Negative experience: My daughter has been sick a few times this summer and even though I have rescheduled in advance they told me I have to walk-in with her on her next appointment it won't be a guaranteed that she can be seen. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Negative experience: 1 star only for the people who answer the phones. The last few appointments my son went to he left in tears and traumatized. The final straw was his last appointment for a cleaning. My son has bad anxiety when it comes to doctors in general. He was so afraid and terrified and the assistants and Dr were annoyed that he was scared to the point of him screaming crying squirming and trying to catch his breath. They held him down in the chair. Like legit held his legs and arms and tried to make me do the same. I tried to calm him down but it wasn’t quick enough apparently. We are switching dentists and never coming back because Now my son is absolutely terrified of the dentist. We are even thinking of suing for traumatizing a 6 year old. I never consented to having him be held down. Disgusting.

Fantastic experience: Staff is very is excellent with my son we have been going there since he was 12 months old. Check in is easy and communication with appointments via email and text is very helpful

Positive experience: The staff was wonderful! They treated my little guy so kindly, and with such respect. Clean waiting room, and exam rooms. We will definitely be returning. Update: I just called the office to get some info for my insurance provider and I was given the run around and ended the call without the required data. Maybe it was the person I dealt with but they were extremely unhelpful and now I'm thinking about looking into another dentist. Am I overreacting? Perhaps, but good customer service is cornerstone of any successful business and that's not what I experienced.

Fantastic experience: All I can say is that Liz is truly amazing; and she’s great at her job and goes above and beyond for her patients! I cannot thank her enough for all of her professionalism and being thorough in this dental process for my daughter.

Negative experience: I love Dr Sunni but she doesn’t seem to come to this office anymore. The other dentists whose names I do not know are hit or miss. The male dentist filled a cavity for my 8yo. He put the swab to numb him in his mouth and almost immediately after put the needle in his mouth. My son squirmed and screamed because he felt the needle. The dentist then became visibly annoyed at my son. I explained where he went wrong and he tried to gaslight me. For this to be a solely pediatric dentist office the “bedside manner” is lacking.

She always makes sure I’m in and out of the office quickly, by already knowing who my kids and myself are from walking in and any questions or concerns I have, I go straight to her because she always has the answers!!! She makes me feel confident and comfortable every time I bring my kids in, and she’s a huge reason why I never hesitate to come back!!!!!! Whenever my kids have any pain, she goes above and beyond to get them scheduled the same day or the very next day. Her kindness, professionalism, and efficiency truly stand out. There was one person who has stuck out to me most and has always helped me with so much and she is so respectful in helpful with all the information needed, everytime I call I always ask for her to help me because she always does. The last visit I was there I was finally able to get her name, is Liz. Liz is always in the front, and I will recommend for anyone who calls for an appointment or wants to speak to front desk, you can ask for Liz and she will always point you in the right direction with all information you need. She’s an amazing person inside out, with my kids and myself. Highly recommend this office for your kids!

Fantastic experience: About a year ago I started looking for a good dentist for my two daughters Ariana and Cassandra. My oldest needed braces and other things and I was very pleased with the outcome. My youngest doesn't like any needles but she knows has to maintain her teeth healthy. Thank you all the staff members and the doctors who have been taking care my two daughters.

Positive experience: The staff is super friendly and comforting to my children that are patients here. They help nervous kids to relax, which I really appreciate. Today we had to wait 45minutes to be seen which is not the usual, so it was fine :) I will say that I had to switch insurances recently because the dentist abruptly stopped taking the usual insurance- and during the interim of transferring to the his acceptable insurance, my child got two cavities. Changing insurances is a process and it took months to get the kids back into the office. That was a little upsetting.. :(

Negative experience: This dentistry is disgusting. There bathroom is a clear indication of there lack of cleanliness. You have to ask that they follow basic sanitation protocols that should already be done. This place is a complete health hazard.

Negative experience: One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. It was pouring rain, and despite arriving on time and completing all the registration steps, they showed zero patience or flexibility. My daughter was just a few minutes late, and they offered no assistance or understanding at all. Extremely unprofessional and unaccommodating. I strongly advise against choosing this place. Never again.

Positive experience: My daughter recently turned 1. Although a super quick visit- they seemed to be somewhat effective. Unlike my dentist there was no “goodie bag” of oral hygiene products to introduce to her routine nor solid guidance for a first time mom- I was a referral so I will give it one more visit.

Positive experience: The dentist and dental Assistants are amazing. My three children and super comfortable going there. Unfortunately the reception area lacks accountability and professionalism. First they told me that I canceled my sons appointment and would be charged a 50 dollar fee cancellation fee, I insisted that we did not cancel and they were rude and stated that we did; turns out it was a different patient with the same name no apology or acknowledgement of a mistake being made on their end. I heard the mother of the other child confirming the cancellation in the wait room ( she was in with her other child). Second incident my son has had an appointment scheduled for months with the orthodontist, which I verified in person TWICE! When I called to confirm the day before, I was told there wasn’t an appointment. I had my husband call back and they told him that his appointment was tentative, and the orthodontist would not be in for the appointment. There is zero lack of professionalism and accountability. I work for a doctors office a simple phone to cancel would have been enough or an apology for forgetting to call. Terribly disappointing, when the back end is so great!

Fantastic experience: Our go-to pediatric dentist will always be Smile Express! The staff are all wonderful and very patient with my kids since they were 2 and 3. The dentists there explain things in very simple terms and give helpful advice. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: After a bad experience in another dental office and being scared to be seen, the team in the smile express office made my daughter’s visit a POSITIVE one she is now looking forward to her next appointment! The receptionists were friendly! The doctor was honest about the procedures and letting us know ahead of time that if her methods didn’t work my daughter would not get the procedure in order to avoid a trauma and they were honest as well if my insurance didn’t cover the procedures in order to avoid surprise bills! Thank you for helping my daughter through her whole procedure, I felt the patience the doctor had and the assistant as well they were both lovely with her as well, thank you!

Negative experience: Hello, I have brought my kids here. I highly do not recommend it. My kids went in there to get sdf applied on their teeth, the bottle of sdf was expired already for a year and some change. I seen how they sterilize and they don’t sterilized things with gloves they use their bare hands. None of the dental assistants know any english, nor do they have any license as a dental assistant in office after looking into it since I had a feeling once I seen they didn’t know what they were doing.Since I myself have worked in the field in the past for 10 years. They have a man assistant who works in the ortho department which I seen the same day I was for my pediatric appt there was an orthodontist there same day and assistants once again has no license to do any braces nor any X-rays none of them do in there. The doctors arguing with employees, none of them know what they’re doing in there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Worst experience I’ve had by far for any of my kids! DO NOT RECOMMEND
