Negative experience: Didn't last long after advising me that my teeth were about to fall out my blood pressure shot through the roof they were ready to call 911 to take me to the hospital. I walked out and had breakfast.
Thank you for your feedback, John. This is not the level of care we aim to provide at Dental Arts on the Square. Fantastic experience: I had a really great experience. The receptionist was very friendly, and it only took them about five minutes to bring me back. The dental hygienist was so sweet and friendly, and made taking X-rays a breeze. The dentist was wonderful as well, she even made time to give me a cleaning during my first appt so I didn’t have to schedule a follow up. I really enjoyed coming here and am excited to have a new dental practice where everyone is personable and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Very through cleaning by hygienist and exam by the dentist. Warm front desk staff. Great office all around!
Thank you so much for your kind words!
Negative experience: Well I showed up for my 8:09 am appointment and the dentist was going to be two hours late. No one called me or emailed me. I had things I needed to do but made it on time. The place has gone downhill. I will not be returning.

We understand how frustrating it is to wait without communication, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our service. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we hope you will reconsider and give us another chance in the future. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to reach out directly.
Fantastic experience: I was at Dental Arts on the Square for my routine six month checkup. My appointment began on time. The hygienist was new to be but was affable and efficient in the cleaning an preparation for the doctor's exam. That exam was thorough and while there is a continuing "watch" for a possible cavity, no procedures were required.
Thank you, Frank, for your wonderful feedback! We're delighted to hear that your routine checkup at Dental Arts on the Square went smoothly. It's great to know that our hygienist provided you with efficient service and that you found the exam thorough. We appreciate your trust in us and look forward to seeing you at your next appointment!

Fantastic experience: I was very comfortable and pain free!
Thank you, Barbara! We're delighted to hear you felt comfortable and pain-free during your visit to Dental Arts on the Square. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we look forward to seeing you again soon!
Negative experience: We’ve been going to this practice for years, and we’ve had repeated issues in the last year or so (billing problem that we had to resolve, last minute changes to their policies resulting in wasted trips, etc). The latest insult was receiving a call today to cancel an appointment we had booked months ago, with only a few days’ notice. This one was for our son who goes to school over an hour away from home, and has a very demanding, inflexible sports schedule. So we booked this appointment well in advance, knowing that it was a day that he was available and could fit into their office hours. The excuse I was given was that they have a new doctor, and this new doctor changed their schedule. Zero flexibility on their part, even though the appointment had been on their books for months. I don’t know what ever happened to customer service. It would seem to me, the logical approach would be to honor the appointments that were already made, and change the schedule moving forward. I guess they can just afford to lose patients, and it looks like we’re on the hunt for a new practice.
Hello, due to the sensitivity of this matter, we currently cannot provide a public response. Our team is looking into the situation and once we’re finished reviewing, we will address any questions and concerns. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the situation.
Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff! Techy equipments and super fast! Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I had a crown placed and they did a great job. I arrived early and they took me right in. The receptionist was friendly and accurate. The Hygienist was helpful, personal and friendly and my Dr. was skilled, explained the process and did a great job. I do not Iive very close to the new office but I will return for one more crown and recommend them to anyone in the area. THANK YOU!
Thank you, Kerry, for your wonderful feedback! We're delighted to hear that your crown placement went smoothly and that our team provided you with excellent service. It's great to know that our friendly receptionist and hygienist made a positive impression, and that you felt comfortable with your doctor throughout the process. We appreciate your recommendation and look forward to seeing you again for your next crown. Thank you for choosing us!
Positive experience: They are so honest and had a great job they did for me
Thank you so much for your kind words!
Fantastic experience: The entire staff is extremely friendly and efficient. The receptionist quickly entered my new insurance and produced a list of qualifying benefits. The Dental Assistant, Echo, conducted a thorough, and hassle free cleaning. Dr. Maria conducted an evaluation and presented recommendations. I felt very comfortable in their care.
Thank you, Frank, for your wonderful feedback! We are thrilled to hear that you had such a positive experience at Dental Arts on the Square. Our team strives to provide friendly and efficient service, and it's great to know that Echo and Dr. Maria made you feel comfortable during your visit. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
Fantastic experience: Go see Dr Maria for all your dental needs ! I’m new to the practice! An amazing staff that is friendly and cares about the patient and makes you feel home ! I lost a front tooth and needed to add to an existing flipper. Was able to get a same day appointment and turn around time for my flipper is about a week ! This practice cares about the patient ! I saw a review about 3% charge for credit cards. Just an fyi there is a sign on the desk when you walk in clearly showing that policy ! If you need a fresh start with your dental needs come here and feel welcome by the awesome knowledgeable staff.
Thank you for your kind words, Todd! We're thrilled to hear you had a positive experience at Dental Arts on the Square. Our team is dedicated to providing a welcoming environment and quality care. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care, and it's always rewarding to know we're making a positive impact. We look forward to seeing you at your next appointment!
Fantastic experience: I scheduled an emergency appointment with Dr. Sedaa for a throbbing toothache. Turns out my tooth was aching due to sinusitis. I did have a cavity in the next tooth. My cavity was filled and I was given Rx for the sinusitis. Although I try to be a good patient I gag and have trouble with the hose that removes saliva from your mouth. The Dr and her assistant were very patient with me. I really liked them both and am considering switching dentist.
Dear Pat,
Thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear that Dr. Sedaa and her assistant made you feel comfortable during your visit. It's our priority to provide compassionate care, especially in emergency situations. Fantastic experience: Always professional, friendly, on-time, efficient. It's in a lovely converted home, near Newtown Square crossroads & shopping area. Been going there for 30 years, partly because of the central location to West Chester, as my work changed from Delco to Bucks to Chester County.
Thank you for the positive review! We take pride in our approach to patient care and service and our entire team is focused on delivering the best dental experience possible. We thank you for recommending our practice!
Fantastic experience: Hygienist was very patient as I am a difficult patient - dentist just ok
Thank you so much for your kind words!
Positive experience: They now charge a fee to use a credit card for payment. I think that they should inform their patients ahead of time. I got a phone call and two text reminders of my appt.; why didn't they also inform me of the new policy? I would have brought a check. Dental Hygienist, Jill, was excellent, as usual - friendly, thorough, and thoughtful.
Thank you for your feedback, Tom. We apologize for any inconvenience regarding the credit card fee and appreciate your suggestion to improve communication. We're glad to hear that Jill provided you with excellent care. Your input is valuable as we strive to enhance our patient experience.

Positive experience: The staff has been wonderful over the 35 plus years we have been going here. Unfortunately, in the last 6 years, there have been 5 different dentist changes, which has resulted in us saying goodbye. Hopefully, a dentist will eventually establish themself for a long time.
Thank you, Michael, for your kind words about our staff. We truly appreciate your loyalty over the years. We understand your concerns regarding the changes in dentists and are actively working to provide more consistency. Your feedback is valuable, and we hope to welcome you back in the future!

Fantastic experience: Professional and friendly service. So, I left my previous dental clinic in DELCO because they acquired a used-car mentality and felt they were just trying to sell more stuff/services... the Dentist would come after the hygienist was done and wouldn't even introduce himslef, not a word actually. 0 personality, all business. Nothing like that here on Dental Arts. From the front desk to the dental professionals I recommend this place 100%
Thank you, David! We're thrilled to hear about your positive experience at Dental Arts on the Square. Our team strives to provide professional and friendly service, and it's great to know you felt welcomed. We appreciate your recommendation and look forward to seeing you again!

Fantastic experience: New patient here, struggled to find an in service provider and this place had the best reviews - and I see why. They have a bit of a waitlist but it’s worth it. Everyone in this office is extremely personable, and helpful. The admin ladies, the dental assistants, all of them are knowledgeable and professional. I went to their Hygienist for my cleaning , and I also had to get the bond redone on my front tooth. (I must say especially when it comes to my teeth I can be a bit particular/ a bit of a perfectionist. ) I went to a new person Dr Sedaa. She was incredible, her attention to detail and bedside manner is the kind that feels like you can only get from a woman. So happy with my results. They were super busy but still make you feel like your health is their priority!
We appreciate your review! It’s fantastic to see that you had an exceptional experience. We care about your dental health and always strive to make every appointment a positive one.
Fantastic experience: Friendly reception staff. Best hygienist I have ever had. Jill is efficient, explains what will happen and gets it done quickly and painlessly. Also very personable. The dentist is honest. Not trying to recommend unnecessary procedures.

Fantastic experience: Great cleaning & check up.
We appreciate your review! It’s fantastic to see that you had an exceptional experience. We care about your dental health and always strive to make every appointment a positive one.
Negative experience: I’m not sure how this place has so many 5 star reviews. Maybe if they had an answering/scheduling service that wasn’t so incompetent I would’ve given them a chance. I called as a new patient had an appointment scheduled a Friday at 4. They called me that AM to reschedule and said they had been trying to find my number all AM. After rescheduling for the following week, I got a call confirming my appointment only For them to tell me the wrong day. On top of not having the correct appointment information. They asked for some additional personal details. When I called back to give them I was transferred to a call service. How unprofessional? You want me to give my SS number to a call service because you don’t have some at the front desk available!
Dear Nicole, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with our scheduling process. Your feedback is invaluable, and we are actively working to improve our communication and services. Please reach out to us directly at the office so we can resolve your concerns and provide you with the care you deserve. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Dear Alicia, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the cancellation of your appointments. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate your feedback. Please contact us directly so we can address your concerns and ensure it doesn't happen again. Fantastic experience: Very pleasant surprise. I cracked a tooth right before a major holiday and was afraid by the end of a long weekend I would be cracking more if I ate anything. I called Dental Arts and they were able to get me in. From start to finish it was a great visit. Everyone was pleasant, good , fun music playing, then they got to work. Once the finishing touches were done on my cracked tooth I still felt something wrong. They examined more of my mouth and two lower teeth were chipped and would also soon crack more than likely. I could see the wear in the mirror. I was actually relieved they found it so I wouldn’t be back in a few weeks or months.
Thank you, Jeff, for your wonderful review! We're so glad we could help you in a pinch and that our team made your visit enjoyable. It's great to hear we caught those additional issues early. Your oral health is our priority, and we're here whenever you need us!

Negative experience: This place is a joke now. I've had four routine hygiene appointments rescheduled in a row by the office. That's 2 years of incompetence. I want to know how much they're paying for these positive reviews. They could use the money to hire an office manager instead.

Fantastic experience: I had my first cap and it was a breeze …. Till I ate the temporary! They brought me in first thing the next morning and made me a temporary and sent me happily on my way in 20 minutes. I have been going there for 20 years and was a bit worried when the office changed hands. I like them very much!

Definitively like to have her again on my next visit .

Negative experience: patient here for 3+ years, and I'm sad to say that the quality of care of declined significantly in the last 1.5 years During my most recent exam, I could feel the hand of the new dentist tremoring while he tried to hold the mirror, which is scary stuff

Fantastic experience: Very happy with your staff, but, very unhappy at how petty that I was charged $9 from my visit 6 months ago. I think the cancer screening fee is ridiculous- that should be included in check up. I liked the practice much better before it became corporate owned.
