Fantastic experience: We have used Dr Faust for both of our daughters and had amazing results. We were evaluated for years before being ready for braces, once we were ready there was no rush or pressure for treatments. Highly recommend!!!

Negative experience: May be a good orthodontics office but I will never know. I called to make an appt and the receptionist sounded irritated as soon as I began to speak. She was stuck on knowing what dentist referred my daughter to them, and would not move on until I provided that and placed me on hold. I hung up and waited a few minutes to call back and got the VM upon my return call. I left a message for a return call and never received a callback. I believe I know why and it appears the receptionists are vetting who are customers there...

Fantastic experience: Dr. Faust and Liz at Faust Orthodontics are truly exceptional. They are always welcoming, and respectful to every patient! As a full-time student working full time, my schedule was demanding, but Dr.Faust consistently worked with me to find appointment times that fit my life. During a period of major life changes, he even gave me his personal number so I could text him when I was available—that level of care and accessibility is rare and deeply appreciated. My gap has closed significantly, and while it would have closed completely had I worn my Invisalign every day as instructed, I am extremely happy with my results. When one of my brackets broke and I was in a lot of pain, he had an assistant come in on a Saturday even though the office was closed to help me. That dedication says everything about how much he truly cares about his patients. Dr. Faust is an incredible orthodontist, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. If my kids ever need orthodontic care, I already know they’ll be coming to Dr. Faust. I finish my treatment in 6 months and I could not be more happy

Fantastic experience: While visiting family for the summer, my 11yo had a wire come loose and it started poking the inside of her cheek. This was around 9pm on a Sunday, so no one was available to help. We were 300 miles from our regular orthodontist, and camp started the next day. First thing Monday morning I called the nearest Orthodontist with a 5 star rating and asked if they could help a non-patient with an emergency. They were very gracious and gave us an appointment right after camp that day. My kiddo was nervous, but it was clear from the moment we walked in that people were friendly and wanted to help. We were seated within 5min and the fix took literally less than 60 sec (they had to cut and bend the pokey wire). My daughter was wide eyed and said it “felt awesome” after the fix. I thought that we were all set, but Dr. Faust came over to double check. Even better. It was just a really satisfying and comforting experience. My daughter was instantly not in any more pain, and I left knowing that if we had another issue, we could come back to competent, caring people. Dr Faust even said “Kids are traveling this time of year so we try to all help each other out. I’m sure your orthodontist would do the same for my kid.” I love our orthodontist, and I’m sure she would, but this felt above and beyond. I’m writing this review because I chose this office because of its 5 star rating, and I think it’s well deserved. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my daughter (or myself, really). So thank you to the whole team that helped us today and a special thanks to Dr Faust who made it possible!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Faust. He is truly amazing. From the very first appointment, it was clear how much he genuinely cares about his patients and wants what’s best for each person. He’s kind, incredibly positive, and always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and honestly. What really sets him apart is his accessibility and dedication. He encourages us to text him directly on his cell phone, and he actually responds — even on weekends! That kind of commitment and care is incredibly rare and speaks volumes about the kind of person and professional he is. I don’t say this lightly: Dr. Faust is exceptional. If you’re looking for an orthodontist who will treat you like more than just a patient, someone who goes above and beyond every step of the way, this is the one. Highly, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This is the most beautiful dental ( medical) office I have EVER been in! It's so inviting, bright, colorful, consciously decorated with amazing taste! I would go back just to enjoy the space once more. It's like being inside an HGTV makeover spa space. Now to add to the beauty of the space is the staff. We had a consult to discuss braces for my kid and it couldn't have gone smoother if it was scripted. Everyone, from the lovely lady who talked to us to the orthodontist himself, were extraordinarily gracious, helpful and patient. It came natural to them to be so kind and informative. Their services are affordable and they're willing to work with you, and there was no pressure. I have no doubt my kid will get her braces done here after the recommended follow up time.

Fantastic experience: I had braces at the age of 33. I was told because of my anatomy they would have to be done a certain way that I never really liked but for the sake of my bite I was stuck with this limitation. Fast forward 28 years. I started with a consultation with Dr. Faust who is professional, kind and patient. After the consultation I was on the fence. Would it be worth it, would it make a difference, did I want to make this commitment at this age? Fast forward 5 months, I am so happy with the results so far. It has completely change my appearance for the better, my smile looks great! The staff is great too! Always greeted with a smile and ready to help. I highly recommend Dr. Faust.

Fantastic experience: My daughter went with traditional braces several years ago and my son recently completed Invisalign. Dr. Faust is great and I feel like he genuinely cares about your overall experience from the evaluation, to the beautiful office, to the support staff, and most importantly, to the final result. I definitely did my research before choosing our orthodontist - and now that we have come out on the other side, I honestly could not be happier. Highly recommend Dr. Faust!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful place. My son began his dental work at another Orthodontist office in North Carolina. He was at his final stages and most places apparently did not like finishing work already started. He did not have insurance that we could us in PA. Yet they worked with us. My son loves this place. They even work with us because he constantly misses appointments due to working over night. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I travel 40 minutes to go to Dr. Faust’s practice for my sons Ortho needs because he has the latest technology and he is the best! After being told by 2 other orthodontists that my son needed headgear, Dr. Faust suggested another simple way to correct my sons underbite that was simple and it worked!! We couldn’t be more pleased with Dr. Faust and his staff.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Faust Orthodontics for my son who desperately needed braces. He had a few issues and was looking at a possible extraction of 4 teeth! My husband and I couldn’t imagine him having to endure that. But Dr. Faust had other options that made us so much more comfortable. I can call with any issues and will receive a prompt reply and solution. They are extremely warm and friendly, the WHOLE staff! Not to mention a BEAUTIFUL office. My son actually says he LOVES going to get his check ups. I HIGHLY recommend Faust Orthodontics!

Fantastic experience: I had an issue with my daughter’s previous orthodontist and wanted to find somewhere that she would feel comfortable continuing her treatment. From the first phone call to now, everyone has been welcoming and courteous. I couldn’t be happier with our choice. Dr. Faust makes sure to explain the treatment plan at every visit to both my daughter and myself. She is almost done with her braces and we both wish that we had done a little more research and found Dr. Faust from the beginning. The staff is amazing. The office is clean. I don’t have anything negative to say about them at all. I highly recommend Dr. Faust‘s office to anyone who is looking for an orthodontist.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a client of Dr. Faust for just over a year and it’s been a wonderful experience! Prior to selecting Dr. Faust, I did some research comparing Invisalign to bracketed braces. When I went for the initial (complimentary) consultation, Dr. Faust discusses both options with me. Dr. Faust ultimately suggested Invisalign and created a personalized, comprehensive plan for me. I’m an adult client who previously had bracketed braces as an adolescent. The technology surrounding Invisalign is amazing, including visual simulations/projections. Dr. Faust is extremely knowledgeable about the technology and is a top tier (diamond) level provider. In addition to his knowledge, he’s extremely kind and responsive to questions/problems. His staff is also wonderful, from the receptionists, to the accounting team, to the technicians. I’d highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Incredible service. The facility itself is so clean and honestly fancy looking. They have iPad stations for younger kids in an area with books and magazines for them as well. I go to Dr Faust for Invisalign treatment and I’m always taken in for my appointment pretty much right at the scheduled time. Everyone is very warm and welcoming. Dr. Faust is awesome, he’s very friendly and gives you his personal cell number in case you need to get in touch with him for anything regarding your treatment. I shopped around to 3 other places but Faust Ortho was by far the clear winner. I know it’s hard to judge how authentic these reviews are but if you go for a consultation you’ll know mine is true. Highly recommend.

His office is clean and modern, his staff is friendly and efficient and our appointments are always on time. Where I came from I was not fortunate to have quality health care and I have always been scared and self conscious about my smile but then I randomly stumbled on Dr. Faust, when a friend of mine refered me. My teeth were crooked and I never smiled on any family pictures. They were able to give me a new smile and confidence that I never had before in less than 2 years (1y 6m). I want the word to know that this is the most genuine review and if anyone child or adult ever needs orthodontist work done, please go there and you will be so happy that you took the time to read my long review! Fantastic experience: The absolute best! Dr Faust and his team have been treating three of my kids for years. They're not only wonderful to their patients they're constantly giving back to the community by supporting the athletic teams and other programs in the local schools. It really is like visiting family when we go for appointments. My only regret is they weren't here when my oldest needed braces!

My daughter just loves his bold personality, she thinks he is a big kid.Lol! My daughter just loves her invisalign, which I didn't even know was an option for a 10yr old either, which is a plus for her. Dr. Faust has a very modern client friendly office, it is very clean and well put together. The staff at Faust Orthodontist always have a smile on and treat each and everyone that walks in with care. From the ladies in the back to the ladies up front they all do a great job. We want to thank Mary and Tiersa, whom we seem to get alot when my daughter gets taking back. Also to Jen up front for always making sure we are taken care of from beginning to end. Those whom we have not yet have but have seen along are way, thank you.
