Positive experience: This was a very different experience from 40 years of being a patient at this practice. Administratively, the left hand did not know what the right hand was doing (examples: front desk person couldn't find my printed receipt; my hygienist called me back to her area, when my appt had been rescheduled with a co-worker, & my hygienist didn't know that she had an opening at the exact same time as my appt with her co-worker). I do hope that these matters are ironed out asap. The practice is usually like a well-oiled machine -- but not today! I was disappointed & remain concerned.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful office in Wayne,PA- front desk staff was welcoming - and both dental assistant and provider were friendly and knowledgeable. All details regarding first visit were explained prior and after exam/ cleaning and X-rays, a plan was outlined with details shown on X-rays. Upon checking out- office manager was very helpful and explained concerns I had re: insurance. I would definitely recommend this practice and would like to continue as a patient.

Original Post (April 11, 2025): Our family had to switch dental offices due to dental insurance changes. We are very happy to have found Dr. Woo and team! We saw Dr. Woo, Tania and Tiffany, who were all courteous, professional, and caring. We would highly recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: Both Mary Anne and Dr. Williams exemplify the highest level of care and superlative service at this practice, easily the best dental provider I have ever experienced in my 20 years under their care. Few people look enjoy visiting the dentist; by contrast, I always look forward to visiting Main Line Dental where both Mary Anne and Dr Williams not only examine and clean my teeth but also teach me how to do a better job of taking care of my own teeth. Five stars does not do nearly enough to review a world-class practice; this is a class act and I cannot thank Dr. Williams and Mary Anne nearly enough for the care that they provide.
