Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for a few years as I had become frustrated with my prior dentist as they seemed to be upselling me on things I didn’t actually need but presenting them like an (expensive) requirement. Dental Delights does not operate that way, I have found them to be friendly, flexible and communicative. They also do children’s cleanings and my 6 year old looks forward to his visits (good toy selection).

Fantastic experience: They took me in 15mins later than the scheduled time but their hygienist, Suzanne, was super welcoming. I went there for dental cleaning and the experience was good. I liked Dr. Shilpi too, she didn’t push me or forced me on any extra procedures but was super clear on what other treatments I needed. Thank you for that, I was not under any pressure to schedule my next appointment. They also hand out dental cleaning supplies on your way out- I think that was nice!

Fantastic experience: Dr Jain was fantastic, and the dental assistants were amazing. I have a lot of severe prior trauma with dentists, and this was a dental emergency so I was extra nervous- they were gentle and attentive, and didn't make me feel guilty or judged for my anxiety or damaged teeth. Would absolutely recommend for emergencies and more routine care.

Fantastic experience: I had my cleaning today, with Chris. And let me tell you, it was amazing I have never had a cleaning as good as this one. I’m so grateful for all the information that she gave me and for the fact that explained everything that was going on with my teeth and gums. I don’t think I will ever be able to trust any other hygienist after this appt.

Negative experience: I had a really frustrating experience here today. I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment, but still waited more than half an hour before they started my visit. After the visit, they didn’t give me an itemized receipt until I asked for one. That’s when I found out I was overcharged (after I paid). The front desk was not helpful at all and seemed very impatient when I asked questions. She was not apologetic or communicative about the delay nor the overcharge issue. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Negative experience: I don’t recommend this place for multiple reasons - I went for cleaning and it required 2 types of X-rays, and the main reason was a liability issue as I was a new patient. - the person who took the X-rays did not bother to mention and show me the cavities on the x rays . Iam 47 and I have seen many X-rays with cavities - Dr. Jain announced me to withdraw the wisdom teeth to make more more space so my gingivitis ( gum disease): not sure why this suggestion could help with my issue since my gingivitis is not localized at all. Plus I have numerous dentist in France and in the USA , none of them had mentioned this before to me and I did a quick research analysis (did bringing anything that show causation) - last but not least : they send a bill for no show up to the following appointment ($200) . - I don’t have an email to reach out to them so I will add my response to them in the review : Dear Dental Delights Team, I am writing regarding the no-show fee recently charged to my account for a missed appointment. At no point prior to the appointment was I informed—verbally or in writing—of any cancellation or no-show fee policy, nor did I sign or acknowledge such terms. As such, this charge was unexpected. Under Massachusetts consumer protection law (Chapter 93A), fees must be clearly and conspicuously disclosed in advance to be enforceable. I kindly ask that you provide documentation showing where and how this policy was communicated to me prior to the appointment. If no such documentation exists, I respectfully request that this fee be waived. I value your practice and would prefer to resolve this matter amicably. Fantastic experience: The new office is beautiful. Dr. Jain and all her staff are very friendly, helpful, and professional.

Negative experience: Do not recommend! I really enjoyed my first visit to this establishment - friendly staff and nice atmosphere. I had to come in for a second appointment for a filling. They had done multiple scans/xrays etc prior to this appointment, but while they were going in, the dentist decided I needed a crown (somehow not shown on any of the imaging that was previously taken). Because of the trust built, I believed the dentist and we proceeded. While waiting for the crown to be made, someone came in with a QR code to post a review - I of course went in with high praise; but then started reading other reviews, where another patient only 2 weeks before me also got a surprise crown in place. This made me immediately question the validity of the need to have a crown put in. Once the claim was sent to my insurance, they also deemed it not necessary. Therefore, they did not cover and my visit for a filling turned into a a surprise $1,200 bill. This place feels incredible predatory and fraudulent. I am now personally having to battle with my insurance company because of this large bill. The crown has since been incredibly uncomfortable and I have trouble chewing on that side. I wish I had never gone here, and I will never be returning!

Fantastic experience: Today I had an old crown of about 20 years removed. I am 83 years old so my teeth have served me well, however I am still trying to keep what I have. Dr Jain is a truly professional dentist. She did a painless procedure and put on a temporary crown. She is efficient and caring and explains each step along the way. I feel so fortunate to have found her. I am looking forward to continuing to have Dr Jain take care of my Dental needs.

Dr. Jain and team are incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every step of the examination and cleaning. I didn't feel rushed at all; they answered all my questions clearly and offered personalized advice on maintaining my dental health. Fantastic experience: Really awesome staff! Friendly, welcoming, clean, on time, professional! The dental hygienists are sweet and very gentle and Dr. Jain is knowledgeable, patient, friendly, meticulous, and only performs work that is needed! No unnecessary drilling just to make an extra dime! She really cares about her patients and provides excellent care! I feel very comfortable here and am happy to finally have found a reliable team! Also the new office is beautiful, clean and all brand new equipment. Been going here over 10 years and thankful to have found a dentist and team I can actually trust!

Negative experience: I went to this dentist for approximately two years and had to pay out of pocket for a crown due to their poor communication. General care and fillings went fine. The dentist recommended I get a crown rather than a filling, and said the copay would be ~$300. I had never had a crown before and trusted their judgement since I had never paid out of pocket for a filling or past dental service. The crown claim was denied and they made me pay ~$1000 out of pocket. This was shocking given that they only take a few kinds of insurance and never indicated the likelihood it wouldn't get covered or the potential cost. This is not illegal, but clearly they don't know what constitutes a reimbursable procedure, which is definitely something they should know and communicate clearly with their patients. I disputed the insurance claim but to no luck. I'd recommend you go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jolmiry Campos is such a delight - she’s warm, straightforward, and gives the patient’s comfort the utmost seriousness. As their endodontist, she did a needed impromptu root canal for me and it was so smooth -the most painful part was my toothache that preceded it! Her energy makes such a big difference and you feel taken care of. She is also the best dentist I have ever had at administering local anesthesia (the needle) during procedures. Big shout out to all their dental hygienists and front desk staff including Nicole who calculated figures by hand for me when needed!

Fantastic experience: The new location is very nice same great staff Been going here routinely for years and always accommodating. Just had an emergency situation a tooth broke while eating , cracked , a tooth that I got a filling on about 15 to 20 years ago. I didnt even feel it, I was eating icecream with walnuts in it and thought it was a shell peice in my mouth, its was a tooth and had a huge whole in the side of my right upper rear molar. I was horrified because the thought of missing work and what to do next. I emailed into Dental Delights that night and they called next morning and asked me come in. Short version Dr Campos looked at it accessed it, and said she can fix this and set up for an onlay , cap. This was done the next day I was in and out in an hr and it's been 3 weeks it's like it never happened. I missed zero work as it's the busy time of year for me. The service and care here is impeccable everyone in that whole establishment is great to work with very professional and friendly. 10 stars out or 10 all day.

From the front desk to the hygienist's and through to the Doctor's themselves- the friendly attitudes, patient consideration, and genuine respect and support from every person makes this office stand out by a mile.

The receptionist was so sweet and helpful and the Dr took me in for surgery soon after my arrival and it went very smooth. I would recommend this place to anyone very professional and caring staff.

Any rational person would find a dentist office closer to home, but I’m big on patient care and kindness. Their work is great, and the way I was treated made it easy to choose them as my primary dentist office. I can’t thank them enough and look forward to visiting them again, soon!
