Negative experience: As other reviews that aren't fake have mentioned, they will short notice cancel and try to get you to reschedule for months later. They will not provide an explanation. It's likely they overbook themselves intentionally. My experience had the doctor running between simultaneous appointments on several occasions. You don't get your doctor's full attention, they cancel on short notice, but if you're 5 minutes late they cancel your appointment and charge you 60$. This place is corporate and doesn't care about it's patients in my opinion.

Negative experience: As a military family finding a new dentist every time we move is such a struggle. I thought when I booked an appointment for myself and my 7 year old back in May for the end of December that we would be seen and have nothing to worry about. I was wrong. I was called a week before our appointment and asked to reschedule for JULY. Absolutely ridiculous. Please do not wait months on end for an appointment like me and then be left high and dry trying to find another one.

Fantastic experience: Dr. B and ALL the staff at Morrison Dental have made our dental care pleasant and easy! Prior to coming to Morrison, my kids struggled at the dentist (ages 5 and 3.5). Now, there are no qualms, they have FUN, and the staff treat them like royalty! :) better than I could have imagined. Shout out to Jasmine for inspiring my kids' creativity in the waiting room - you're all transforming their dental care journey, and we are SO grateful!

Fantastic experience: Morrison Dental is the best! I had a cleaning over a week ago and discussed treatment with Dr. Hong who was so kind and educated me on what steps needed to be taken for my oral care. He referred me to a local oral surgeon office to remove my remaining wisdom teeth but they couldn't see me until the end of June. A week passed and I started dealing with a severe toothache due to a chipped wisdom tooth. So I called Morrison Dental and spoke with Cassidy who was patient and kind to listen to a new mom with a screaming baby. She told me she knew of another oral surgeon office in Hampton and said she would give them a call for me to see if they can fit me in and would call me back that afternoon. It took her all of maybe 5 minutes and got me an appointment the following morning!! If it weren’t for Cassidy I would still be in severe pain! I cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond to help a new mom in severe pain. I’ll never forget her kindness and wonderful customer service which is why i’ll keep referring everyone I know to Morrison Dental!

Fantastic experience: I called to confirm my next appointment. I confused my appointment schedule and forgot to remove an appointment date on my schedule. So, I was frustrated and annoyed (thinking this was the clinics fault); however, Jasmin calmly & respectfully walked the problem... and helped me understand my mistake. I was very impressed with her professionalism and patience.

Fantastic experience: The best experience! They fit me in the schedule for a filling & tooth concern so quickly. Also, Presley was my hygienist & she was friendly, answered all my questions & even offered to clean my night guard for me.

Fantastic experience: Oh my gosh, everything was excellent from the time I walked in to the time I left. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Dr. Barrett, in my experience, is hands down, one of the best in the business.

Negative experience: Updated Review: This used to be my favorite dentist in the area, due to exceptional service. My first appointment with them was in 2020, and I remember being so pleased to find a dentist I liked so much. After today I think I'll find another. I contacted them at 10am, before heading to work, to confirm my appointment (scheduled months in advance) for the next day. They called me 50 minutes later in the day to let me know my insurance info needed to be updated. I was unable to pick this call up because I was at work. They also did NOT state, in the voicemail, that if I failed to respond promptly my appointment would be cancelled. 3 hours after that missed call, they called me again, while I was still at work, to let me know they were cancelling my appointment because they didn't have my insurance info. This seemingly mandatory policy of having insurance info sent over in advance is not stated in their reminder emails either - their emails state to bring the info to your appointment OR email it over in advance... so I didn't forsee this being an issue. Giving someone they had spoken to that very morning a 3-hour grace period, with no prior warning of appointment cancellation for the stated reason, is absurd. I'm not interested in supporting a business that is this eager to kick clients to the curb. Review (5 stars - from 5 years ago): I love this place. All the hygienists I've met are always amazing (kind, patient, relatable, funny), and my doctor (Dr. Vuddaraju) is wonderful as well. This is the first time in my life I've ever understood the importance of dental hygiene and WANTED to take care of my teeth. The only bad thing at this place is the front desk girls -lackluster service and rude on the phone- but this doesn't even take away from my review because I don't have to talk to them for much of my visit.

Fantastic experience: I had some bad dental experiences before, and recently had the worst most traumatizing one at Spencer dental just because I was trying to save money and go with someone in network with my insurance however, never again. I almost wanted to quit getting dental work done entirely but my mom convinced me that we can do it out of pocket and try through Morrison. I got a bone grafting done for the first time and an abscess drain WITHOUT nitrous or sedation and felt almost no pain. Dr. Barrett and Dr. Hong are very gentle and precise with their work and actually care about their patients which DOES make a difference. I almost cried afterwards from how different the experience was. I got the procedure done on Monday and went back to work today no problem. I've been recommending them to people all day lol and will never stop. If you are looking for someone WORTH the price?? Go here.

Fantastic experience: Today I took my daughter in to see Dr Barrett. She had a rough experience at another company and man was she nervous. All I can say is wow. Dr Barrett took his time. Made sure she was fully numb and made sure she was comfortable and at ease. His bedside manner with her was amazing. If you would have seen her after her visit from that other company " She was shaking and crying" To seeing her at this one. She was calm no tears and even smiled a few times. Her fears over future treatment are so much smaller now. As a mom this makes my heart happy to know we have such an amazing team. From the front desk who was so friendly when we came in to our amazing assistant and yep Even Dr Hong popped in and helped. A 1000% awesome visit. I hope if your on the fence about getting dental care you give them a shot:)

Fantastic experience: Morrison Dental Group is amazing! I had to get a filling and anxiety was through the roof. They gave me time to decide if I wanted to do the filling today or another day. I went through with today and they made sure I was comfortable. They were very nice and think I would be a to do it again without my nerves getting the best of me.

Fantastic experience: My wife had an outstanding experience at Morrison Dental Group! Dr. Hong is not only a highly skilled and knowledgeable dentist but also incredibly kind and patient. Due to Spanish being my wife’s primary language Dr. Hong and his assistant Hannah took the time to explain every procedure needed and made sure she was comfortable throughout her visit. The dental assistant, Bri, was also fantastic – so friendly and helpful! The entire office has a welcoming atmosphere, and she felt at ease from the moment she walked in. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for top-notch dental care in a comfortable setting

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to see Dr. Sanchez multiple times now and he has been fantastic. He took his time explaining the treatment plan and kept checking in on me during the fillings to make sure I was comfortable. His assistant Hannah is amazing as well, they are like a well oiled machine together. Can’t recommend them enough!

Positive experience: Morrison dental team was very helpful when my kids were late for their appointment. It was supposed to be rescheduled for a further appointment dates but Jasmine assured us that she’ll take of it. She was good on her word and the kids got appointment the following week. Negative experience: Horrible experience at the Denbigh location. Morrison Dental Group is not the Dr. Morrison dental that I once experienced in Williamsburg. Cramped exam areas and unprofessional staff. After making my appointment for a cleaning and arriving at the established time, I was told they needed to reschedule me. Not impressed!!

Fantastic experience: The team was great! Jasmine, Kesley, Jeanette, Dr. Barrette were all so friendly & helpful. The hygienist did an amazing job cleaning my teeth, took her time while doing it didn’t rush the process. Will definitely recommend this location.

Negative experience: This is supposedly a veteran owned yet my veteran covered Humana insurance isn’t accepted. On top of that they waited until my appointment m( at the end of the business day) to notify me that I’m not covered. Although I have a tooth emergency and in pain. Extremely unprofessional. Wouldn’t suggest to anyone

Fantastic experience: The staff at Morrison Dental in NN are fantastic. Everyone is always friendly when I call or come in. I juat saw Dr. Barrett yesterday and this morning I woke up pain free for the first time in a long time. He was able to quickly identify and fix an issue with a crown and save me from having to go back to the endodontics.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment today with Dr. Barrett and it was great. The dental assistant was so sweet and they did an awesome job of helping me feel less anxious by explaining my treatment plan, being so kind and just talking me through it. I was so scared to be judged on the condition of my teeth due to anxiety and severe depression after a family loss. I felt comfortable 100% of the time and they were completely judgement free. I’m *actually* looking forward to my dental work with Dr. Barrett, and that’s a lot coming from someone who cries at the thought of the dentist!

Negative experience: II've had some bad experiences with dentists before, but this was the absolute worst. The office staff is rude and unprofessional - they canceled appointments on me twice, with short notice, but when I had to due to an emergency they charged me for it. When they finally got me in, they said that I needed much more extensive work than they had said only a few months previously, so now that I found out about all the complaints to the BBB, I feel like they were scamming me. The deep cleaning and fillings were extremely painful, even with the nitrous oxide, and the dentist hit a nerve with one of the Novocain shots. Fortunately the facial paralysis and severe pain only lasted a few days but I had to call in sick to work for that week. FYI, as of October 2024, the BBB is investigating this business due to "a pattern of consumer complaints alleging miscommunication, billing errors, and insurance claim billing errors." They have emailed Morrison Dental Group twice to "request a written plan of action for resolving the pattern of complaints" and received no response. Look it up and see the "F" rating for yourself. You have been warned.

Fantastic experience: Everyone I encountered here is absolutely amazing every one was so welcoming and helpful. Hands down the best dental services around. Today was my first time here but definitely won’t be my last. I’m extremely thankful for the services I’ve received on short notice. I had a dental emergency they were able to fit me and get me squared away so effortlessly. I loved my experience here and the whole staff. Every one was great. Fantastic experience: I had a very positive experience in this office. I have a lot of dental anxiety, but Dr. Barrett and the whole team were patient and compassionate and were efficient so I didn't have to be there longer than necessary! We had to work through a reimbursement issue after the fact, but the office was extremely responsive and easy to work with. No complaints at all. I feel like I received excellent care and I will certainly be back!

Negative experience: I really like Dr. Abiad but this place kinda sucks. I've spent tens of thousands of dollars at this place, always made my payments on time always showed up to my appointments. I had my cleaning appointment recently canceled because I didn't respond to a text despite having this appointment set for over 6 months. And then they want to tell me I can't get a new appointment for another 2 months. This is just terrible customer service frankly. I've also had an issue where they try to charge me without using my insurance unless I specifically tell them to use my insurance. All in all the front desk is a terrible experience here and it has made me decide to find a new dentist even though I am in the middle of an implant I refuse to give them the $2,000 plus it's going to cost me to finish my implants if they're going to treat me like that. They also way over book so you end up sitting around waiting while the doctor jumps to four or five different other patients. The procedure that should take half an hour to an hour ends up taking 2 hours to 3 hours.

Negative experience: almost a week later and my jaw still hurts, the tooth they did a filling on that wasn’t bothering me prior is now bothering me a lot. they didn’t fix the tooth that i had gone in for that was actually bothering me. and then last minute referred me to ortho for another issue. my first visit i left with the impression that they cared, and my second visit i left feeling the opposite. BUT, the front desk staff is beyond amazing, and my techs were good.

Negative experience: Be careful, unlike most Dental Offices, they don’t check with Insurance prior to your appointment for new patients to see what’s covered & not covered beforehand, they submit authorizations after the fact. Then they won’t respond to voicemails or emails after they bill you 2 weeks later. So now I’m out $163. I’ve never had to pay for a cleaning before as my insurance covers it all - Unless it’s an x-Ray I didn’t need for another year, but again normally a dental office will let you know you aren’t eligible for a certain x-Ray yet and move on with the rest of appointment. Or ask for your old x-rays to be sent to them.

Fantastic experience: Went for a cleaning and some pain after leaving another practice we didn’t feel comfortable with! This office is amazing!!!! Cleaning was fast and easy and they got me right in to take care of the problem tooth! Never been so happy to be at the dentist!!!! Recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I am amazed of this wonderful group- starting from the ladies at the front to the doctor. Everybody is great and super friendly and helpful. I went with a fracture in the root of a molar (extremely painful) they were super quick and they made sure that I was comfortable in the middle of my crisis. The doctor took my molar out the same day and saw me multiple times after. The ladies at front never forgot My name ( which I found it awesome) they saw me and immediately checked me in. They made me feel as part of the family or at least that they knew me forever… (pretty awesome feeling). Today I went for a cleaning - and the experience was great. My hygienist was explaining everything and she was always very friendly. Again this is the best dentist office that I have visit by far!!! Love the experience… Nelly Rodriguez

Negative experience: For the past several weeks, I have been trying to not only have my mom's lower teeth pulled, but also have an imprint made so she could have dentures. Twice, we made an appointment with them, had the appointment confirmed after waiting 2 weeks, only for them to call the day prior for them to either say they couldn't perform the removal, after they stated they could, and the next time they canceled the appointment, again after confirming the day before sighting it wasnt enough time between the toooth extraction and the imprint. I know they have records and can let me know way ahead of time how long we needed to wait so I shouldnt have gotten my elderly mother's hopes up. I noticed how little people communicate no a days, and this place should have set expectations and not empty promises. I will be glad to take my mom's business somewhere else, especially after me and my wife left their unprofessional organization a year ago. I thought they were slightly convenient since they are so close, but I would rather go further for better service. I mean, the last time I was there the person getting my information was sitting on a little kids desk and chair set. One you'd see in kindergarten. It looked ridiculous! Also they had dental tools laying on the floor while my mom was being seen and all they could do was walk around it. Come on! Horrible!!

Negative experience: I have been going to Morrison Dental Group since 2001. Our whole family were patients at the Williamsburg office and I have referred people to Morrison many times. 3 years ago, we switched to the Denbigh location when we moved. However, for the past 2 visits, I saw a doctor who I am not happy with and am considering another dentist. She did not take time to explain my dental health in non-dental terms in either visit. she seemed to only be talking to her hygienists. I went in today because of a car accident with a hairline cracked crown in one front tooth. I tried to explain to her my concerns about the replacement of one crown matching the other. I shared my history as a child and trauma dealing with temporary crowns. She responded by telling me that they are "just teeth" and in so many words that I should be thankful for surviving my accident. She was condescending and her bedside manner is lacking. As a doctor she does not take the time to explain the patient's dental situation in understandable detail. I schedule regular appointments and have excellent dental hygiene and I know my teeth. I care about my smile. I wish that she cared about me as a patient. Am I able to have another doctor in your group see me for information? If not, our family will find another dentist.

Negative experience: Definitely would not recommend!!!!They were extremely rough with my procedure!!!!! I gave them a try because they were closer to home. I will definitely be going back to my previous dentist.

Fantastic experience: I can not say nothing but great things about this office. From the front desk to the dental assistants, to the dentists- they are all so wonderful. The dentist was so wonderful I always get really bad anxiety and he talked me through everything and was just so kind, and you don’t find many dentist who take the time to do that. The past two weeks I have had a lot going on with my teeth and was in so much pain and crying in the chair(embarrassing I know) but it hurt so bad and the dentist and front staff did everything to work me in super quick and refer me to the root canal specialist and got a apt the next day with them. This place is so great!!

Negative experience: This practice is OK for exams and cleaning, but do not go for anything more. I had a crown done by Dr. Sanchez, which has hurt since I got it in March. I went back for follow up in June, since corrective action is covered under warranty for the crown. I was told no charge when I went in, and the Dr. did desensitizing and sealant to help with the pain. Then in late July I received a late notice for a copay, though I had not received any on time bill. Upon inquiring, I was told the Dr. recharacterized the follow up as "reevaluation" so I had to pay. It's not about the money, it's the principle of how they handled it. The crown still hurts, but I can't trust them with more follow up after all this occurring, so I moved my dental care to a different dentist in the area. I do not recommend them.

Fantastic experience: The office worked with our schedule to accommodate for our one year old. Jamie was my hygienist. She was patient, answered all of my questions, and was pleasant to work with. Someone buy her lunch!

Negative experience: Worthless appointment. Doctor Willis spent 25 minutes with me can’t tell me what to do with my teeth and which one is cause me a pain send me home with antibiotics even though I don’t have infection. Refer me to surgery even though he doesn’t know if needed removal. Talking about 40 years experience

My son completed getting cavities filled yesterday and he said it was great. What kid says it was GREAT getting cavities filled?!? A kid who goes to Morrison dental, that’s who! ❤️

Positive experience: The people were extremely nice and I’m sure better communication would’ve resulted in a 5 star experience. It’s been a very long time since I been to the dentist and I took the day off for the cleaning, however I didn’t get a cleaning. I got an X-ray and a consultation about a deep cleaning with needs to schedule at a later date. I took a whole day off for an X-ray and tips on brushing and flossing

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, made me feel very comfortable, unfortunately I've never had a good experience since I was young with dentist and they give me anxiety, but Dr.V staff were very nice and made me feel welcome voicing and addressing my concerns. The exam with the Dr. V seemed a little rushed but she explained everything that was going on clearly and thoroughly, working at a hospital I understand how their schedules are so it was not an issue.

Fantastic experience: I'm from up North on my way South visiting family not far from here. Had a filling break that damage the tooth and then a bit on the other side breaking the cap on the other side molar. Surprised my cleaning back home this spring didn't show that tooth going bad. Now I'm up the creek hundreds of miles from home with two problems. After doing research finding good and bad about many dental offices in the area also some of the bad ones have to be read to see why if they're even valid. Morrison dental was coming up higher and higher on my list as I crossed off others. Then I started making some calls. Some places would not take new patients. Others would not even take an emergency situation. Call Jay on Thursday afternoon I called Jey on Thursday afternoon at Morrison's Denbigh office . She said after a wonderful conversation that she would help me to get into one of her offices especially this one as it was close to me and I was happy about that because it seemed like they were very nice. I got a call back the next day with an appointment that would fit me in either Monday or Tuesday I told her I'll take the Monday one if I have a problem that might be more major maybe Tuesday take care of that. Came in Monday. Was greeted by an excellent staff. Dental assistant Bri and Jen knew what they were doing and we're excellent not to mention great personalities. An x-ray was taken and then Dr. Vuddarju checked it out also took a picture to show me. I could actually see that yes it was not too great. She could have put a cap on it and sent me on my way . But it really needed a crown and I agreed. I don't need to have a problem I didn't have time to mess around they also use Cerec method for crowns which basically prep the tooth, take measurements with a cad cam set up to crown is made right then. So I took the Tuesday appointment. Dr. Sanchez started the procedure . After the prepping and the measurement. Crown was starting to be made. Well that was going on he repaired the other tooth on the other side. Then the crown was fitted , adjusted and then install ed. I was done the price was reasonable and service outstanding from the entire crew. It would seem to me that they were very ethical and they know to keep it light because nobody likes to have dental work. So far has been great it's been over a week. I Celebrate these people. I would make one suggestion for anyone having dental work done bring some Lip balm put it on before. Your lips will feel much better after. Lol.

Fantastic experience: Heading to "The Morrison Dental Group" to get established as a new patient was a great choice for me. My appointment was within days of my initial call. From my 1st call,assisted by a sweet lady, named Sarah. Then arriving to check-in with Jay who was very welcoming & friendly in a clean office. I was seen on time & my hygienist, Jaynie was awesome too!! Dr.V was very calm and welcoming as well-i look forward to having this place as my dental group for years! I made a great choice! I also bought my 1st electric toothbrush from them!! The location was also perfect for me. Nothing but good things to say about this dental group! I usually dont like dentists but, Im actually looking forward to my next cleaning!!

Negative experience: I have been a patient here at this location for decades ( before Morrison took over). Front staff changes quite frequently here and same with dental staff. Always someone new and learning. However, I have made an appointment twice but only to be re scheduled twice. I drive all the way there and it’s cancelled just because I didn’t respond to a vaguely worded text on a Sunday sent to my wife by mistake 4 days prior to my scheduled appointment. Too many mishaps, and I left work early for these appointments. A waste of time and fuel. Keep your staff and know your customers. I am complaining to corporate, but also leaving this overbooked dentist.

Fantastic experience: I love Morrison dental group because they are so family friendly and the staff is amazing! They are super knowledgeable and I always go out feeling better than when I walked in. Moving all the time with the military means less family and friends nearby to help which also means my son comes with me basically everywhere I go! I thank MDG for allowing me to still take care of me while taking care of my son too!!

Positive experience: Hygienist was wonderful-very friendly and did a great job. Dentist seemed disengaged when I clarified I was told to schedule at this location until I could get in closer to where I needed follow ups. I mentioned some concerns that weren't addressed. The front desk could've handled things more tactfully-after waiting a few months to get in I was called the week before and told my visit would be cancelled if I didn't provide my insurance info. The delivery wasn't friendly and I had to clarify why self pay wasn't an option, which changed the tone. Giving the benefit of the doubt mostly because of the sweet receptionist and hygienist, but hoping for better future experiences.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ruiz is awesome (and easy on the eyes)! They have a new dental assistant, James, that is amazingly thorough! My dental cleaning was the best I have ever had and James is very personable! All of the office staff is great!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Vuddaraju was amazing as always. Gentle, fixed my bite and took good care of me. I love the office the staff. Brianna and Shoun were phenomenal, very kind and make you smile and welcome you in with the best customer service. Janittia was phenomenal at the front desk, professional, sweet and just a great customer service disposition. I love the whole office. Won't change a thing.

Fantastic experience: Morrison Dental is a great place. Positive attitude starts as soon as you open their doors. Ladies at front desk are always polite and helpful. Dr Sánchez and his assistants are professional, very laid back and friendly people, always provide great care. I’ve been their patient for few years now and every time I feel comfortable, stress and pain free being in that chair. Recently they installed a crown on my tooth, they explained me every step of the process, even let me get up and see how my crown is being made in that special machine. Pretty impressive process. Thank you for your care and service! I Recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: Wow!!! Great customer service, great assistance, great doctor, great care. I recently retired from the military and needed to be seen for lost filling that was rapidly becoming an issue. They started me in the system, got me scheduled for the next day, did an exam, X-ray, AND filled it. Dr V was so professional, efficient, and had a fantastic and comforting bed side manner. I forget her assistant’s name, but she was great too! Great teamwork. Made me feel at ease the Dr and the assistant had a good working relationship. Catie at the desk was SO helpful in getting me scheduled. I had to pay out of pocket while I wait for my referral to go through the VA, which wasn’t horrible, for me, luckily, and it worth it, but they did have payment plans available. Again, I don’t know if I got lucky or not, but I def got lucky when I found this place. I cannot recommend it enough. Thank you so much for taking care of me!

Fantastic experience: I have a long list of things that I need to do before I can leave the country, it has been so stressful and scary. I have never been to a doctor's office or a dentist office that was so sweet and helpful. Every time I call, Catie remembers who I am and my situation and helps me get what I need as fast and easy as possible. But it is not only her!!! There was not one single person that I talked to in that office that was not sweet and helpful! I wish I had known about this place before, I would have been going for years!

Fantastic experience: I went in to have my bottom teeth cleaned today, and had come to get some fillings and a tooth repaired prior to this. This is the first time I've met a dentist who actually numbs me for the correct way and it is less painful than any others and then when I came in today to get the Bottom deep cleaned, that it didn't hurt at all and I was gassed which made me so relaxed that it just made it so much easier. I don't mind paying a little bit to be relaxed and treated right, they are so good to you the whole staff very nice. I will definitely keep my appointments. I had to have a deep clean done because other Dentists didn't make me feel comfortable or do it correctly that I just didn't want to go and be in more pain. not this dentist office ,I will be back

Fantastic experience: When told that I needed Deep Cleaning, I was none too thrilled. I had been told in August by another dental practice and by January had not been appointed a treatment date. I googled, found Morrison Dental Group on line and was quickly given an appointment. The front desk staff, Lauren and Catie ,were professional, kind and courteous. Lynette, my hygienist, was able to answer my many questions, calm my nerves, and numb me so sufficiently, that I felt no pain! Honestly, Lynette was so good that I changed my next week appointment to the next day, and truth be told, I could have had my entire mouth deep cleaned in one day. There is no feeling like being able to trust the person who is working inside your mouth. By the end of my 2nd visit was able to tell Lynette, that I loved her for making my visits the best I've ever had with a dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: Dr V. And the staff have been nothing short of amazing. Beyond impressed with their professionalism and kindness! Every single person in that office needs a huge pat on the back (and maybe a raise ) Lauren, thank you for being you and being so patient with me when I was in the worst pain I had ever endured! You calmed me down and totally didn’t make me feel like I was crazy! (Even though we know I am)!

Negative experience: Called to cancel an appointment that was made 6 months ago, In which I was not even given a reminder of. I called more than 24 hours ahead of the scheduled appointment. And was repeatedly asked why I was canceling by someone who stated she was a manager. Then stated she would have to speak to upper management to see about rescheduling. In which I wasn’t even trying to reschedule. Being new to them, I have not had a good experience at all. But they don’t have to worry about me or my family. We will take our business elsewhere. Their staff are very Unprofessional, Unorganized and Rude!

Fantastic experience: By far the best dental office I have ever been to. Receptionist staff is great, quick, and friendly. The dental hygienist and dentist do an excellent job of making the whole experience stress free and comfortable.

Negative experience: I had to cancel an appointment because I wasnt feeling well, but I was suppose to give a 24 hours notice. I was never told about the $50 cancelling fee until I called. Then I told them I would come in because I didn't want to just give them $50 for doing nothing. Then whomever I was talking to told me not to come in so they really cancelled my appointment but now I have to pay $50. But it's okay because this will be the last $50 they will ever get from me.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Evan Rurak and his team are truly awesome! I was able to get appointments in a timely manner. They worked with me through my insurance changes. They also provide excellent Invisalign services. I highly recommend Morrison Dental Group and specifically Dr. Rurak and his team.

Negative experience: We are pleased with finding a dentist that my husband actually likes....however, today they called to reschedule one of his appointments which was fine... Until she said that it's their policy to have his phone number. Unfortunately, it's against his work policy to give out his work number and that's the only phone number he has...we don't even have a landline...just my cell....I'm guessing we will have to find another dentist because he doesn't have a good number to be contacted on....what a shame.

Negative experience: Update as of 8/19/2022 I had two appointments scheduled for 8/18 which so happened to be my bday. I changed my number and it totally slipped my mind about not calling them to reschedule. I learned today from the lady that answered the phone that was super dry I must add.. that they charged me twice for a no call no show when it was two appointments on the same day. She didn’t even ask why I couldn’t make it being that we are in a worldwide pandemic. She proceeded to say that in the past I had several reschedules which it shouldn’t matter because any service I ever had was paid for through my insurance and myself. I would like to speak to the regional or the last people that helped me before because this is unacceptable. If the dry lady would’ve asked she would’ve know it was issues beyond my control on my reschedules. I will not be paying the money and I will call my insurance for them to deny the claim and I would like to speak with a professional person that can help. Let’s be honest we all are customers even when we’re working and that’s what’s wrong with the world now.. it’s pathetic how these so called professionals answer the phones nowadays. After this I will be looking for another dentist provider because I don’t have time

Fantastic experience: I highly suggest Morrison dental group. Both customer service and the dentistry is top notch. I was able to repair my smile here for a very affordable cost and I've been impressed by their services at every step. Lauren even called me recently to confirm my appointment because she knew I'd had scheduling issues in the past. I doubt many other dentists would do that. I can always count on their team to be welcoming and easy to deal with. I'm very uncomfortable with pain and the dentistry I've received has been gentle, and always looks amazing. I've felt comfortable going there despite my smile looking a little rough when I first called them. If you can get in as a patient here, you should.

Fantastic experience: *Long post alert* First visit was great! From the initial new patient call with Lauren to meeting the dental assistant, Shay, to meeting Dr. Vee.(Vuddaraju) , everyone made me feel at ease. Lauren was beyond knowledgeable over the phone that I took all her recommendations and booked my appt. She even went above to “toot” her on horn about how great the dental office was. And she wasn’t lying ;). Shay was just as great. Eased my mind, made me laugh, and made sure I was comfortable. Dr Vee (Vuddaraju) was wonderful and broke things down in a way that made me understand what is going to happen moving forward. GREAT EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING TO END!

Fantastic experience: Dr.V and staff are amazing. I had a dental emergency and after calling all of the dental offices in the area I called this facility and spoke with an angel who got me in quick. I left with a smile and a solution to my problem. You all are awesome.. I would easily give this office 10 stars if I could!!

The staff at Morrison Dental Group is very professional and the service was the best I’ve ever received at a dental office. The Dental Hygienist that served me was extremely technically proficient in her knowledge of dental techniques and procedures. She was very kind and gentle in cleaning my teeth yet very effective. She was able to put me at ease in her explanations about the procedures she would be using. Dr. Sanchez was also very professional and knowledgeable in his approach to my treatment.
