Negative experience: My Hygienist Uma is amazing... She is very informative and makes you feel comfortable... So they recent new policies have ruined this once amazing practice. I actually was asked to leave a $50 reservation fee for an appointment.. And no Uma.

Fantastic experience: I have been a long time customer. Always great friendly and helpful staff. I had an issue with a night guard (retainer) and they swiftly fixed it on the spot like it was nothing. Always a grate experience here

Fantastic experience: I don't like going to the dentist, but I love Dr. Isha and her staff! She's very kind, considerate and thoughtful. She really takes the time to talk through issues and options. They are also responsive over e-mail which is very helpful. Before finding Advanced Denistry of Main Line, I went to Frazier Dental and it was an absolute nightmare - the staff are nice, but it's a chaotic atmosphere and the Doc is very short and curt with your interactions - also, it's clear that she values profit over your well being - recommending unnecessary procedures and replacing healthy teeth, just to make more money. At Advanced Dentistry of the Main Line, it's a much different experience. It's a calm atmosphere and Dr. Isha really takes time with each patients and seems to genuinely care. She recommends keeping your natural teeth for as long as possible and works to save them and give you a clean and healthy smile. I highly recommend Advanced Dentistry of Main Line.

Fantastic experience: I love the exceptional care I receive at each visit. Most of the time just for cleaning but if I need any repairs I’m given a full explanation and my options. Also, the best desk support professional staff who manage scheduling, insurance and making you feel well taken care of. Vanessa is my girl!

She is very professional, friendly and always greets me with a smile! I typically only schedule my appointments when she is in the office because I look forward to speaking with and interact with her during my visits. If your office offers any monetary awards or recognition for employees, she's at the top of my list to receive such a special honor. If you don't, you should start. THANKS VANESSA FOR ALL YOU DO!!!

I’ve had some serious teeth issues but never feel judged here. If you’ve never had a nice dentist or avoid going because you feel judged, would recommend checking these ladies out.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Isha is a top rate dentist & given how much time I’ve spent in the dentist and oral surgeon’s chairs plus the fact that my Dad and I have invested in my mouth somewhere in the mid to high6 figures (through no fault of anyone other than DNA), I recognize first rate care physicians from jump. Veronica and Laura , the dental techs, are also first rate. Make no mistake though, a 5 star review from me begins with the quality of whoever is on the phones. I used to do that job, for over 500 clients at an answering service, so I only go in to a place with good phone etiquette, which I always express appreciation for and naturally, I observe that same standard of polite professionalism myself on the phone. Vanessa is THE BEST OFFICE MANAGER WE HAVE EVER MET. Her protege, Melona, is learning from the best and I am so grateful that even though my insurance isn’t accepted, there is a good discount on services available to buy for a reasonable price. Any place will be glad to take our money, and right now we’re seeing docs quick to rip out teeth forever and while that may be needed at times, any GOOD dentist will do everything to keep your natural teeth. I have to get some implants at my big age but I’m not worried bc IK it’s my only option and I trust this practice to help me keep my other teeth. If you’re scared of dentist appointments, let them know and they will work with you 100% to make it a non-traumatic experience. I promise you that and if you have a different experience, kindly let me know. In fact, if you have a phobia (understandable), msg me and I promise you to call them, let them know you & the situation and have them call you or whatever you want. We can 3 way. It’s 2025. Ain’t no health without oral health and sooner beats later.

Negative experience: I went to the ADoML for a second opinion and had a good experience. I decided to check them out further, as they are close to where I live. I asked to get a dental cleaning and got scheduled pretty quickly. They requested that I send them my latest X-rays. I told them I do not need an evaluation of any kind, just a cleaning – in and out… Nevertheless, they insisted, saying it’s their policy, so I reluctantly requested my current office to send them X-rays, which they did. While in the dental chair, I repeated my request to just get a cleaning – nothing more. However, they insisted on taking the X-rays yet again – I’d guess to just bill my insurance because they could... I was not happy to waste time and get radiated again, but complied. The dental hygienist tried to upsell me while I was in the chair! I may’ve agreed on some the procedures, which were offered, but the mere fact of pressuring me while I was already in the chair and not asking in advance was appalling. In addition, planned another appointment after the visit, and did not have time for all of that, so I refused. Before the cleaning was completed, the dentist came into the room, and the hygienist promptly stopped the procedure. Again, I said I do not need an evaluation, just the cleaning. Again, they insisted on it. The doctor spent a few min. with me and left. I missed my next appointment and was kind of upset with what took place, but lo and behold, they send me a bill for the doctor’s exam! I’ve had dental insurance for many years, and cleaning was ALWAYS free. Apparently, not in this office. We called a couple of times trying to resolve this issue, but the office manager would basically have just angry monologues, and barely let use speak. So, if you are a sucker for unexpected charges and pressure to upsell while in the dental chair, this office is for you. I will pay the scummy bill, but I will never get even close.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at here ! I came in for a cleaning, and from start to finish, the staff was welcoming and professional. The front desk team was friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. Umma (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) was absolutely amazing! She took care of my X-rays and performed the cleaning with such care and precision. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the process, and her attention to detail was outstanding. Afterward, the doctor came in to review everything and provided a thorough explanation of my dental health, which I really appreciated. The entire visit was seamless, professional, and informative. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care with a great team. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Many of the people were unfamiliar to me and I am always skeptical when I have to change and today was no different. The new staff turned out to be excellent, professional anf friendly. Based on my first experience, I won’t have to look for another new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been in an ongoing process of restoration. I had allowed my teeth to deteriorate to the point of no return. I went to Advanced Dentistry because they advertised the services that I thought that I needed. From the beginning they were non judgmental, professional and caring. Dr. Patel discussed options and we decided on a course of treatment. We decided on implant supported dentures. I met with the oral surgeon, Dr. Sunny. My remaining teeth were removed, bone grafts put in and implants installed. This was all done remarkably pain free. Dr. Sunny and his assistant Anna were great. There was a 3 month healing process after the surgery. They checked on my healing, in person. After healing the second part of the implants were attached. Dr.Patel took over for the restoration process. We discussed how the new teeth would look, the color, etc. after some fittings my new teeth were ready. They look great. People that I know think that they look natural. I can smile again. I can eat all foods again. I am more than pleased! I would also like to commend the support staff, Elenor, Veronica and Melona. Without their support this would have been much harder. I very much recommend Advance Dentistry for any dental proceedure.

My previous visit, I had a filling fall out and ended up needing two crowns. They all did their best to make me feel comfortable as I had my work done. I would definitely recommend them!

Dr. Patel and his associate, Veronica, went above and beyond helping to calm me by taking breaks during the drilling, explaining exactly what they were doing, and giving me a chance to settle before proceeding to the next step. I was very impressed with their dental and professional skills, and am grateful for their concern about clients. Fantastic experience: I am an older woman who has been through a lot with my teeth years ago I had many root canal’s and crowns. I also had veneers on my front teeth but I moved and switched dentists Who told me everything was done wrong needless to say I had to have all my teeth removed and got a denture. I spent my career as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse I loved it. I am retired now. The staff are professional and sympathetic from the front desk to the assistant and Dr. I really wanted the implants but unfortunately cannot afford them.
