Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Short and his team since 1979 when I moved into the area. I was looking for a Dentist and was referred to Dr. Short. After all these years of going to Dr. Short and his wonderful staff, I would not go anywhere else. Everyone and everything about this dental practice is to perfection....5 star! I truly mean every single employee is fantastic.. and Dr. Short is the best. Along with his expertise, and the entire staff, they alway makes you feel so at ease every time. Anyone that is looking for a dental practice that will always be there for you in every way, look no more... give them a call. You'll be very happy that you did. Fantastic experience: I recently went to Classic Smile for a consultation. I have always had severe anxiety whenever I have had to go to the dentist. I was traumatized at a very early age at the dentist so I am always nervous and anxious when I have to go to an appointment. We’ll let me just say that after meeting Dr. Sharif I believe if there were dental angels then she is definitely one. She immediately put my mind at rest. I stopped feeling anxious and nervous. She was so sweet and understanding. She came up with a plan that might allow me to keep most of my teeth. Where as my previous dentist told me that all my top teeth would have to be removed and then I would need months to recover before I could be fitted for a top denture. My visit was a consultation but I left there feeling as if I had a solid plan. I also felt as though I had made new friends. Between Dr. Sharif and her wonderful and kind staff I no longer felt anxious. I felt as if I had finally found a dentist that understood and listened to me. If you are looking for the perfect dentist then Dr Sharif is the one. She gets more than 5 stars in my book!!!!

Every appointment, he handles my care with “kid gloves” — always gentle, attentive, and focused on making sure I’m comfortable. Dr. Short is incredibly precise with his work and takes the time to explain everything clearly, never rushing through procedures. One thing I appreciate most is his honesty. He never tries to oversell treatments or recommend unnecessary work. He only advises what’s truly needed, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being, not just the bottom line. If you’re looking for a dentist who’s skilled, caring, and trustworthy, I can’t recommend Dr. Richard Short enough. You’re in the best hands with him.

Fantastic experience: It is very difficult to put into words the exemplary care I've received for many years at The Classic Smile. Dr. Short is tops in his field and always goes the extra mile on care every single time, but a recent experience I had puts Dr. Short and his staff, primarily, Susan, in a whole other category of "special". I had a very traumatic fall while in London in which a front tooth was dislodged. I was told by hospital staff that I was in shock, bleeding profusely, but I would have to wait in a very long line before seeing a dr. My boyfriend called The Classic Smile while we were in ER and spoke with Susan. Susan calmly asked for details and photos, which she shared with Dr. Short. Thousands of miles away, and Susan was with us through the entire ordeal. Susan contacted me back at the hotel, and she and Dr. Short both called, on a weekend, to check on me and find out how I made out on the flight home. I was whisked into Dr. Short's chair the next weekday, and Dr. Short meticulously examined, not only the London dentist's work, but also her notes, x rays, photos, etc. I cannot find the words to thank Susan and Dr. Short for their exemplary skills and professionalism, their honor in getting me into the chair as quickly as possible, and the impeccable care and concern they both clearly felt for a long-time patient who tripped and fell in a faraway land. Susan, hearing your voice in London soothed and calmed me ... somehow I knew everything would be alright. Dr. Short, for your skill, care, and ability to make things "all better", from the bottom of my heart ... thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: The Only Dentist I’ll Ever Go To Again I’ve struggled with intense dental anxiety & trauma for as long as I can remember. Just the thought of going to a dentist would make my heart race (I couldn’t even say ‘Dentist’), so I have put it off for 10 years — even when I knew I needed care. That all changed when I found The Classic Smile. I’ve truly never been to a place like this. With such a fear, I couldn’t even call to make an appointment, I did everything through email communication and the team understood and happily started the process via email. From the second I walked through the door, I felt a completely different energy. Susan and Jannell are warm, welcoming, and understanding — no judgment, no pressure, just genuine kindness. The office itself is beautiful and calming, and every detail seems designed to put you at ease. Dr. Short and Michelle are absolutely incredible. Because of this deep fear, my very first appointment was simply a consultation and meet and greet. I was in complete control before I even stepped through the door. Dr. Short & Michelle took the time to get to know me outside of my fears, asked about my fears and REALLY listened to me. We made a plan for what my next visit would entail and Dr. Short and Michelle went over every part of the process so that there were no surprises. I never felt rushed or like just another appointment in their day. Their patience, empathy, emotional support and professionalism made me feel safe in a setting that used to be terrifying for me. I’m going on my third appointment and these are procedures I had never in my wildest dreams thought I could ever get done… and here I am…still anxious but know I have the best support and medical team…. I know I can do it. That’s something I honestly never thought I’d be able to say. The Classic Smile isn’t just a dental office — it’s a place that truly cares. They’ve helped me take control of my oral health again and, more importantly, they’ve helped me start to overcome my fear. I can’t thank them enough, and I recommend them with my whole heart to anyone — especially those who are nervous or afraid. This is the only dentist I’ll ever go to again. Truly a life-changing experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sharifi & Dr. Gonzalez and the entire team at Classic Smile are outstanding professionals. I fell over the holiday weekend, and their team responded immediately and was able to fit me in for emergency repairs on Monday morning. I'd knocked out my two front teeth, and despite the damage I'd done, Dr. Sharifi was able to create and install a prosthetic replacement for my two front upper teeth until I can begin the treatment plan for permanent replacements. This represents the second major dental emergency they've helped repair for me. Despite the injuries I sustained this time, I am actually a lot less anxious and stressed out because my previous experience with them has been so positive. They are professional, compassionate, patient-centered, and trauma-informed. They provide options at nearly every step along the way, and demonstrate a warm respect for the patient experience. I feel so lucky they are my dental health providers, and admire their dedication to compassionate excellence.

Fantastic experience: I’m skeptical when businesses have 5 stars, and I can now confirm it deserves 5 stars. From the moment you walk into the reception you are greeted by a welcoming reception team who is expecting you and familiar with who you are. Next a friendly and personable hygienist greets you and gave me the best cleaning I have ever had. Then you get to meet the Doctor which takes their time to describe the entire treatment plan. They are upfront about both cost and experience while empathetic to each persons personal journey. I am wildly impressed with this entire team and extremely happy I found them.
