Negative experience: Horrible experience. The manager in St. Thomas needs a course in customer service. Office is run out of another dental practice. This makes it very hard to contact the office. I had to call the stateside office several times to get information. Only good experience we had was with one of the office assistants Ashanta. She was very kind and helpful. I would recommend her for a management position. One star only because of her.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service and professional staff during these past 2 years. Just a few minor notes that especially at the beginning of treatment there should be follow up calls to the patient to make sure all is well as this will be very new for beginning treatment. Also in the middle of treatment some attachments were missing but a different assistant found out. Dr. Naidu, thanks for the personal touch and care during treatment. Continued success!
