Fantastic experience: I have had a superb experience at Mainline Dental Health and Wellness! Dr. Bryan and her team are deeply invested in patient health and comfort. As a consequence, the procedures I've had (three crowns and a filling) were painless, even relaxing. During each, Dr. Bryan checked in multiple times to see how I was faring. After each procedure, Dr. Bryan took the time to explain clearly what was done and what she found, and to offer a prognosis going forward. I have found her to be both detail-oriented and remarkably efficient, and I feel strongly that I received the highest quality care without undue time in the chair. Her team is warm, caring and highly professional. They explain what they are doing every step of the way. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Main Line Dental Health and Wellness since I was a teenager and it is always actually a pleasure - something most people don’t usually use to describe a visit to the dentist. Everyone on the staff from dentist to hygienists to technicians to front desk is kind, compassionate and top notch skilled at what they do. They always have the newest and latest tech so you know your teeth are getting the best care. The environment inside is more spa-like than dental office. I used to see Dr. Matt who was fabulous and now I see Dr. Bryan who is also an excellent dentist. I cannot recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I’m very scared of the dentist and injections, but this is the only office where I’ve truly felt comfortable. The team took the time to understand my anxiety, explained everything clearly, and used nitrous oxide sedation to help me relax, which made a huge difference. They were patient, compassionate, and incredibly gentle throughout the entire visit. I felt supported the whole time. I can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Dr Bryan and her staff were amazing in my case. She did a full mouth restoration and it was a long process! She said “don’t worry at the end you will be 100 percent happy”. She was so right! What I liked most is how her staff focused my overall health first and they gave me confidence to say yes. For anyone considering a smile make over highly reccomend Dr Bryan! Fantastic experience: Wow! I had no idea just how much I've been transformed until I saw the attached picture. The best part, though (and I'm saying this in the most complimentary way possible) is that it took a seeming forever; the better part of a year. I know that might sound like a bad thing but the truth of the matter is that progressing from examinations to planning meetings (with me, my sleep apnea doctor--who started me down the bite-reconstruction road, and even my endodontist--to make sure I'd be OK with so much dentistry) to two sets of month-long test fittings to bite adjustments and final fittings and more detailing, my new teeth are damn near perfect. They feel great, they look great, I sleep better, but the process was the best thing of all. Did it drag on? Yes; but on purpose. Dr. Bryan is a perfectionist and it shows.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Main Line Dental Health & Wellness. I was chewing a delicious Swedish fish and lost a huge filling. I was trying desperately to find a dentist to help me out. My local dentists were all booked. Dr. Bryan was highly recommended by friends. Annie, the office manager was able to fit me in and work with my schedule. I traveled from South Jersey and received top-notch care. She offered and explained all my options. She took her time to make sure everything was right. At 40 years old, I can state that Dr. Bryan is the best dentist I ever had.. The office was amazing. The dental assistants and hygienists are friendly and skilled. I highly recommend!

On my first visit I was struck by the useful technologies employed in examining my teeth and gums. I learned a great deal that I did not know before. I've long needed work on several of my teeth. I decided to tackle the problems once I finished my move. Dr. Bryant did all the work. The result is fantastic. My bite works the way it should for the first time in years, and my teeth look better, too. (Always a plus.) Things could not have turned out better for me. Dr. Bryant is a perfectionist, who manages a heavy workload with apparent ease. Her expertise, care and hard work show in the final result. She very well might be the best dentist I've ever had. Hats off to the hygienists and other clinicians, too. They were all professional, helpful, and reassuring through a long and sometimes difficult process.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Matt and his team are as good as you'll come by with dental providers. They were my dental caregivers for 13 years and the only reason I am no longer using Main Line Dental is that I am no longer in the area, having relocated permanently to New Hampshire. Anyone within a half hour's drive of Bryn Mawr and needing a dentist that cares while doing exceptional work, this is the place to go.

My dental hygienist, Camille, does a fantastic job of researching best practices and advocating/introducing them. I have never had a single problem and my teeth still look great. Dr. Matt and his team were very professional, supportive and caring. They took time to help me decide what color I wanted the veneers to be. They made sure I was comfortable in various ways. It was altogether a very positive experience. Fantastic experience: I had my first visit recently with Dr. Matt and the hygienist Camille. They were so caring and professional. Everyone in the office from the front desk to the clinical staff was so friendly and warm. You can tell this is a genuine office of people that pride themselves on the care of their patients above anything else. I'm going to be candid, recently I had a bacteria that entered my bloodstream through my gums and became a serious issue. The bacteria attached to my heart and almost killed me. I spent weeks in the hospital, did several weeks of IV antibiotics, and now have permanent heart damage. With this office's guidance and routine maintenance, I believe that it will literally help extend my life. Dr. Matt's office did a salivary test that was able to tell me what bacteria are present in my mouth (we all them), and at what level. From there they'll be able to guide me appropriately in years to come. I've never been to a dental office that used a tool like this, and best of all it was complimentary! A bit of advice, don't neglect your gum health!

I had a botched minor procedure at a Dental Solutions that left me nervous about where to go next to get it fixed. My friend recommended Main Line Dental with Dr. Matt and Dr. Bryan, and I am forever grateful. Dr. Bryan fixed it all up in a couple of appointments, and every single staff member is so sweet and personable. I also love that when you need to reschedule or ask questions, you can just text them. I live in Philly so it’s normally a 45 minute drive, but it’s truly so worth it. I never really leave google reviews but I just had to for this office.

Fantastic experience: Camille exhibited the utmost caring professionalism as I relayed my extreme discomfort with the noise of the equipment used as it reminded me of the pain of having huge cavities drilled with NO Novacaine when I was a kid.

The repair was quick and painless and you can’t even tell the tooth was ever chipped. I’m extremely grateful I was able to get an appointment and such amazing service on such short notice!! Negative experience: I would not recommend this group. Dr Matt is not looking out for you he is like a furniture salesman. Trying to sell you on some magic items that does nothing for your dental health.

Fantastic experience: Had "upside down" smile most of my life. Wanted to correct. Recommended treatment plan worked out perfectly. Started with Invisalign (11/22-4/23); caps, first temporary, then permanent, started 4/23, finalized 8/23. Appointments accommodated my schedule and were responsive to every issue. Outcome more than justified time and cost. Totally satisifed.

Negative experience: I highly recommend another dentist. Do not get trapped with this one. This has been an extremely poor experience and am very disappointed. We were seeking a great new family dentist. My daughter and I went in for our appts. Both were very long visits. I never saw other patients in their office. My daughter and I left feeling uncomfortable. The day after, I was horrified to receive a very long text message from the doctor with a list of demands and threatening to report my husband and I to child protective services for NO reason. He made false claims, far from any truth. She has the best medical care her whole life. We have tried to talk to him but refuses to talk to us. Overall, do more research and stay away from this dentist.

Feeling in control of my oral health and not just “along for the ride” has been a game changer for me. I feel so lucky I found this practice and made the switch. It doesn’t hurt that they are super nice, too. :)
