Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience here and can’t recommend them enough! I was able to get an X-ray, a tooth cleaning, and a wisdom tooth extraction all in one visit, which made the whole process incredibly convenient. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating—I’ve honestly never dealt with a friendlier team at a dentist’s office. They made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Do not care about the health of the patients. I pay for everything out of pocket, i came in for my sixth month checkup and i had some concerns and they refused to do a xray even tho i would pay out of pocket. i switched dentist and because they ignored my urgency i have to get a root canal because of infection they ignored and didn’t bother listening to my concerns. They did horrible fillings they are very raggedy and not smooth and one is bothering my tooth and gums because they made the filling too high. I understand not having enough money but i strongly urge you to look into other places or save up for a different place because they will cost you more money to cover their mistakes.

Fantastic experience: I had a cracked denture tooth and I was out of town.They were able to get me in, fix tge tooth and made it look great. They were nice and professional. They also had me in and out within an hour. Great job Aspen Dental!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding care provided by Aspen Dental. I was having a bridge & crown work done. Late last night my temporary crown broke. Returned this morning and had temporary crown removed, and new crown installed. The office staff of Ashley and Andrea got me processed and in chair in short order. Makala, Tashia, Asia, Marley, Liz, Martina, Dr. Sharma….. deserve a 5 ⭐️ rating. Office manager Bridgett Bolton truly is leading a tremendous team here at Murfreesboro Aspen Dental ! Keep up the good work. I have been a patient for several years now, and have been so impressed with the care i receive here!! Thank you

Fantastic experience: Everyone in the Murfreesboro office was professional and very nice. I was a new patient. I didn’t feel rushed and all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Dr. Rajani Sharma Pandit was amazing! I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Positive experience: I normally don't like dental offices of any kind but so far I would say it's been a positive and hopeful experience for a 1st visit that's vary good.

Negative experience: Husband had a nasty cracked tooth and was in excruciating pain. Scheduled appointment for 10:45am and got there about 20ish minutes early for paperwork. We then had to wait almost a full hour for him to be seen, only for the DMD to not explain half of the things needed and quote a $32k treatment plan for all services. We spent a solid chunk of our Saturday morning waiting for them to do absolutely nothing.

Fantastic experience: I had emergency tooth pain and my dentists offices were unavailable all week. Was so thankful they were open.

Negative experience: Do not go to Aspen Dental. They tried to scam me into believing I have periodontal disease by taking Xrays and pointing to a bone loss poster. The admin basically told me I have it. They didn’t measure my pockets or check my gums. Then they told me I could finance this problem even though I have insurance. It’s because they didn’t take any measures to prove the disease to my insurance company. I knew it felt wrong and I left. I went to a reputable dentist in town for a second opinion who took proper measurements and explained all of the factors. I DONT have periodontal disease! Also, I found out that once you file that with your insurance, you never go back to a normal patient, even if the diagnosis was wrong, I am so angry that Aspen dental tried to scare me into the deep planing treatment by saying my teeth would fall out. Don’t go there.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with Aspen dental. Two family members went in between both they ha 2 molars pulled and 3 cavities filled. Extremely nice staff through staff. The dental technician was so nice and engaging with my adult autistic son.

Negative experience: They over charge you! I Just went for regular basic hygienist cleaning. And they insist on a deep cleaning (even if you don’t needs it) and charged me over $800.00dls!! Unbelievable!!.

Bridget my consultant at the end of the appointment was just a joy. She was as well very knowledgeable and was able to get a plan set up for me without any stress. Took care of some fees that they could have charged me without me knowing, but gave me the discount anyway. Greatly appreciated.i will say that my appt was @ 2:45 and i left at 4:50, but they got me in the same day i called due to a crown coming off.

Positive experience: I am giving 4 stars because of the amount of time I spent getting treated. I would give 5 stars for excellent staff, excellent product for the money, and ease of making and confirming appointments. My experience was very interesting because of my assumption that I would go in, get an evaluation and with in a short period of time see the Doctor. It took me over 4 hours to see the Doctor and received treatment. Once I did see the Doctor, she was excellent and did a wonderful job for me. I recommend this business but be forwarded that it will take many hours to actually receive service. I will go back.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional and very unorganized…..they recommended I do the motto services then billed me for it then later said it wasn’t covered through my insurance and that I would have to come out of pocket. Staff is very rough when dealing with any dental procedure I’ve had and will have conversations while working on a client to other staff. Overall cleanliness of the environment could have been better also knowing it’s an oral hygiene office

Fantastic experience: Martina has been great providing great professional cleaning for treating my periodontal disease and make sure they improve each time by giving detailed instruction and advice. She is patient with me as I asked many questions! Front desk is also super helpful to assist billing. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: It was one of the worst experiences with a dentist, in the pre check test the guy made the test make and did it slow and press more my gums to fell pain, I know because I went to other place and made the same test, fast and minimal pain. Then the cost is incredible high, same treatment as like 80% cheap than here, and then the give the dealership experience, offer you to pay in 5 years, I understood everything when I knew that they are franchise most of the places owned by local dentists.

Negative experience: Tooth been hurting my wife for 2 weeks got her an appointment today to get it pulled set there 2hrs 15 minutes and wanted to do everything but pulled the Tooth that was hurting so home now with Tooth still hurting don't know what kind of place this is but I sure don't recommend them at all Thanks Aspen for nothing

Negative experience: I have had to bounce around several dentists due to insurance issues with tricare, and I found this to be my worst experience. The waiting room had shabby, worn out furniture the should have been a red flag from the beginning. After the dentist had seen me, I was taken to a consulting room for payment as if I were negotiating buying a car. They were trying extremely hard to get me to pay for as many things as possible, claiming that buying a liner for $3k was absolutely necessary despite 4 other dentist offices not seeing this as necessary. When I was trying to say that I wanted more time to think, they were very pushy about me making deposits or payments on these services and told me that I could not even schedule a service without paying first. The whole thing felt very shady and I felt uncomfortable in the consulting room. I will not be coming back.

When you choose Aspen dental for all your dental needs you're definitely making a great choice for years to come!! Today I had Meron and she was equally as great! So glad I have experienced professionals so close to home!!

Negative experience: I would not recommend this office. After setting up an appointment for oral surgery, completing all the paperwork, and arranging financing, they waited until the day of my procedure to tell me that the amount originally financed was incorrect. After speaking with the office manager and confirming the updated details, they then told me I would have to reschedule my surgery because we were now 15 minutes past my appointment time, time that was lost due to their own mistake. I arrived early, but because of their negligence and disorganization, I was the one penalized. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional, especially considering both my husband and I had to take time off work (he was scheduled to drive me home after surgery). Their lack of accountability and disregard for patients’ time is unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: There was not one staff member that didn’t treat my mom and I with love and care. Battling Lupus is hard enough than to have to go into so many doctor's/dentist’s offices and deal with a rude staff. Coming here was a pleasant experience! Special shoutout to “LIz” Elizabeth and the Dentist for being so kind , compassionate, and empathizing with me during the tough news that I was given. Liz even came to check on me during my follow up and that meant a lot ! So moral of story, GO HERE!!!

Fantastic experience: I luv my Hygienist, Martina! She has a beautiful personality. She's very caring and excellent at her job. They use State of the Art equipment and the office is very clean. Always an enjoyable visit.

Positive experience: Quick and courteous staff and provider. The location was great. The office set up was very nice. The one complaint I have would be to replace all of the patient waiting area furniture. The chairs are old and worn out. They have seen a better day, it's time for replacement.

Negative experience: They were only concerned with payment, did not show interest in my teeth. tried strong arming me into applying for a payment plan after they lied and told me they accepted both my insurances. wasted my time and will never be coming back for myself or for my child.

Fantastic experience: Great experience!!! My denture had broken in half. They told me that it would be hard to fix them due to the break and the fact that I had tried a couple times fixing them myself with the over the counter fix your dentures stuff. I can’t remember the name of the lady in the lab, but she is amazing at her job!!! Not only were they able to fix them but they looked brand new. I could not be happier with the experience.

Fantastic experience: I'm somebody who doesn't frequently visit the dentist, but after my visit with this Aspen, I would be happy to come back for more advice and dental care. Ar'shunti (I'm so sorry if I messed that up) was an absolute pleasure to work with, she constantly checked up to make sure I wasn't in any discomfort. I dealt with 4 people total and not a single person was anything less than helpful and courteous. My financing was assisted by Bridgette, and Michelle was a wonderful front desk receptionist. If you're having tooth trouble, come visit this location

Fantastic experience: I was hesitant to book my appointment. However I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was awesome to work with and my procedure was amazing. Happy I made the appointment and look forward to my next dental visit!
