Fantastic experience: Visited Midtown Doral Dental today, first time, for an invisalign retainer scan to replace my lost ones :( Everyone was extremely kind and the location is neat and clean. The location’s general dentist provided a free evaluation which I appreciated! The clinic counts with dentists and orthodontist professionals.

They always accommodate my needs and requests and they're also very thorough and informative about their services. Finding a good dentist is hard enough, let along finding an AMAZING one!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience with Dr. Roger! He was able to fix my daughters chipped tooth gently and swiftly and his calm demeanor put her at ease. She is a grumpy little patient and during the procedure she was quiet as a mouse, I didn’t hear a peep from her, no complaining or whining! She was very pleased and all smiles. Thank you! Update 3/19/26: Dr. Roger and his team of angels continues to care for our entire family. Our dental health has never been better and we don't miss a single appointment! Aside from routine cleanings, fillings and general dental work, they also offer Invisalign treatments, orthodontics and beautiful designed smiles such as veneers. One of my favorite things about MDD is that it feels like we are part of the family. I can't forget the adorable seasonal decor, it is cheerful and uplifting! We love Midtown Doral Dental! Every time I was treated so well by everyone from the administrative staff to the technicians to the doctors. They’re so kind and patient. Given the emergency my insurance did not cover any of the procedures and they were able to set me up with a payment plan that worked with my finances. I cannot recommend this dental office enough!

They make every cleaning thorough yet gentle, and always take the time to answer any questions. Dr. Garrote is incredible, his bedside manner immediately puts you at ease. He did my fillings, and I couldn’t be happier with how natural and comfortable they feel. Dr. Lucas is hands down the best orthodontist I’ve ever met. He handled both my son’s and my braces with amazing patience and clarity, explaining every step so we knew exactly what to expect. The results are beyond what I imagined, and the whole process was smooth and reassuring. I also had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Rivero for a crown lengthening on my front teeth. She was an absolute sweetheart, and now my smile looks completely natural. no more “chicklet” appearance, just beautiful, healthy-looking teeth. Everyone—from the front desk to the doctor—was incredibly kind and made me feel at ease throughout the entire visit. When my name was called, Carmen introduced herself, and I can’t say enough good things about her. She was genuinely one of the warmest, most caring professionals I’ve ever met in a dental office. She took me to get some x-rays using very modern equipment, and everything was spotless. What I appreciated most was how she explained every step of the process so I always knew what was happening. After the x-rays, the doctor came in, explained my situation, and recommended a deep cleaning. Then the billing specialist went over the costs clearly and kindly—no pressure at all, just professionalism and understanding. Once the deep cleaning began, Carmen went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. She constantly checked if I was okay or feeling any pain, and even had a TV with calming visuals to help me relax. She truly made the experience exceptional. At the end, Carmen gave me a personalized routine for taking better care of my teeth at home—brushing, flossing, and overall dental care. I left feeling cared for and grateful. Honestly, I’ve never felt so comfortable at a dentist’s office before. Carmen is truly an angel, and I will definitely be coming back and requesting her for all my future cleanings. Dr. Lucas is such a great Orthodontist and is so detailed and helpful with my treatment. The girl in the front desk, Shileizy is so sweet and helped me work with my schedule for all my appointments. Yecenia was such a sweetheart as well, she helped me finance my treatment to better fit my current finances, truly a life saver. This office is a 100/10. Negative experience: The doctors are good, they did a initial checkup and gave the details of what need to be done. But the administration is very poor. They were checking with my insurance company for the last 4 months and still they don't have any update on what covers and what not. I have followed up with my insurer and they were able to give me the breakups. Poor management.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Midtown Doral Dental. I suffer from a horrible gag reflex. Taking x rays of my mouth is definitely undertaking. Carmen Salazar was very sympathetic to my issue. She played videos of Hawaii, calmed me down with her good vibes, and made sure to quickly take X-rays of my teeth. She even asked another staff member to help her take the X-rays so I wouldn't suffer. Incredible for me! She also did a very nice job doing my cleaning afterwards. I actually had fun at the dentist lol. Then I saw Dr. Eilyn Rivero. I loved her bedside manner and demeanor. She took the time to explain everything I needed to do to keep my teeth healthy and looking good. I went back for another procedure and she was there on time, ready to work and provide great efficient care and service.
