Negative experience: I don't know where to start simply a time.
Fantastic experience: I typically do not leave any reviews but I do want to say that every encounter with this office from beginning to end from the staff, Vanessa, to irma, to the doctor, to the manager Anu if I spelled that correctly. Has been so kind and patient and it's refreshing to still have people that care and that take the time to truly listen because this field is not easy so I just want to take a moment to say thank you for all you time and care for patience as well as myself. I pray you receive this message!

Fantastic experience: It’s the best Dental office I’ve been to in NJ the staff is friendly and easy going. Vanessa is especially attentive and thorough with her duties as a dental assistant. The doctors are both very good and would even give you words of affirmation. Hands down the best dental treatment I’ve ever had in my entire life. Oh I’m afraid of needles and left a Bayonne dentist that was horrible to come here and I live in Jersey City. The best decision by far for dental treatment.

Negative experience: If i could give this place 0 stars I would. I made my appointment 2 weeks in advance. Provided my insurance at the time i made the appointment and a picture 5 days before through a registration link I was sent. Then I get to the appointment on my ONLY Day off during the week and they say they do not accept my insurance. They entirely wasted my time and my only day off. I found this place through my insurance and was provided thier info feom my insurance company. Yet they said they do not accept. They had ample time to call and verify this info. Yet they wait till the day of the appointment to check. I am sitting here in the office very very upset because I had to take a day off just to make this appointment and now unable to get another day off to make an apointment with someone else. This is just entirely unacceptable.
Dear Davis, We are truly sorry to hear about your frustration and understand how upsetting it is to take time off work and not be seen as expected. That is never the experience we want for our patients.
We did receive the insurance information in advance and attempted to verify eligibility prior to the appointment. Unfortunately, there are multiple plans under the same insurance company, and we are not in network with all of them. We also attempted to reach out beforehand to obtain the additional details needed to confirm coverage, but were unable to complete the verification before the appointment time.
We would truly appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly, review the situation, and see how we can assist you moving forward. Please contact our office and ask for the office manager so we can help.

Fantastic experience: I used to be afraid of going to the dentist, and the last one was not a good experience, in so much that I was thrown out of his doctor's office, and was told to never return. But then I came to SN dentist. They taught me how to breathe to calm down, they were very patient with me, they explain things to me, they're very friendly. I still don't enjoy going to the dentist, but who does, yet I am not afraid with the SN dentist because of their friendliness, gentleness, their teaching, and they work fast.

Positive experience: Service was definitely great. Friendly staff overall but… the wait time was crazy. Got seen 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Definitely need a bigger office & better parking

Fantastic experience: First time bringing my girls Sasha and Brittany here and we loved it they all were so patient and kind they made us feel very welcome and comfortable and dentist Simranni Rai is the best she made my youngest very comfortable to the point where she didn't even cry when she gave her a needle to numb her mouth to take out her baby tooth and normally I have to hold her down we will definitely be coming back also you can even watch TV while getting your teeth cleaned excellent place with beautiful people working inside and I'm going to make me my first appointment as well soon

Negative experience: My experience at this dental office is less than subpar. I have a dental HMO so finding a really good dentist is really hard. We blind trust dentist and allow them to work on the most precious body part - our mouth. I came to this dental office because of the great reviews. My cleaning was done by the dentist and was super quick and she didn’t share I needed a root canal until my insurance contacted me about this. That was my first red flag - lack of information. I decided to return bc of the hassle dealing with HMO dental insurance. Bad bad idea! I got my root canal done at another location since they weren’t equipped with an Endodontist and came back to this office for the crown. Crown was done on site and ready in a manner of hours - great! BUT the woman who placed my crown did not place it correctly and didn’t bother to adjust the crown. I complained, I knew something in my mouth was off but I kept being put off from the dentist saying that I need time to adjust to the crown and come back in 2 weeks! I went home feeling hopeless and miserable I couldn’t talk properly nor could I close my mouth fully to chew. My jaw was hurting so bad. I decided to call back bc I was desperate only to be told the dentist is leaving the office and can’t see me again until Monday. I couldn’t wait days for an adjustment I was so uncomfortable. I decided to see another dentist for an emergency visit and paid out of pocket to get my crown adjusted. The dentist that saved me stated that the dentist practically left a mountain in my mouth and the alignment of my teeth were terribly off. I hope that anyone reading this learns from my mishaps and advocate for yourself before leaving the dentist. If you don’t feel right it ain’t right! I will never go back to this dental office again nor do I recommend them for anything outside a basic cleaning. Spend the extra money invest in better quality care if you can. This place is not it.

Fantastic experience: overall my recent visit with them was pretty good, staff were friendly and reassuring. I went in to get permanent crowns, one of the staff operating on me was Irma, she was very reassuring with the procedure. The receptionist Tanairi was very courteous and generous. Overall nice place.

Negative experience: The worstdoctor they have here. Her daughterdoesn'tknow how to work with denture. She grind my teeth that didn'thave anything to do in the work area. Now the root canalnand crown no longer works. Just told me to take it out or go to another specialist since they can'thelp me at all. Nice they took the money now the doctor wants to take my tooth out. Next step board od Dentis. Untill these person is out of the practice. I am not the only person complaining about the mal treatment on the teet. No thanks since they are robing people from insurance scams. NO thanks to Dr. Navneet Raí.
