Fantastic experience: Dr. Artis and the Artisan Smile staff do a great job. I never experience a wait time, dental technicians are knowledgeable, open to answering questions, and efficient. The office team is both welcoming and helpful in every way. And Dr. Artis takes the time to discuss options, answer questions, and efficiently get the job done. I've been going to Artisan Smiles for about three years and have been very pleased with their service.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit and I was so pleased with the warm reception and “bedside” manner that I received. The detail explination of my exam and X-rays was an added plus. I have never experienced this with previous dentist they would talk to their assistant and walk out. I felt so involved in my appointment.

This is the first dentistry office that has ever made me feel at ease. They helped me get my dental health back into shape after years of no dental insurance or access. Cannot recommend them enough!

Positive experience: I have been going to this dentist office before it went through a change of owners. The new owner worked with the prior one. The staff is friendly, unassuming, and adept at their work. Dr. Gilbert Bigelow was the one who first worked with me in 2007 on a Saturday when no other orthodonist nor dentists ever returned my calls or messages. They have consistently over these past decades been efficient, attentive, and treat all their patients with respect. Now Dr. Artimes is my dentist. (Hopefully I spelled her name correctly.)

She was afraid to death, they made her calm down immediately in a fascinating way. They will be my family's dental site forever. I wish I could acknowledge each person by name…Starting w the first call/ check-in; she is on top of things! She spends a lot of time assisting patients on the phone, while smiling and simultaneously checking in those walking in. She is a rockstar. Next, is the dental hygienist I feel SO fortunate to have take care of me- Keshia! She is amazing. Though I have always enjoyed getting cleanings, I have sensitive teeth and she exercises such care. She is the BEST!!! Finally, I have had the pleasure of meeting both Dr. Artis and Dr. Bigelow (once). I typically see Dr. Artis, who has a comforting bedside manner. As a patient for nearly 2 yrs, I have left each time with a feeling of gratitude.

Fantastic experience: My experience with this dental clinic, this being my third visit, has been consistently positive. Warm inviting atmosphere greeted with a smile and pleasantry. Then serviced my women who acknowledge “You” and your day-before going in on your mouth. Lol. During my recent visit, I was serviced by Deja, who polished and flossed my teeth. Then, dental hygienist Keisha took over and continued providing thorough professional service. Both women were attentive and understanding, acknowledging my nerves and easing my anxiety with lighthearted conversation.. To conclude my visit, Dr. Asha performed a final exam that solidified the overall positive experience.
