Positive experience: Very strict on the timing. We were 14min late and I had to put up a fight to still be seen.

Fantastic experience: The staffs are so friendly and make 3yr old experience fun and positive for the dental visit!

Positive experience: Today my child went in for xrays.The new tech did not "one in hall to get me,so I was not able to ask any ?.This is not the usual way they do things.

Positive experience: The workers and Dr.Copper are awesome! Place was clean and has a few toys for kids in the waiting area. 4/5stars only because it is not stroller friendly have to go downstairs and then upstairs to get teeth cleaning.

Fantastic experience: I was nervous to bring my almost 3 year old daughter to the dentist, but Dr Cooper was fantastic. He met her at her level and we were in and out with an arm load of goodies in under 15 minutes. He had great feedback and reasonable advice to implement at home.

Fantastic experience: My son has always been an extremely anxious when it comes to dentists. In the past, we have never had good experiences. They were exceptional with my son today. The doctor and the hygienist were both so patient with my son today. They didn’t make him feel bad for being Scared and anxious. Hands-down, the best dentist I’ve been to so far.

Fantastic experience: My son and I always have a great experience at Children’s Dental Associates. Dr Cooper and the hygienists are down to earth and kind and reception is competent and frienfly. They don’t force any procedures on you unless medically necessary.

Fantastic experience: Great place for your children. I have brought all 3 of mine and now have my grand children going there so this must tell you something. They have been around for awhile because there great at what they do and have respect and understanding for the children they work on everyday.

Fantastic experience: The only dentist my kids feel comfortable with from the moment we went. They had some bad experiences elsewhere so I was nervous but they love it. The staff is awesome. I wish I could go to them. Very patient and informative.

Negative experience: My insurance company changed in advance of my scheduled appointment. I called to confirm coverage in advance and staff provided inaccurate coverage information. As a result, I was left with a surprise bill and a note from the admin team that they do not take responsibility for the information provided to me. Failure to provide accurate information to patients is unacceptable in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: Dr Bang is one of the best dentist I’ve met. Her approach with nervous patients is exceptional!

Negative experience: I have been bringing my two young daughters here for the past 2–3 years, and we truly appreciate Dr. Cooper, Dr. Bang, and their team. They take great care of my children’s dental needs. However, I have been consistently frustrated with the billing office. Receipts are often incorrect and require me to return for corrections. For example, today’s receipt did not include an itemized description (empty) of the services provided and even listed the wrong child’s name. When I brought this to their attention, the issue was not acknowledged as an error. This ongoing issue has been very frustrating and inconvenient.

Fantastic experience: My child was afraid of the dentist after a bad experience at a different practice. Children's Dental Associates was recommended by a colleague, and we have been so thrilled with our experience with all their staff! They are kind, friendly, super efficient, and the kiddo is smiling at the end of every visit. They also get high marks from the little one on their selections in "the treasure chest" of rewards after their cleaning! It's great to have such a professional, communicative bunch of professionals treating your child, and we have yet to experience any visit that wasn't punctual! A true gem of a dental practice. Take your children here with confidence.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Cooper and everyone else at the office have always been very gentle and welcoming with our children. We first saw him when our oldest daughter experienced trauma to her two front teeth at just 2 years old. He helped us get through that difficult moment with great care and professionalism. The office is also very well prepared for kids, with a cozy waiting area and toys that make visits much easier for little ones. We’ve now been going to this children’s dental office for 5 years, and we are so happy and grateful for the entire staff. We’ve also seen other doctors there, and they are just as efficient and gentle as Dr. Cooper.

Fantastic experience: Today my kids had their first visit with Dr. Cooper & I could not be anymore happier! I was a bit nervous especially with my son because he’s not as trusting but despite him having a rough start, Dr. Cooper & his hygienist were extremely patient & amazing with him! My daughter had such a great time with the hygienist & Dr. Cooper, she couldn’t stop talking about her “amazing” time at the dentist! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Very warm environment with extremely helpful staff. I made an appointment to receive a consult for my daughters tongue-tie and the staff recognized that my insurance could be tricky in covering a second opinion (would need another one since CDA doesn't do the procedure) so they found an alternative clinic for me. They also answered my questions about insurance coverage and costs. Will absolutely be be bringing my daughter here in the futute!

Dr. Cooper is an amazing doctor—kind, patient, and very professional. The receptionist is always polite and welcoming, and the hygienist is also very gentle and respectful. Fantastic experience: Staff are very good with children and teens. They communicate clearly with patients and parents- from cleanings to x-rays to larger procedures. It really helps the child relax and understand what is happening. We also have experience with braces- this is also a very friendly, caring, and open process! There is a lot of support available.

They make those 20 to 30 mn a fun time for my daughter…a show and a bunch of inside jokes are created between the three of them every time. Not to mention the gentle Dentists who are very caring and competent. Fantastic experience: Positive review with a caveat. So far, my daughter has had a good experience with her hygienist and the dentist. We've been with this dentist for more than 2 years and have gone to about 5 appointments.The hygienist is super friendly and is great at explaining what's going to happen. My daughter remains calm throughout the process. We'll probably stay with this dentist for a while. I've actually recommended this place to a friend and they decided to not go to this dentist because of a policy. This place has an arbitrary policy of only seeing younger kids under 7 yo in the morning. So, kids may have to miss school (or most of it) or have to work around scheduling to see the dentist. I was told that kids "generally do better" in the morning, but such a blanket statement doesn't always hold up. If you don't mind this policy, I'd say definitely go for this dentist.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t speak more highly of this practice and Dr Cooper! Everyone who works there is fantastic with my 5 1/2 year old son, and 2 year old. They are so gentle and warm and caring. And bonus, they have great prizes for kiddos after their apt is finished! We live in MetroWest and have no desire to switch to somewhere closer, which says a lot! The staff here is the best including the hygienists! Updated review: I just took my now 5 year old for his routine cleaning with Dr. Cooper and had another wonderful visit. Same great staff and awesome dentist. Couldn't ask for a better practice. Highly recommend, even if it means we now have to drive 30 minutes to get there!

Fantastic experience: I love bringing my child to this particular dentist office. They make you feel comfortable and explains everything that is going on in your child’s mouth. Another plus is that they don’t like to make you wait a long time for your appointment.

I took my son for his first dentist appt and they whole process was smooth, from booking the appt, paperwork at the office and the appt itself only last 20-25 mins. The dental hygienist and Dr. Cooper were pros at interacting with my toddler and made him feel comfortable the whole time.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful pediatric dental practice! My daughter had a dental emergency and even though we weren't a patient, they took her right in. She has severe dental anxiety and an extreme fear of needles/drills. Everyone was so compassionate and understanding, and they all worked hard to make her as comfortable and relaxed as possible. We needed more extensive care and they were so helpful to guide me through the next steps and recommended specialists. Might be a little far from home, but we now have a new dentist!! They are worth the drive!
