrived, and I never thought this place would have the heart to make a 17-year-old boy wait for wisdom tooth surgery for more than three hours, when other teenagers who came in after him were treated first... I realized that they took advantage of me and my son because we are on Medicaid, but what they don't seem to know is that we are American citizens and we have every right to ask for our benefits. Every one was going out in a wheelchair my son was the only one going out by walking. They mistreated my son i will call the dental board to make a complaint and the better business bureau. They attended the pay patient first...this people has no heart The girl at the front desk is very nice.

Negative experience: Very nice personal, but the fact that they wanted to charge me $60 for something that I didn't ask its just unacceptable. I came for my first day check, and I just wanted to know the numbers, very nice, very polite, but charging me since the first day for just the standard check out. And the parking is a complete nightmare.

Negative experience: Went there about a year and half ago in the beginning everything was good, then at the end I told them I'll pay the total amount of the Job done excellent Dr Echemendia was excellent n Professional with me,after that I had a final visit with a $0 balance which I was very happy with,and then I received in the mail an invoice of $250 so disrespectful if something happened between you and insurance company not my fault, why did you not mention that to me when I was there,falta de respeto you guys hurt me and disappointed me as a good paying patient and customer

Negative experience: The worse place you can book an appointment at only for Your appointment to be canceled. Also they leave waiting for a long time and sometimes they don’t see you at all. There’s many dentist in the state of Florida, you don’t need to go to this place. I would give less than 1 star if I could. Staff is tab absolute worse, beyond rude.

Negative experience: Google should invents on allowing the consumers the ability to give establishment less than One star. If you’re looking for a dental office as a new patient, do yourself a favor do not go to Palm dental. The level of unprofessionalism from the front desk staff, including the Manager is unreal. Careless about your time, while you may take a day off to go see the dentist they canceled your appointment and gives it to someone else because you didn’t answer the phone call to confirm. You can’t be at work or busy you need to answer the phone call to confirm. . All while you have confirmed the appointment via text as this is not sufficient confirmation for this office. I guess we need to be waiting for their call 24/7 as this may be sufficient Enough for a confirmation status. I know I’m only the one person, as you didn’t care to accommodate me after you gave my appt to someone else because I guess your money was more important than my time. Do better, this is not what great service looks, specially making a long lasting impression.

Fantastic experience: I and my family has been treated at the clinic by Dr. Echemendia for several years. He is an excellent doctor and also his staff. He introduced me to Invisalign and has always been very careful and concerned. They explain everything to me in detail and the progress has been very good. I feel very pleased and well looked after. Negative experience: Do not trust them when they tell you. The time because I asked for the first appointment, but they had 3 people for the first appointment and I have to get to work. I asked him to give me the first one and and they say, that was the first one. It wasn't lying. There were 2 people ahead of me. So, make sure when they tell you the first you might not be the first you might have people in front of you, I couldn't complete my appointment cuz. I have to get to work, so I have to reschedule.

Negative experience: Reviews have got to be fake. Went here because I go to the doctors nearby and wanted to get a filling and deep cleaning. They never answer the phone. Called for a week straight and no one answers the phone. Say they’ll call you back and never do. And very expensive at that. So if someone is willing wanting to pay wouldn’t you pick up the phone to make money. Ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: Excellent doctors and staff in Palmetto Hospital suite #102 Dr Hew did a great job as a surgeon with my daughters wisdom teeth and he was available at any time! Highly recommend him very kind and professional! Also for Dr Echemendia, who did an excellent job on the crown to my front tooth! Took his time and the match was perfect! I have my smile back! His assistant Leticia was so friendly and sweet she made it very pleasant for me. Plus she knows her job too! I will keep coming here and now have my family also under their care. Thank you

If I could give -1 stars it would be my review, I went with my youngest daughter to an appointment at 10:30 just to remove dorsal tooth .we waited 4 hours later, at 2:30 they saw us, an unprofessional Dr tried to charge me for some x-rays they had taken and then told me they didn't have time that day and to go to a next appointment! I don't recommend it to anyone, my recommendation is to find another dental center where they are respectful and empathetic.the worse experience

Negative experience: Dr. Echemendia did all my fillings, one fell out completely after a couple of weeks. He has a terrible attitude, he blamed me for cracking a filling while he was working on it because I grinded too hard on it while he was evening I out.. I didn't grind any harder than every other time I got a filling. Terrible attitude and very unprofessional, he kept complaining of neck pain. This might be news to you but patient's aren't very comfortable either, the back of my head was burning from being pressed so hard on the chair so long but you don't hear me complaining.. hopefully all the other fillings don't come falling out from your inept work. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the price was affordable.

Negative experience: Terrible office when it comes to communication and billing. I’ve been harassed multiple times over the phone and text over a balance that I supposedly owe even though my insurance should have covered it. They claim they sent me statements with the amount due (they did not) and have called me several times months after I visited them for money. I had to call my insurance to straighten everything out and I informed the office about the billing issue but they keep calling over the same thing. All my phone calls and updates are ignored. The staff obviously do not communicate with each other and do not check their notes or emails. They have given me empty apologies and excuses and even after talking to the manager the only thing she focused on was getting me to pay. I am appalled by the customer service and billing practices of this office. I am a first time patient and have the same insurance as a coworker of mine who has been a long term patient of this center. My coworker has had zero issues with having her visits covered. I got X-rays, a cleaning, and a fluoride treatment (which was not insured and I paid out of pocket). I got no special procedures beside that. The treatment I have received borders on harassment and is completely unprofessional. I will not be coming back.

Fantastic experience: I have had 2 quadrants of a deep cleaning done so far & can honestly say that I had a great experience! My hygienist was very detail-oriented. She explained steps as she went and kept making sure I was comfortable & pain free. Looking forward to completing my other 2 quadrants and being smiling tartar free!

Had not been back for surgical services in quite a few years as the family, which had all received services through the years, did not find a need. Negative experience: I recently visited Palm Dental for a routine check-up, and while the dental care provided by both the doctor and assistant was excellent, I left the clinic with mixed feelings due to my interaction with the financial office manager. Firstly, I must commend the professionalism and expertise of both the doctor and assistant. They were attentive, thorough, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I was impressed with their knowledge and dedication to patient care. However, my experience took a downturn when I interacted with the financial office manager at the end of my appointment. Unfortunately, I found her demeanor to be rude and unprofessional. Moreover, I was disappointed with the billing process as I felt I was overcharged for the services rendered. While I understand that misunderstandings can occur, I believe it's essential for every aspect of the patient experience, including billing, to uphold the same standard of professionalism and courtesy demonstrated by the clinical staff. In conclusion, while I would highly recommend Palm Dental for their excellent dental care, I hope they address the issues I encountered regarding the office manager / finance to ensure a consistently positive experience for all patients.

The place is super clean, and from the lpvely front desk Roxi, the assistants Yoly and Lety, dr Echemendia, Katty the treatment coordinator and the manager Viole they all have been great accommodating me and my schedule to come see them. I did my cleaning with Kelly and she is amazing too. Love the team and the services they provide.

Negative experience: The worse place to go if you are going for the first time visit. Make sure you do your homework on this place and check your insurance before you go. Wasted 2 hours of my time to be turned down, between the insurance not being verified before hand, and the dentist having to many patients. What kind of irresponsible way of running a business is this. I ask myself why did this happen, the lack of disrespect for one’s time from this office. Don’t go here. Find better. After all they are not the only dentist place in Miami. If I could give a zero I would.

Fantastic experience: Stating with just calling in Roxy is the sweetest patient and informative person. When arriving the two receptionists are so nice and knowledgeable about the job. The office Manager Violet helped out in every way with the insurance to make sure my daughter gets her procedure. And finally the Dentist is the best. Patient extremely nice and gentle. He was so good my daughter had all 4 of her wisdom teeth pulled not noticeable swelling no blood and minimal pain Thank you all for being just GREAT!!

Fantastic experience: I usually hate having to go to the dentist, but the staff at Palm Dental Center made me feel extremely comfortable. Nery, the doctor’s assistant, welcomed me with a big smile and made sure I understood everything that was going to happen. Fantastic experience: Great, clean, office with friendly staff and quick service. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. Dr. Narváez was excellent in taking care of my dental work and Kelly is now the only hygienist I will use. They both made me feel at ease and very comfortable,with no pain. Fantastic experience: Definitely, Kelly Falcon is the best Hygienist that anybody can find - by far-period! Her knowledge, professionalism, sweetness, care about you, makes her an extraordinary human being. Trust me, if u need her, have to schedule her with months in advance, cause her patients do not want anybody else after she touches us. Fantastic experience: Iv been going to see Dr. Echemendia and his assistant Nery for over a year now. Every time its a great experience. They make you feel like family. The doctor is very kind, gentle and makes sure you leave with a smile. Nery is loving and makes you feel at home. She has a great sense of humor and knows her stuff. We need more people like these two. Also point out that front desk receptionists Violetta is fantastic. She is helpful and also very kind. Very satisfied with this place.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to the office.This is a very busy office for oral surgeon but when I called and explained I needed an emergency visit and they were able to squeeze me in. Everyone I met today was very friendly from the receptionists, the nurses, and billing dept. Dr Hew was very friendly and thorough in going through my treament options. He was not pushy or trying to persuade me one way or another which I appreciated. I was able to have my consultation and procedure done same day. Everything went smooth and I am feeling little to no discomfort. I would definitely recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: The staff here is wonderful! They’re very helping and attentive. Dr. Echemendia is really good at what he does. He is very patient, professional, and mindful. He explains to you what is going on and the process he is going to take. Yolexis was also very great, she is caring and kind and makes sure you feel good in their hands. I highly recommend everyone to come here.

Fantastic experience: First time at Palm Dental amazing experience Dr.Figueroa was awesome and she was very informative with what was going on with my children. her nurse Ana was very accommodating and very sweet, and the insurance coordinator, Kathy, was beyond terrific. The whole staff was extraordinary I recommend this dentist, if you’re in need of one.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this office since 2010. Best place in town. Staff is so nice and professional. Violeta is the best!!! Dra. Martinez is great and Kelly is the first hygienist that made me feel no pain (i have a lot of sensitivity on my teeth)

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of PDC for many years. Very accommodating and professional staff. Everyone is always very helpful and kind. Dr. Martinez is very patient and delicate considering I have my own fears in the chair. Kelly the hygienist is amazing and delicate. Violeta and I just get along great and she is a super kind and nice individual. Katie what can I say!!! All are always a pleasure. Thanks PDC for being such an awesome Team.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with the patient care and the post up instructions. Always willing to answer questions and concerns. My daughter is recuperating very well. Dr Hew is an excellent surgeon very professional while making the patient feel comfortable.
