Negative experience: Horrible y estafadores. Yo fui por un prosedimiemto que después de esperar por casi tres horas a que me atendieran y perder horas de mi trabajo. La Doctora me vio y mandò a que sacaran la cuenta de lo que iba a costar mi prosedimiento y resulta que eran mas de 10,000 dólares y por supuesto ese dia ni me tocò, le dije que no tenia ese dinero, y me dijeron que aplicara para un prestamo Que me corrieron el credito y no me dieron y me dijeron Que usara el credito de mi Esposo y les dije yo tengo Que hablar con el para eso. Igual me hicieron una cita para que yo fuera a hacerme las cosas. Un dia antes de la cita llamaban como locas en mi horario de trabajo y yo las llamè y cancelè mi cita 23 horas antes de lo que ellos me querian hacer, pork no le dieron tampoco el prestamo a mi esposo. Y me mandaron un mensaje diciendome que les Debo 1200 dólares por los materiales que no usaron en mi falta de respeto poco profecionales. La peor clinica dental Yo solo espero que eso no reporte a mi credito. Después de eso me han hecho mas citas que yo no les he dicho Que hagan Que horror esa gente…

Negative experience: My wife was waiting too long for them to treat our daughter. Stephanie came out and confronted my wife in front of other patients and told her that she was free to find another dentist. You do not behave like this with patients that have been going there for years. Totally disrespectful. We Will follow her advice and take our business elsewhere. I suggest most of you do the same.

Fantastic experience: Overall amazing experience! All the staff from front desk staff to hygienists are very friendly, attentive and informative. They take the time to explain everything in detail when it comes to insurance/costs beforehand which is a huge plus. I did a root canal and crown placement and it was painless. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: They over book at this location. You will Not be scene at the time of your appointment. None of the assistants speak or understand English. You will be waiting for a long time until they call you back. I’ve literally spent hours at this location. This is unacceptable for a business to have patients waiting for so long. I do not recommend anyone to come here if you have plans or have to go back to work. They do not respect your time.

Fantastic experience: Good quality dental office and friendly staff. Bilingual office of Spanish and English. Sometimes, long wait times in the office waiting to be seen for a dental appointment, but worth the dental procedures and follow-up on dental oral hygiene and care.

Fantastic experience: I am writing this review for my husband, Juan Corey. I highly recommend Dr. Paya. I've been to many dentists in Miami. I am a very picky person. For a year Dr. Paya has done eight procedures, all crowns, six on my bottom teeth. Dr. Paya did an absolutely perfect and exceptional job. There's no other dentist or staff that's been as patient, caring and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Paya for your whole family in any of her three locations, Hialeah Gardens and in Dade county.

Negative experience: Wow been taking my daughter back and forth here to get her mouth fixed. Failed with one preauthorization and changed her dental plan. They told me they sent out another preauthorization with this plan but come to find out THEY LIED TO ME. They never sent out anything with the assumption that it wouldn't get approved and had me waiting multiple months with no hear back from them. WOW smh if I was HISPANIC they wouldn't have acted in this manner and that's BIG FACTS smh I feel so stupid AFTER I highly recommend others to them not to mention trusted they would do all they could to assure my daughter get what she needed but THEY LIED smh WOW
