They treat everyone they see and every time you see them like you are the most important person there. Dr. Brennan is very kind and makes one feel very comfortable and at ease. She always explains what she is doing and before leaving lets you know if any concerns come up from the procedure to call her and she will take a look at it. Negative experience: I am forced to change my review. After being a patient hear for over a decade, I was extremely unhappy. I was there April 1. The office temp was 80 degrees. This is against OSHA regulation for an office that requires an office temp of 68-72F. The owner refused to turn on the AC because the temp the next day was in the 40s. This was not a reasonable explanation as to why the AC wasn't on when the temp was 80 outside and 80 in the office the day I was there. I suffered an allergic reaction due to the elevated temp in the office. The staff all said it was incredibly hot but the owner still wouldn't turn on the AC. As a result of the temps, I had to leave and not get a cleaning and appropriate care I was scheduled for. I feel whole heartedly, the office has to be kept in OSHA temps for a dental/medical office. 80F is unacceptable for a dental office.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brennan was recommended by my dental hygienist after my dentist retired. I needed a dentist for an urgent problem, she promptly saw me, provided necessary treatment and referred my to an endodontist. The necessary followup procedure was prompt, efficient and painless. The staff are friendly and helpful. I'm glad I found a new good dentist!

Fantastic experience: I always have a good experience at Oaks Family Dental. At my most recent visit (for a cleaning), I waited just a few minutes before the hygienist came to get me. She was friendly, personable and frequently asked if I was o.k. She spent an appropriate amount of time taking x-rays and cleaning my teeth (which always feel good afterwards). The two people at the front desk are competent, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: Oaks Family dental is like family to me and my husband. We are always greeted warmly by Donna and Becky. We catch up on our families’ latest achievements with Dr. Brennan. We find out how Dr I and wife are enjoying retirement. We exchange info about our trips. Tom brings in lots of pictures from our latest travels to share. And just to mention what great care and service we get from everyone. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Happy holidays all.

Fantastic experience: Dr Brennan, Joanne and the entire dental staff are professional in every aspect of delivering quality dental care. My wife and I have been patients for over 30 years. Our dental care ranges from bi-annual cleanings, identifying cavities and filling/capping, and an implant. We feel very comfortable in the capable hands of the good Dr and her staff. Plus, they really seem to enjoy their jobs as they provide a super patient experience. They are genuinely interested in what you say about your dental health, and tailor treatment accordingly.

Dr. Brennan really explains the process to make you fell at ease with the procedures. She'll never hesitate to strike up a conversation with you and makes your comfort a priority. Her staff is top notch too. Kim works seamlessly with the Doctor to make the procedure easy. She always has the equipment ready and keeps the Doctor moving along. Joanne is a very thorough hygienist and provides accurate patient info to the Doctor. Donna and Becky and the front desk always greet you with a smile and remember your name. The check in, check out and payment/billing is quick, easy and accurate. I'm so glad my wife and I switched. Not many like going to the Dentist, let's face it. Dr. Brennan makes feel like you're visiting a friend. (only with a co-pay)
