Negative experience: I have been a patient at Timeless Smiles for years, dating back to when Dr. Cohen owned the practice. Dr. Cohen set an exceptionally high standard of patient care, professionalism, and trust. He took the time to listen, explain treatment options, and always made me feel that my dental health, not the financial aspect, was his priority. Unfortunately, my experience since the change in ownership has been disappointing. The hygienists and office staff remain the strongest part of the practice. They are friendly, professional, and continue to provide excellent care. If it were not for them, I would have already found another dentist. My concerns are with the current dentist. Appointments increasingly feel like sales presentations rather than dental visits. There is a constant push toward additional procedures and treatments, leaving me with the impression that generating revenue has become a higher priority than providing patient-centered care. Trust is essential in healthcare, and I no longer have the same confidence that recommendations are being made solely in my best interest. In addition, the wait times have become consistently excessive. Even when arriving on time for scheduled appointments, I often spend far too long waiting to be seen. Respecting patients’ time is a basic part of quality service, and that standard has noticeably declined. It’s disappointing to see what was once an outstanding practice lose the qualities that made it exceptional. I hope management takes patient feedback seriously and refocuses on the level of care, honesty, and service that made Timeless Smiles such a respected practice under Dr. Cohen.

Fantastic experience: I am 83 years old and have been to many dentists in my life. A friend recommended Timeless Smiles a few years back and I have found them to be an excellent group. Dr. Traband is personable and through, communicates well, takes the necessary time, and is an amazing successor to Dr. Cohen, who began the practice many years ago. They are a unique group in that most of the employees have been together for decades, including the fine hygienists Linda and Sue. The rest of the support staff, Donna, Trish, Tina and Nichole are all first rate. Go to Timeless Smiles and be happy.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been patients at Timeless Smiles for over 20 years. Drs. Cohen and Kim are very knowledgeable, friendly, and gentle. I have fibromyalgia which increases the pain of receiving novocaine injections, so I have a lot of anxiety prior to a procedure, They have been wonderful and have worked with me to lessen my anxiety and pain level. Every member of the office staff, from the front desk to the dental hygienists, are equally kind and helpful. It’s nice going to a doctor’s office who actually knows me and my family as people, not just as patients. I would highly recommend this practice to any family!

Fantastic experience: In late September 2025, I began dental work at Timeless Smiles on an existing tooth that was covered with a gold crown. Upon removal of the gold crown, the staff proceeded to give me the gold crown and advised me to take the crown to either a pawn or jewelry shop for gold value evaluation. At age 84, I have had my fair share of gold crown removals and this is the first time, a dental practice advised me of turning in my gold crown for cash. I truly appreciated their honesty and professionalism in dealing with me in this particular case. Also, every subsequent appointment I had was handled with the same level of care and professionalism. Fantastic experience: I don't know if most people look forward to going to the dentist, but I genuinely do. I don't think that that speaks to anything unique about my personality so much as just how pleasant my experiences have been at Timeless Smiles. First, stepping into the office feels like stepping into a time capsule; like "Cheers," it's "where everybody knows your name." I'm not kidding that everyone who works there, from the reception desk to the exam rooms, remembers things about me from one visit to the next that I sometimes can't even recall having shared with them previously. They ask about my pets, what I thought about my favorite music artist's new album, so on and so forth. These days, how many healthcare offices have that level of charm where you feel valued as a person, not just a patient? The personalities in the office are so warm and friendly that it's hard to not be at ease while there. Beyond the positive attitudes, these people know what they're doing. They're thorough. They remember your history and what you've discussed at prior appointments. They're equipped to offer all kinds of advice and interventions, from functional to cosmetic, but they will not -- and I repeat WILL NOT -- try to push you into having work done that you do not need. I have never felt pressured, dismissed -- not for a second. At my appointments, I have only ever felt listened to, respected, and appreciated. I can't say enough positive things about this dental practice and would highly recommend Timeless Smiles to anyone. I feel so fortunate to have found them!

Fantastic experience: Hi, I am 61 years old and I had an issue several years ago, where I thought I was going to need an instant root canal and made an appointment with Dr. Robie who took me in that day due to the pain which was unbearable. Only after a quick examination the Dr. explained to me that this was something that was better served with another Dr. He said, not too worry and please keep in mind, that I had 2 root canals with Dr. Robie in the past and his skill and abilities were awesome. He called Dr. Cohen and he walked me upstairs to Dr. Cohen and Dr Schlesinger's office Dr. Cohen welcomed me right in and went right to work to relieve my pain. Turns out I needed implants and Dr. Cohen and his staff were willing to start the basic dental work to help alleviate my pain and decide on a game plan to fix the issues that I was having. Dr. Cohen and his staff took all the necessary films and developed a game plan. First and foremost is that Dr. Cohen' and office staff personnel are top notch and there is a continuing dental education that is second to none. This includes state of the art C-scans, X-rays and routine exams. I have recommended several friends to Dr. Cohen and Dr. Schlesinger and all have been very pleased. Also, Carecredit is also available to most patients, which allows patients to pay for the more expensive procedures with no interest. Donna and the office staff can help with this card availability. They are the best!!

Positive experience: discovered a hole in a tooth previously filled. An appointment was made in a relatively short time. upon examination by Dr Cohen, it was discovered to be not the cavity that was filled but a different one in the same tooth. Dr Cohen filled the new hole gratis.
