Fantastic experience: I had a very positive dental appointment with Bright Choice Dental. I went in with a broken tooth. Dr Bello was so friendly and professional he explained in simple terms what I needed to get done no pressure. The staff greeted me kindly and they too explained my procedures and answered all my questions. I recommend them highly!

Fantastic experience: I am thankful and grateful for Bright Choice Dental especially grateful to Dr Dan Bello. He was awesome. I came and nervous when he finished. He treated me like I was a human that he was there to please me and make sure I was comfortable and not afraid he calmed me down he was just awesome. He’s an excellent Dentist and if you’re afraid of Dentist , then this is where you need to go A treat you with respect and see you as a human being and make sure that you’re comfortable and satisfied what they were. I’ll give him a A+ Dr. Dan is awesome knowledgeable. He should be teaching, but I’m glad that I had the opportunity to have him as my Dentist they are awesome. The staff is excellent. They greet you with respect and there’s no long waiting when you end they take your time they listen to all your concerns and their address them when you leave there you feel confident I haven’t felt like that in years and I’ve been to several Dentist. That’s been horrible. These are wonderful amazing amazing and I think Dr. Dan Dr Dan Bell he is awesome a master at what he does and artistry and working in your mouth artistry of Dennis so I thank you J Robinson. Dr. Dan Bell is superior. I am so thankful and grateful finally I got a dentist that really cares and know what he’s doing. Thank you Bright Choice dentistry.

He made sure i was completely numb before he did anything in my mouth. He was gentle n very very patient with me. Im sure I'm not the easiest patient but he made the whole experience so much more bearable. I have found mine n my kids new dentist! THANK U, DR. DAN & THANK U, BRIGHT CHOICE DENTAL STAFF!! Fantastic experience: Honestly I was skeptical about the this institution when the advertisement pop up on my browser when I was scrolling through pages on Facebook. So reluctantly I thought to give it a try, and to my outmost surprise they are real and very courteous and helpful in dealing with customers. My teeth were speedily assessed and scheduled for extraction in less than an hour. This is a special New Year treat for me.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time meeting Miranda and Dr. Dan. It was a cleaning appt and Miranda did a great job. They were both very thorough and answered any questions I had.

Positive experience: Dr. Markowitz sold his business during covid and so far every time I've gone there has been a different dentist and hygienist. All of them are nice, kind, and now their stuff. But, its the same conversations because there's no history and they don't know anything about you. He may have sold the business to a venture capital company. Not sure.

Negative experience: Don’t go to this place. Go to Pristine Dental Center instead. It’s right around the corner in Upper Darby. They are a one stop shop and you will leave satisfied. I went to Bright Choice once and it was the worst decision I’ve ever made when picking a dentist. I was in there for five minutes. The dentist is very confident and will make you feel comfortable, if you can’t see through his bs. He was lazy, not through, and offered me no solutions. Just sent me on my way with a referral to go see his buddy in Media. PRISTINE DENTAL CENTER is the way to go. It’s like Ruth Chris v McDonald’s, but the same price. You have a choice, make the right one and avoid this shady business.

Fantastic experience: The staff was excellent from the time I walked into the office. I walk in and out, so their consultation fee is true. The Dental Assistant explained every procedure that was needed. Dr. Bello looked over the x-rays, did a physical examination of the area for the reason of my visit. His bedside manner were impeccable. I had already visualized the cost in my head before going, so I wasn’t in total shock of the cost. Once the entire procedure is completed, I have every confidence that I will walk out with the Biggest Smile. See you soon for my follow up appointments!

Negative experience: The first time I went to Bright Choice I had a great experience and rebooked for my second cleaning. About a day or two before the cleaning the office called and asked me to reschedule because something came up and they had to cancel. Understandable, things happen. I asked them to schedule the appointment before my vacation if possible and they accommodated easily. Before this visit, I received two text messages one asking me to confirm my appointment, which I did and another reminding me again of the appointment and advising me of a $75 fee if I cancel within 48 hours of my appointment. Today, (3 days before the appointment), I receive a voice mail telling me the rescheduled appointment has to be rescheduled. I called the office to see what the problem was this time and was told the hygienist is no longer available. This is now the second time the appointment is being cancelled. Do I get to charge a $75 fee??? Needless to say, I’m annoyed, and the person I spoke with sounded as if I was canceling her appointment. At this point, I have no idea if a third appointment would be cancelled or not so I might as well take my chances and find a new dentist. I’m really disappointed because the office seemed like they were dependable and I liked the Dr. I would avoid them if you’re looking for reliability and don’t want to waste time scheduling and rescheduling your time.

Fantastic experience: Over the past couple weeks I have been to Bright Choice dental. The staff and Dr. T are absolutely amazing! I’ve been to the dentist many times in my life, but none have I felt more cared for or heard than when I have been to this office. On my first appointment, I had a consultation and a cleaning, and was surprised when they had me back the next week to do some fillings, one filling in particular, Dr. T was unsure whether or not he would be able to fill, but when I came back today, he checked it out and it’s holding wonderfully. At my appointment today I had many of my front upper teeth filled. I took before and after pictures and when Dr. T was finished, I was almost in tears. I’ve never been so grateful for dental work in my life. I recommend Dr. T and his staff to anyone who wants a professional extraordinary experience. Thank you, Dr. T and staff!

Fantastic experience: Front desk staff was welcoming! Vera was my hygienist and she was excellent. She knew what she was doing and why. She was very thorough with cleaning and was pleasant to chat with. Vera had amazing bedside manners and was careful with my teeth. Dr. T was just as amazing if not more than other reviews I read prior to meeting him. He took his time to answer my questions and went out of his way to go through my X-rays and explain, in detail, the conditions of my teeth. He was kind and gentle, I have nothing but great things to say about him! Happy to have found this place, as most dental practices have not been pleasant to be a patient of. Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: Most of us don't look forward to walking into a dentist's office especially as a new patient. I had a surprisingly great experience after being greeted warmly at reception then as well by the assistant who all through X-rays and intake was extra kind and caring. Though I ended up with not such great news as I'm headed to an oral surgeon now, Dr. Albustami spent considerable time explaining every possible scenario, addressing my concerns and answering any questions. This is a doctor who sits next to you and doesn't stand by the door thinking about escape. He listens, which is a rare quality I've discovered. If you or your kids need dental treatment you should consider Dr. Tayseer Albustami. I wish I knew of him sooner.
