Negative experience: I hated the treatment, I had a lot of trouble with a root canal done at the establishment and I received no assistance from the clinic. I had to find another professional to fix a problem that the dentist had started. I do not recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Very exceptional clinic for your dental needs. Hygienists are fantastic as is the dentist I had the pleasure of working with, Dr. Brendan McLaughlin. Had some x-rays done, doc noticed I had a big hole in my back top wisdom tooth, let me go and have some food (I’m type 1 diabetic), enjoy my day a little and come back same day to remove the tooth. Took all but 10 mins and little to no pain. These guys are rockstars. Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: Recently, I visited Dr Brendan McLaughlin and the experience was notably different from my previous encounters with dental professionals. In the past, I’ve often felt anxious due to less than positive experiences, but Dr McLaughlin’s approach helped ease my concerns. His professional and technical skills are apparent, yet what stood out most was his focus on patient-centered care. He demonstrated excellent listening skills and communicated clearly throughout the appointment. Dr McLaughlin made my comfort a priority, which significantly reduced my anxiety during the visit. I left feeling reassured and respected as a patient, and I am currently awaiting the final details for my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: It all began with an infection. I have implants. A regular dentist pit me on antibiotics and said I needed a oral surgeon who does implants. My search began and I saw 3 dentist who just took xrays but didn't go any further. They needed a tool but didn't know what tool. I was given DentPlant from a friend and told they will be able to help. I called to make an appointment. They scheduled me the next day, saying they could help. Every dentist told me that. The next day I went there. They took me in, did xrays, removed the screws and cleaned my upper and lower set, repaired a broken tooth and reinstalled them. I found the dentist office that makes thing happen. It was pleasant, relaxing and actually kind of fun. Everyone there was real nice, they were all happy. It's seemed like a real good place to work but the dental service was the best. I have them as my dentist now and I would recommend going there if you really want to get things done. You'll have a good experience.

Fantastic experience: For someone who’s never had a problem with a tooth, I was thrilled how quickly DentPlant was able to fit me in to be seen by Dr. McGlaughlin. The front desk and dental assistants are always professional and courteous. Dr. McLaughlin is exceptional at explaining everything he does and takes the time to answer any questions you have.

Negative experience: I’ve been doing Botox for the last 15 years. I decide not to drive too far to get my Botox done because I heard that this place have a great price and the Botox pretty good ,so I decide to give them a chance, after four weeks, that I had done ,I had many waves at my Forehead same location where I have my Botox done ,I call for a touchup. The doctor say yes come over I can do a touchup for you so I did, He was not happy that I told him about the waives , ( his words was I don’t want to argue with you, when I was trying to show him the waives that’s was completely clear on my Forehead )I wish that I had the opportunity to share the picture here, my wife me and friend told me that the product that he use it’s poor, he’s was very very rude applying the touch up, brutal when he was applying, very sad this customer service.

Mão pesada demais que machuca a gente. •As recepcionistas eram estranhas e mal educadas. •Elas ficaram falando mal de alguns pacientes na frente de quem estava na recepção esperando para ser atendido. •Elas eram irônicas e implicantes. •Quem trabalha com o público deveria no mínimo ter respeito. Se não dá conta, vai trabalhar com algo que não tenha que lidar com o público porque ninguém merece pagar para ser mal atendido. •Acho que essas meninas já saíram da companhia, tomara!!! •Os procedimentos são muito caros.

Fantastic experience: Update: wanted to write another review because of the exceptional care I received by hygienist Lisa and discovered I had already written one! Love DentPlant - you guys need to do whatever you have to do to keep Lisa!!! I’ve been to Dent Plant twice - both times have been exceptional. Everyone I have encountered has been extremely professional and friendly. Two of the assistants that I’ve had reminded me of friends that I have and are very personable. They had called to reschedule my appointment and were able to fit a cleaning in with my fillings, and that saved me from having to go separate times to get them done. My cleaning was the best I’ve ever gotten from ever going to the dentist - very gentle and careful. I would highly suggest using this office

Negative experience: The dentist is really good, but the receptionist is terrible and very rude. She’s been so rude to me multiple times so I will not be going there anymore.

Negative experience: I had my wisdom tooth removed a year ago, I had paresthesia and lost sensitivity in my right lips and chin. The doctor didn't tell me about the possible risks. I didn't know about that possibility. I had a very bad experience

Nathanny and Daniel were super knowledgeable and helpful during intake. I usually hate taking X-rays but Nathanny had the hands of an angel. I loved Dr. Tran.
