Fantastic experience: I had a really great experience with the Arlington Smiles team. The staff were friendly and informative. They didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary treatments, which has often been my experience at dentists.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely exceeded my expectations. Everyone from reception to Dr.G were kind, patient and empathetic. All procedures needed were explained and printed out with estimated cost for each, which is very helpful. I have anxiety and they made me feel safe and understood. I’ve put off dental work for years and they did not judge me, but instead provided excellent care and reassured me that my issues could be resolved when I was ready. I cannot recommend Arlington Smiles enough. It was the first dental appt that I’ve had a positive experience at in my life. Thank you to the staff, the kindness demonstrated means the world to me.

Negative experience: I had faith in google reviews until I had services from this practice. Having had many dental procedures over the years, it was a "different" experience, that unfortunately resulted in a complication. He clearly was uncomfortable when addressing the complication with me and shuttled me out of his office. I will not be going back. I find it hard to believe that he hasn't had more complaints. Usually when you see someone with perfect 5 stars, likely these reviews have been somehow "altered" to provide perfect results.

Fantastic experience: I recently received my first root canal from Dr. Thai at Arlington Smiles. Like many, I had always been apprehensive about the procedure due to stories of discomfort and pain. However, Dr. Thai took the time to ensure I was completely comfortable before beginning, and I’m happy to say I experienced no pain from start to finish. Remarkably, by the next morning, I had completely forgotten I had even undergone a root canal—there was still no discomfort at all. I highly recommend Arlington Smiles for their exceptional care and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to the practice and I was pleased with how I was treated from the moment I walked through the door. The hygienist performed a very thorough cleaning and was considerate to any pain I experienced because of a couple of sensitive teeth.

All the treatment plans are realistic, budget friendly and everyone at the practice explains all the steps involved and the reasons behind it. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time, and had a lot of nerves about booking an exam and cleaning. From start to finish, my experience with Arlington Smiles was exceptional! Even before my appointment there was thoughtful communication to confirm some details regarding my insurance, and once I made it into the office I felt so well taken care of and my nerves were completely put to rest. Laura (the hygienist) was especially wonderful, and I can honestly say I’m looking forward to my next visit. I’ve never been able to say that about a dentist before!

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of care at Arlington Smiles, and their willingness to explain in detail and with pictures the dental procedures they were recommending. I went ahead with the procedures and I was pleased with the results.

Fantastic experience: My experience with them was fabulous, Dr Thai has very soft hands doing root canal. I was so nervous at first but then oh, it wasn’t that bad. Plus everyone in Arlington smiles was very nice like they have a very good day everyday . I’m not even exaggerating when I say that 100 out of 10 for me !

Fantastic experience: Dr.G and his staff from the reception desk to the hygienists and assistants are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Cleanings and procedures are scheduled appropriately, so I have never had to wait longer than five minutes upon arrival. I just recently had an hour long appointment to prepare a tooth for a crown. It went much easier than I expected. Dr. G was gentle, considerate, informative, and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

Fantastic experience: Arlington Smiles has been where I’ve gone for dentistry for years. Dr G now is head and he is very good. I’ve had crowns, fillings, and, of course routine cleanings and x-rays. Office staff are terrific. So is the hygienist that I see. I highly recommend this office.
