Fantastic experience: Had a dental issue around a holiday and my call was returned promptly and a quick appointment was arranged. Routine cleaning -very thorough job. Staff couldn’t be nicer! Dr/assistant were very patient and careful during an exhaustive extraction. Staff helpful with insurance issues and offers discount plan when no insurance coverage. Appointments are on time, rarely any of wait. Visit near end of red phase during pandemic was handled well with all distancing and safety precautions in place. Visit in yellow phase of pandemic continued safe protocols. Sorry to learn that Angie has retired, she was a very thorough clinician. Wishing her the best during retirement. Appointment on time with safe protocols in place and followed. Had to change my appointment 2X in the week before and they were extremely accommodating! Quick checkup on implant procedure. On time and safe protocols followed.. Implant complete. Feels great! Entire staff is excellent, professional, personable. Safety protocols continue to be a priority. Quick response to yet another broken tooth - wish Dr. Nakamura had been the dentist of my youth, perhaps fewer dental issues now. I learned that Dr.Nakamura, featured in the October 2020 issue of suburban life magazine, is a third generation dentist who also publishes and lectures on topics such as dental implants periodontics and occlusion. This keeps him up-to-date on the latest technologies for premier dental care for his patients. Top notch care continues along with assistance with insurance submissions, much appreciated! What more can I say? Appointments on time, covid precautions continue, insurance submissions seamless, thorough teeth cleaning, very pleasant and helpful staff! I can only repeat that appointments are on time (no waiting), staff is extremely helpful with insurance and billing and I had a very thorough cleaning. Yet another emergency dental issue and they worked me quickly into a very full schedule (so grateful) and I had real relief and improvement within hours. Dr and staff keep me willing to travel 30+ minutes each way to appointments. Also, Dorsey’s patience in dealing with INSURANCE is above-and-beyond ! I can only repeat AGAIN that appointments are on time (no waiting), staff is extremely helpful with insurance and billing and I had a very thorough cleaning. Another quality appointment and cleaning. Dr Scott Nakamura can now provide Laser Gum treatments to treat dental bone issues instead of (though in addition to offering surgery.

Fantastic experience: I experienced a chipped front tooth and immediately reached out to Dr. Nakamura' office. They were able to fit me in on what I thought was a very busy day. Ashley worked on my chipped tooth and did a great job with my temporary fix. Ashley was personable and very professional, to the point that my front tooth looks as though it always did prior to the incident. Dr. Nakamura examined the fixed tooth and I had a couple of dental questions for him. He was very thoughtful and listened carefully to the questions that I was asking. He took his time answering them, and communicated his thoughts to me in very understandable ways.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nakamura is truly one of the most talented specialists in his field, widely respected by patients and colleagues alike, as evidenced by his many awards. I was also really impressed that he shares his knowledge by teaching dental students at Penn downtown, especially those aiming to specialize in periodontics. My reason for seeking out a periodontal specialist was quite personal—I've been battling significant dental issues caused by dry mouth from medication. My teeth were in such rough shape that I felt too embarrassed to smile, which was really upsetting for me. Every time a photo was taken, I was the only one not smiling, and that really affected my confidence. Over many years, I looked for a kind and understanding periodontist who genuinely cared about my well-being and could clearly explain my treatment options. Dr. Nakamura was incredibly understanding about my financial situation and was willing to work with me to create a plan that fit within my family’s budget. Eventually, my wife and I felt confident that we had found a wonderful periodontist who checked all our boxes, and we decided to move forward with the care I needed. Thanks to Dr. Nakamura's skill and compassion, my smile and confidence have been beautifully restored. Smiling and laughing freely again feels like a wonderful gift. We are truly grateful to Dr. Nakamura and his entire team for becoming such a positive part of our lives. His office boasts the latest technology, which he uses with such confidence and mastery—it’s truly inspiring. Fantastic experience: The procedure I had done was painless and relatively quick. The staff explained everything ahead of time so there were no surprises with my graft or the bill. Fantastic experience: Dr. Nakamura came highly recommended through a friend as a thorough and knowledgeable dentist. I could not agree more. Just like my friend, I have lots of root canals, crowns, and bridges, so beyond your typical cleaning & fillings kind of dentistry. Dr. Nakamura took a complete evaluation of my gums, and he carefully examined the condition of all of my teeth, crowns, and bridges. When you walk into his office, you are greeted by his friendly staff and encounter a home like atmosphere. It was a great experience and the only regret I have is not going to him sooner.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nakamura was rightly concerned with what he was seeing in terms of my jaw and bite, so he first connected me with Dr. Seo, a therapist able to correct some of my issues with his expertise. Now we can all better move forward to address the unique situation I am in. As always, it’s an important dental care visit so dental health stays in good shape and Integrated Healthcare staff delivers 100%. Attentive, caring, professional, efficient, asking the right questions, wrapping up the visit with a smile and congrats on a job well done both by the healthcare professional and the patient, because we, patients must take good care of our health post-visits. Good health is joint responsibility . And, of course, my visit to the dental office feels like a wonderful social visit - Dorothy is just awesome! Thank you so much, Integrated Dental Care! A routine follow up 2 weeks after tooth extraction to check if everything is properly healed, and it is! The patient gets Dr. Nakamura utmost attention always, no rushing through, no small or big job. You always feel you’re in GOOD hands. Thank you, Dr. Nakamura! (5/23/25) An upcoming tooth extraction is a source of trepidation, to say the least, unless you’re walking into Dr. Scott Nakamura’s office. The procedure does come with some pain, but Dr. Nakamura works skillfully and quickly and before you know it, it’s over. Debbie is there to assist with anything and everything while the “dreaded” tooth extraction is in process. Dorothy books your follow up visit to make sure everything is healing properly and calls you the next day to check how you feel. The answer is, I’m well - no pain, no swelling, all’s fine! Life is good when you have Dr. Nakamura and team take care of your dental health! Thank you! (5/9/25). I had my next implant added March 3, 2025. As always, Dr Nakamura worked his magic to amaze me with his mastery of the profession coupled with high-tech equipment to deliver a pain-free experience. Im adhering to the recommended steps following the implant procedure and the healing process is going very well with minimal discomfort. So happy all is going smoothly! Thank you, Dr. Nakamura! A follow up on Feb 4, 25 after recent implant placement was fast, comfortable and all questions answered. Efficient, as always! Would strongly recommend Dr. Nakamura’s practice! During my recent visit Dr. Nakamura put two implants for me working skillfully, effortlessly and instilling confidence it’s being done in the best possible way. And it was! Minimal pain after the surgery easily controlled with Tylenol. A few days later and no discomfort at all . Thank you for all you do, Dr. Nakamura! (Jan 25, 2025) This is my first visit. Courteous, efficient, professional staff. Tastefully decorated office. Very pleasant experience. I had a follow up visit and the professionalism was a stand out, yet again. They make a visit to the dentist feel like a sought for, enjoyable experience - from the moment you enter the office till you say “Thank you for all you’ve done for me and my oral health today” I had another visit today, another great experience. Fantastic experience: Dr. Nakamura is a highly skilled specialist. I have visited him for assistance with an implant that potentially could fail. He is one of the few dentists in the western Main Line area certified to provide laser treatment (LANAP and LAPIP), a novel technology that actually generates new bone growth. Apart from his expertise, he is personable and takes pains to explain to his patients what he is doing. I am happy to recommend him highly.

Besides being one of the nice guys he answers questions fully, has a great, pleasant staff (thinking of you Dorcy) and after two perfect implants with crowns and a veneer is obviously extremely proficient. The digital scanning is amazing! It allows one to look at the terrain of your teeth in 3D and lets the lab produce perfect crowns! Fantastic experience: Dr Nakamura is one of the best around for treating perio disease and dental implants. I drove over 45 minutes to see him because he has Periolase for LANAP to get rid of all the bad bacteria in the gums. I have a couple spots of moderate pockets, and I wanted to treat them and get rid of the bacteria rather than managing it for years with deep cleanings - which doesn’t really get all the bugs out. The Procedure was easy and pain free. His office is very clean and classy with all the best new technology. It is clear he invests for the benefit of his patients.

Fantastic experience: I have many decades of extensive dental work. After seeing other dentists in Philadelphia, in the past 6 years I've been driving all the way to Exton for Dr. Nakamura's care. This is quite the expert, experienced and updated practice. I can't say how very much I appreciate his comprehensive knowledge and understanding, diligent work and perfecting craft, especially for a major restoration he recently completed. The hygienists have been very knowledgeably helpful, and the office manager runs a very efficient practice. The office atmosphere itself seems to reflect the intelligent and caring, considerate manner here.

Fantastic experience: I am Dr. Nakamura's new patient. I am very grateful to have found such an awesome specialist like Dr. Nakamura nearby. For over 10 years, I have been experiencing discomfort/pain behind my left ear while sleeping on my left side. Despite having normal ears and hearing, the cause of this issue was unknown. Dr. Nakamura was the first dentist to identify the issue with my teeth (left third molar) and resolve it. The ear pain was greatly relieved right after the first treatment! He also made me a comfortable night guard. I just had another visit yesterday, it was great, as always. Dr. Nakamura is highly experienced, knowledgeable, kind, gentle, and professional. He answers all my questions in detail, so I can take better care of my teeth every day. I also like the office atmosphere, which is tasteful and artistic, even the classic background music and the old movies on TV. The office is warm and inviting, and the front desk and other staff are very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Nakamura and his team! :)
