Negative experience: I visited there a few times. I don't recommend it. Dr. Luba had an attitude when I kept asking questions to get an understanding about why she was starting a root canal when I came for tooth pain for another tooth. I wasn't nasty about it. The dentist made a plan for my dental work and my insurance was able to cover a little bit. She wanted to start a root canal and not finish it for 6 months. She seemed like she didn't know what she was doing and I kept asking questions to understand what was going on. It was weird to me. I asked if she could start a root canal closer to the renewal date, and she said no. From my years of having dental work done, I knew that a root canal should not be left uncovered for a long time. I didn't understand why I was getting it at the time. She couldn't give me proper answers and kept getting an attitude. Also, they kept trying to sell me a credit card to pay for the dental work because it was very expensive. They said it was because they used quality products. But if the patient could not afford the products before the credit card, how could they afford it with it? The person who did billing was very down-to-earth and nice. Update: After I made this post, they said I wasn't a patient. I have a whole treatment plan and referral from them. They attack people who give a bad review.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional don’t waste your time at this location I show after making multiple appointments and paying a cash deposit I finally get to the appointment and the dentist is not even ready took the day of from work for this nonsense . After I ask for my cash deposit back they tell me there is no cash at hand and have to return also lost 50 dollars of my 100 deposit don’t waste your time at this location .

Fantastic experience: Doctor Luba so Amazing To handle your tooth . She’s so gentle, calm and well explanatory. Also had a session with the Afrikan doctor too, i forgot her name. she so sweet with a gentle and warming touch. Daysi the assistance makes sure u stay focus and don’t swallow ur saliva in the process. Great hospitality here and they don’t stop calling you till you show up for your healthy dental Care. Fantastic experience: I've been going to this clinic for a while now, and I genuinely love the experience. The staff is always polite, considerate, kind, and funny, which makes visits much more comfortable. They go out of their way to accommodate patients, and as someone who gets anxious about dental visits, I really appreciate how patient and understanding they are. They even recognize me by name, which is such a nice touch. I never feel rushed, and they always do their best to make sure I’m comfortable. Highly recommend! They speak Spanish also. I believe Dr. Luba speaks a few other languages. She's absolutely lovely.

Fantastic experience: Omg, German the Dental Hygienist is the best, I've never had a teeth cleaning like this "EVER". He took his time and made me feel very comfortable. Honestly my teeth never felt this clean after a dental visit. I recommend this office if you want fresh breath and clean teeth.

Fantastic experience: I love that this office is open every Saturday! This was my first time here, I was seen by the dental hygienist for my X-rays and teeth cleaning. He was nice and had great chair side manners. Easy kind voice. After my regular X-rays, he took me to get a pano X-ray which I've never done. Pretty interesting device that spins around. Then the doctor shows up after evaluating all X-rays and does a review and tells you what's up. Thankfully I did not have any cavities this time! However I do need implants and they have a specialist that comes in the office monthly for consultation etc. The front desk person gave me my ins breakdown and cost for all of which was helpful to have.

Negative experience: I like many of my friends am a patient of Allstate Dental because our friend use to manage this office. I got work done here and paid in full up front. Before the holiday I expressed the root canal she did was hurting me. I came in and she referred me to a specialist. Before I left they said they’d close for the holidays and if another dentist touched my crown they would not guarantee that crown. I experienced terrible pain immediately after and was rushed to ER was given meds for massive infection. I then called the office no one answered or called me back. I went to a specialist and had my CT Scan done and was determined the post Dr. Luba put in was too big for my tooth and it fractured my tooth. I now need a dental implant. Being a kidney recipient this has been a terrible experience. I called and went to take Dr. Luba the letter and was met by the same rude girl named LAURA who stated they would close and would give no guarantee and she stated they will see what they work out with the specialist I saw. No apologies for the inconvenience, time lost of work or pain and suffering I’ve experienced due to their negligence. Dr. Luba does not even show face and the costumer service is horrible. Do not trust them and do not write reviews the first day you visit. Always wait to finish your treatment to write a review. They ask you to the first day to avoid this. They will neglect you as a patient and show no care for any loss you endure due to their negligence. Dr. Luba contacted me back and stated that I could sue her if I want to because she wasn’t going to refund anything to me. When I explained my transplant specialist stated I was at risk of loosing my transplant. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. SHE ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY AND LAURA HER ASSISTANT IS RUDE AND CARELESS!

Negative experience: I usually leave good reviews !!!!but this is of the most unprofessional dental offices I worked at.The doctor treats her patients as an ATM machine and just look for ways to collect money from them. They take tons of unnecessary xrays on KIDS and adults so they can get as much money the insurance. Don't get fooled with their sweet talk. They focused on quantity of patients, not quality of care. If you were a family member, I wouldn't recommend you to go there at all.
