Fantastic experience: I had a follow-up visit at Sweet Hart Dental yesterday. The staff is amazing and very caring. This was just a follow-up with the hygienist, she is very thorough and her explanations of treatment options were very easy to understand. All members of her staff are very efficient, minimal wait time and I was on my way out the door in about an hour.

Fantastic experience: My whole family and extended family go here. Straight up honesty. Friendly, and helpful staff. I went here right after a visit to a dental office on Flamingo next grand cafe. The first office took x-rays, and said I needed a deep cleaning on a second visit, and I needed to see the doctor on the second visit. I was given an estimate for the next visit and told after that, I had to come back every 3 months. The hygienist could not even tell I had a crown while she was in my mouth. She had just taken the x-rays. That's when I realized that I was in the wrong place. I called Sweet Hart Dental right after leaving, and talking to a family member who went to .Sweet Hart Dental I called and explained the situation and got a same-day appointment. I even got x-rays fees waived. They did the examination , and I didn't even need a deep cleaning or had all of the 4s and 5s the first office said. Stay away from the dental office on Flamingo near Grand Cafe. I will be going to Sweet Hart Dental with my whole family. The Doctor, and staff were great. I value honest trustworthy people who know what they are talking about, and not trying to rip you off.

Fantastic experience: I did not expect to have my wisdom tooth removed the same day, but when I explained the amount of pain I was in, Dr. Hart immediately stepped in and fit me in for an emergency appointment. Negative experience: I decided to come to this dental place because of the good reviews online, but my experience wasn’t that good. After a couple of visits I decided to pay for the anual plan with 2 cleanings per year included, but the last time they charged me around $70 because my “cleanings weren’t regular” but they didn’t tell me this when I paid for the plan and got the first cleaning, So, when I complained, the lady in the front desk disagree and she told me that the other lady who offered me the plan was “new”…but is this my fault that the new person made a mistake or wasn’t trained? Well, for them, yes! They didn’t understand and still had to pay the extra money. Very dissapointing! Plus the main doctor if you don’t have the best teeth, or disagree with previous visits to different dentist, it makes you feel uncomfortable. Let’s remember it’s not what they tell you , it’s they way they say it. I won’t come back again, I felt ripped off!

Fantastic experience: I must say this was the best dental experience I have had. The office is beautifully decorated and inviting. Everyone is so welcoming, and I have never received a “tour” of a dental office, but it was really a treat to see all the patient rooms, in-house lab, and common spaces are clean and up kept. I love, love, love their personal touch of adding your name on a welcome board as you enter your room! So cool and that just goes to show the care and thoughtfulness they put in taking care of their patients. All the technicians I encountered were so kind, and made sure I understood what they were doing and I received the best teeth cleaning I have ever had! Now, for Dr. Hart….She is so sweet and very funny. Her spirit makes you want to come back, but most importantly she knows her work. This is definitely my new and hopefully last stop dental practice.

I always have to ask for numbing gel but always feel some pain/discomfort, this time was completely painless. I hope he is my hygienist when I have my next appointment. Fantastic experience: This is my new go to dentist! I was calling around checking prices on an annual cleaning since I moved and needed a new dentist. They were the most cheery and best priced with the best reviews. They got me in the next day. I was greeted right away and they took me right in. Everyone was super nice. The dental hygienist (Irene?) was very professional and explained everything she did along the way. I got my X-rays done and my cleaning done. And I felt very comfortable through the whole process. I will definitely be back! They even gave me a chapstick with their logo on it on the way out. How cute! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst dental experience ever. STAY AWAY AND CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!Employees, including the dentist have zero integrity, zero ethics, and zero accountability. They don’t follow state regulations, i.e. treating minors without the parent present. Additionally they added overcharges to our treatment plan without having proper approval from insurance first. Especially for a crown, why would any dental insurance company not pay for a ceramic or porcelain substrate? Pay attention to your bill with this office. I will be filing a complaint with the board of dentistry against this office and dentist. $150.00 from multiple patients adds up quickly, and using a third party for billing and coding doesn’t excuse them from saying well, “we would payback an overage if that occurred.” A healthcare provider should be vested in the patients best interest not the other way around. DBPR needs to also be informed and they should audit this office. Terrible business practices too, the dental hygienist instructed my “minor” child to remove her $400.00 earrings without telling my spouse who was in the office at the time, now she lost them at the office and the employees claim that my wife put them in her bag! My wife didn’t even have a bag in the office that day! READ THAT AGAIN, SHE DIDN’T BRING A PURSE! Instead of actually taking accountability and understanding it was her employees fault, the dentist expects us to eat the mistake of her employee and the lack of good business practices being implemented at her office! “It’s normal procedures for us to instruct minors to remove jewelry,” is what she told me. Don’t take anything into this place because instead of owning up to their mistakes, they lie and try to blame the customer. Typical South Florida business, Pure trash!

Impressed by the quality of care, I didn't hesitate to schedule appointments for my husband, and Gina, who managed the scheduling, was equally delightful and efficient. Fantastic experience: I am a very happy, new patient! I loved the convenience and ease of scheduling an appointment online as well as filling out all the documents prior to my first visit. There was no wait and no additional documents needed to fill out when I arrived. Everyone was so kind from the friendly front office admins, to the super attentive, caring & thorough dental hygienist, Cynthia and the Doctor. I was very impressed and for the first time feel after ease going to the dentist. Plus, I love the fact the whole family can go to the same dentist!! Way to go Sweet Harts !!

Fantastic experience: It was a wonderful experience! The receptionist was welcoming. The office is spotless clean. The entire staff and environment was a pleasure. Dr. Hart is awesome! She is obviously knowledeable and experienced. She decisively recommended and clearly explained the perfect solution for my problem. Her demeanor was always warm and witty. The procedure was painless and the crown"s fitting perfect. Her assistant took the time and consideration to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the results. Health is wealth to me! I travel 22 miles to her office and I would travel 22 more if I had to reach the exceptional dental care that I receive at her office. I feel blessed to have found her!

Irene was the one who did my cleaning, and she was very gentle and made the overall experience very comforting. Dr. Hart was very personable and made sure I got the utmost care. Fantastic experience: I just had a deep cleaning with Dr. Laureli Blanco and I cannot begin to express forcefully the wonderful and compassionate person that she is. All my family has been with Dr. Hart for 5 years now and Dr. Blanco and Dr. Hart are the best dentists ever. The love that they put on their work is inspiring to me. I fully recommend them. May God bless them. ❤️ My daughter Angelica (8 years old) had a cavity removed. Normally, this is a tough procedure for a kid that age, but Dr. Hart professionalism and patience, combined with her kid friendly personality, made the process a walk in the park. We are grateful to her and we are looking forward to getting our other sons to her practice soon.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit with this practice yesterday, and from the time I walked in, my experience was all but GREAT. The front desk assisted and greeted me with a smile, the office was super clean, the staff was just amazing. My tech was Lauraeli, I pray I spelled her name correctly, of I didn't my apology. She was super nice, I was able to discuss all my concerns and she relayed that information correctly to the dentist. I felt like I walked into a family, and I was treated as such. My dentist was also amazing, she was also very gentle and answered my concerns. She gave me options and didn't force any on me. She actually saw me, spoke to me unlike other offices I have visited, where they don't even acknowledge you. I must say, I will return and I pray this can be a forever dental practice for me. The service I received from the staff was just like no other and I'm glad we still have people that love their job and it shows. Thank you all for your hospitality it meant alot to me.
