Negative experience: This is why I always take pictues of my teeth before and after my dental appointment. The dentist shaved down my tooth rather than filling it back my chip tooth that was previously filled. All my natural healthy part of mt tooth is gone now. I can no longer chew on my right side. Negative experience: After 1.5h of waiting I left without getting a cleaning. My first and last time there. A visit to the dentist shouldn't be this slow and inefficient.

Negative experience: Just went there with my 9 year old son who was having an extreme dental emergency and the receptionist LITERALLY IGNORED us even though no one was there when we arrived except for 1 patient who was the one who addressed us and told us we should sign in. After signing in at 8:30am. She did not once acknowledge our presence and continued to take other patients who walked in after us. After 40 minutes of waiting I went to ask her if we would be seen and she shooed me away saying she would get to us which she NEVER did. Wound up actually getting in touch with another very empathetic dentist over the phone since his office was closed that day who provided more assistance by calling in meds than being at an actual dentist office! Please do NOT go here! Extremely unprofessionally staff and that receptionist needs to be FIRED!!!!

Negative experience: I waited for over an hour to be seen, the cleaning was the roughest and most painful cleaning I've ever experienced, and my total time spent in that office was around 3 hours for a routine cleaning, with only 30 minutes actually sitting in the chair. Would not recommend unless you enjoy wasting your time and sitting in pain.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this office Please Beware of Dr Ian Lehrer! My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 a.m., and I arrived on time. During the consultation, I was informed that my wisdom tooth was close to a nerve and that there was a risk of losing sensation or function in the lower part of my mouth. Naturally, I asked for a few minutes to process this information. After about five minutes, I let the staff know I was ready to proceed. Despite this, I was left waiting for several hours. By around 10:45 a.m., after sitting in pain and becoming very distressed, a treatment coordinator informed me that the oral surgeon refused to work on me because he felt I had an “attitude.” I did not have an attitude—I was scared and trying to make an informed medical decision. Being denied care while in pain for expressing concern about potential nerve damage was upsetting and unprofessional. Patients should be allowed to ask questions and take a moment to process serious risks without being judged or dismissed. I hope this office reflects on how patients are treated during vulnerable moments.

Fantastic experience: Both of my kids had their first appointment here. After calling a few dental office nearby they were the only office that took our insurance. Everyone was very nice . My kids were comfortable and the staff front office, back office and Doctors were very nice. They were very gentle with my kids. My kids usually gag during X-rays but with the help of the assistants, my kids did really good.

Negative experience: I have had the worst experience in this Dental office the Denist couldn't even explain to me want needs to do . I had 8 teeth pulled which was All of my top teeth.They made me a top intermediate denture. After 3 months the intermediate dentures got real loose. He said this never happened to patients before. And refuse to do anything for me. Yeah I am stuck with the immediate dentures. What am I to do this is not right.

Negative experience: If I could leave zero stars I would. After 8 years of not going to the dentist I finally gained the courage to go for a cleaning. After waiting over an hour beyond my appointment time, they literally took 30+ ways of my teeth. Ok fine, I get it. Then the Dr comes in and proceeds to tell me I need a deep clean, 3 cavities, treatment for my gums (which is a scam according to my last dentist) at $1,000, and tells me I need to see an orthodontist for my lower teeth (I’m 45). Then they don’t bother to do the basic cleaning. A total waste of time and they try to upsell for everything. All I wanted was a basic cleaning!

Fantastic experience: I need to give a shout out to Phyllis (hopefully I spelled the name right). She is great communicator and she does the work that is needed to do an effective job. I am in the process of getting a crown and needed a temporary. My first temporary wasnt comfortable. It felt like plaster and it made my tongue raw. It then fell off while I was watching tv. The temporary that Ms. Phyllis put on is smooth, feels and looks like a tooth and I can already tell that it is securely in. I love all the employees working there including the guy who did my temporary. I very much love the team work that they display. Everyone seems very happy to work there which is very comforting to see. And I love how welcoming everyone is when you go to this location. Also want to point out when getting my work done it has actually been very comfortable.

Negative experience: I have had the worst service in that place. First time I went for a cleaning they said they can take Xray only and then come back another day for the cleaning wich I wasn't agreed so I requested to reschedule my appointment for a full service. In my second appointment they took forever to do the Xray and then they told I had como back another day for the cleaning. They had me waiting hours so I decided to calcel everything. Very bad service. Worst place to visit a dentist. They just want your money.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Habib and his assistant Phyllis were absolutely amazing, they were kind and informative, and had a good sense of humor. The office staff were welcoming and kind, helping me with my paperwork. They also secured an emergency appointment with the oral surgeon, for a painful tooth. Fantastic experience: West Cost Dental is a really good dentistry. Dr. Marshed is really good and observant she knows what you need to get fixed, along with her assistant Monique who is kind and friendly she really helped mr feel comfortable. I am a nervous patient and they help me stay calm and go through the process, especially Phyllis, she was patient with me in my X-rays since I gag a lot for that. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here. The doctor and dental assistant are very nice and thorough with explaining what they will like to do and walk you through everything about to be done. In addition to everyone here being extremely nice and easy going. The atmosphere is wonderful thanks to the front desk staff, as well as those who work with insurance being very mindful and helping anyway they can.

Fantastic experience: This has to be by far the nicest staff I have ever encountered. The wait was long but that was only because the ct scan my son needed was handled by one person due to a short staff. I did not mind waiting only because how sweet the staff are. I would definitely go back even though the drive is 40 minutes away.

Fantastic experience: Today's service was absolutely perfect. I went in for treatment for a cavity and I left in happy tears. Not only did the staff treat me with kindness and respect but the service I received was exceptional. Being a busy wife and a mother I often put others before myself and trying to squeeze in self care time is very difficult. I almost cancelled today's appointment thinking about my son's birthday and Christmas around the corner but I'm so glad I didn't. I love this dental office and all the staff. I'm glad you haven't retired yet Dr. Mooreshed. The world still needs good doctors like you. Happy Holidays!

Fantastic experience: I came in yesterday on a referral from my dentist. To see an oral surgeon, I must admit going to a completely different place was a little scary, but surprisingly the oral surgeon, Who attended me was great! He was fast, didn't sugar coat nothing!, he was great!

Positive experience: These people were great Karina, Phillis and Mershead. They worked on payment plan that I could handle. My husband and I both are going there. I would have given 5 stars but have 1 complaint. We both had appointments but had to do them with 2 visits cause they were running late. My husband actually went to second appointment on a different day and was waiting over an hour and so he left.

From the moment I walked in, Dulce at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and attended to me right away, her customer service was Outstanding! Karina, who took my X-rays, was fantastic at easing my nerves and made the process quick and comfortable. Then, I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Habibi and his assistant, Phillys. They were incredibly thorough in diagnosing my dental concerns and took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I fully understood my treatment options. Javier, the Floor Supervisor, ensured everything flowed smoothly, making sure I was taken care of at every step. Finally, Annabelle, the Treatment Coordinator, clearly explained my insurance coverage and the treatment process, making everything transparent and stress-free. On top of the outstanding service, I absolutely love the new renovations to the office! The updated space feels welcoming and modern, which added to the overall positive experience. Negative experience: This place is extremely dirty. From a legal perspective. THEY WANT YOU TO PAY THOUSANDS FOR SERVICES COVERED UNDER YOUR INSURANCE AND WILL MAKE UP CODES AND MODIFIERS TO ENSURE YOUR CLAIMS ARE DENIED WITH YOU FOOTING THE BILL. They forged my electronic signature onto a treatment plan i never signed. Please DO NOT go to these people. Keith, their treatment coordinator, will ensure your time is wasted by sending in false prior authorizations for procedures not on your treatment plan. l asked for a copy of my treatment plan a month after my initial visit and it was edited from the original copy with my electronic signature pasted onto it. This place has been reported to the Board of Dentistry and a police report filed for forgery.

Negative experience: I waited over an hour to be seen and then I had to go back out to the waiting room to get told I had to talk to someone about bone grafts. I did not want the bone grafts and three hours later I got my wisdom teeth removed but I didn’t receive any medication I guess it was because the dentist was having a hard time pulling the top left tooth out! Will not be returning here.

Negative experience: The place was a mad house from start to finish. I waited 1.5 hrs to be seen. I was 5 mins early for my appt and I am not a new patient .People were running around and the oral surgeon was running back and forth between me and other patients until my anesthesia kicked in. I signed the consent during the procedure. During the procedure itself the assistant to the doctor was extremely rough and was pushing too hard on my Jaw, and when I tried to tell her, she pushed harder. I have had root canals, bridgework, braces, and other extractions, and I have never been in so much pain as I have been right now. After the procedure was done... nothing was said by the Doctor, he ran out, and I was told to wait in the lobby so they could collect payment. I offered to pay before, because they told me my deductible amount, but after the procedure they said they didn't know how much it would be. So I had to wait in the lobby for another 10 mins. I am very sad because 2 yrs ago I would have highly recommended this place. Now, I want to report it to the BBB. I am not coming back here.

Negative experience: Dr Marina is an outstanding caring dentist.Everyone was very helpful.These people in billing are scam artists signed me up for credit. I got the right side deep cleaned I have insurance through delta dental.I just received a bill that I owe credit company for $943. .I signed application not knowing they wouldn't bill me first..I haven't gotten any paper work ever for documents I signed sitting in chair .I hope there happy they scammed another senior citizen.

Negative experience: I am extremely unsatisfied. I have an incredible bill for an x-ray they did not get approval for first. Not only did they charge me they refused to clean my teeth until I got a deep cleaning ($600, also not covered by my insurance). So I wasted half my day to get x-rays and for them to not clean my teeth. I'm waiting for my husband's bill since they did not follow up with his insurance either. I will keep you posted.

Negative experience: Waited 3 hours to not be seen by oral surgeon. One on staff, and everyone who walked through the door needed to be seen by the oral surgeon. I witnessed multiple people who had also walked out after not being seen for hours. they don’t care about your time whatsoever. Stay away from the entire west coast dental chain. I have had these problems with their other offices too. If you have denti-cal and are assigned here make sure you call your insurance to switch to a different dentist, advocate for yourself and don’t waste your time!

Negative experience: I was there. For an appointment today. With over a to hour wait . Left the office. Same thing happened last year. But I was there two and a half hours. 2 hours in the office. And over a half an hour in the chair. Never been to a place. Where they made you wait that long. What good is having. An appointment. Problem is with my insurance. I can't change dentist. Till next year. What a sorry way to run a business.

Negative experience: I first experience was amazing, Dr. Habibi did work on me and he was so pleasant. The owner Denise was so lovely, she came in and we talked about getting braces. I was so excited about it. I scheduled my othro appt on the same day I was getting my tooth delivered. I work graveyard, so planning it on a Friday was already hard enough. I came In my ortho appt 5 mins early from my 10am appt. I waited in the waiting room for 45 mins before I asked the front desk when I was going to be seen. They made me feel like I was bothering them, all they were doing was talking. They called a patient 3 times, knowing the patient was outside. They didn’t bother calling her in. The girl in the back computer tried to help me get seen and told me that all the seats were filled. I didn’t understand why my 10am appt became 11am. When the black haired girl called my name, I walked in. And she said “hey slow down”, because my backpack hit the door. I already knew they were treating me different because I asked A question. A valid question because my appt was at 10am. I sat in the seat, while Phyllis worked on me. She is a Gem to try to make me laugh during this uncomfortable visit. The reception girl with black short hair, came into the room and said “we’re gonna reschedule your ortho appt.” I said “why I’m here and I scheduled it on a Friday for it” she just walked away. I was so upset at the moment. I told her never mind on the braces, she said “oh ok” like Denise didn’t want my business. I bet if Denise was there they would’ve treated me right. I was there for 3 hrs plus. Dr. Habibi was amazing once again. And I couldn’t stay because they didn’t value my time. I didn’t even make my appt to get my tooth delivered. When I left, I asked the black haired girl (reception) “can I get Denise’s number or how can I reach her?” She replied with a weird face “ahh Denise? Who?” I was once again upset for making it seem like there was no one named Denise there when I was talking to Phyllis about it my whole time there. “Denise the owner of this place! I talked to her when I was here the first time!” Playing with my intelligence. All of sudden she knew a Denise. “Denise is not her on Saturdays “ said the girl with blonde braids next to her.” I said “is she here on Monday” she said yes and handed me their business card. I stormed out. I would never want one of my loved ones to get mistreated and bring them to a place with bad customer service. If the owner sees this, please give me a call. I really wanted to give you my business, but your staff dropped the ball on you and your business.

Fantastic experience: Phyllis is a trained professional from the very beginning, I confided my issue and she executed my x-rays with care and dignity. The doctor and I am sorry I cannot for the life of me remember her name but she went over my mouth with precision. The fiance guy Kevin gave me the good and the bad news but I was ready for him. My teeth cleaner Diane, worked all on my left side of my mouth cleaning every square inch. I hate to say it but I probably shouldn't have waited 5 years to go to dentist. Overall I can't wait until my smile is back to what it once was.

Negative experience: I visited this office on 3/7/24. There manager Denise came into the room to explain the pricing for a root canal. She quoted me $1,200 for the root canal and the crown. I tried asking her questions but she kept talking over me every time I tried to speak. She then goes back on her word and tells me that the crown is not included with the $1,200. She changed her mind when I asked her if Medical would reimburse me if I paid for the procedure in cash. She didn't care about me she just wanted her money. This lady Denise has no empathy and has a very cold demeanor.

Negative experience: I was referred here by my insurance and unfortunately I dont have anything nice to say. They are unorganized and have no concept of communication. I was waiting for a call back about an appointment and never received one. When I decided to call back I was met with an attitude and told “you knew we weren't going to do it”…umm no I didn't. I wouldn’t have waited 3 weeks thinking I was going to be helped. Especially since the Endodontist himself said he can do it. I was then hung up on. I would recommend that they find people with more tact and coping skills to work the front desk. I will also be calling corporate and the BBB.

Fantastic experience: Awesome. Most recent visit was very quick to get in with the dentist lil wait. This location is dedicated to helping. I had to call in repeatedly frustrated (my own confusion) with a hundred different questions. Each time the receptionists always friendly, would help me understand the information missing and get me on the path to move forward to meet with the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Wow! Wow!!! Such a great atmosphere! Office looks so different and I love all Christmas Decorations! I feel like I'm in Santas house lovey decorating. All staff are beyond helpful. Office Manager always asked if I was doing okay. Dr Habibi so kind and gentle. All ladies in the front all professional and smiling. Positive experience: I am thankful the office staff was able to squeeze me in the same day. I was having severe pain. The staff was exceptionally nice and understanding. The tech was gentle and understanding while taking my x-rays. Kept asking id I was ok. I was on the verge of a panic attack and his gentleness really put me at ease. The doctor was even kind, thorough, and friendly. Front desk staff were really welcoming and understanding as well. Thank you to the staff at West Coat Dental. Update: 2nd visit for a tooth extraction. It was very traumatizing and disrespectful. Came in after work a 16 hr shift overnight. Drifting in out of sleep, the oral surgeon was not friendly nor informative. Did not introduce himself. Actually, none of the back office staff did that day. Wakes me out my sleep roughly. I had earbuds in and asleep like I said. Did hear or see them come in. I'm waking to someone trying to stick a needle in my mouth( I was numbed topically prior too). So I'm out of in a sense of panic. I'm trying to get bearings. Eventually, I calmed down and allowed him to stick me. This man stabs that needle so hard and far into my jaw line that it felt as if he hit my bone. I still have discoloration in the back of my mouth. When I told about himself and jumped. He got made at me. He's telling me you need to calm down and no one is complaining. I have had extractions before never felt a thing or have been treated this way. I will not be returning. There is more to the story, but it is too much to type. Front office staff is still amazing.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a returning patient at West Coast Dental for a couple years now. They always treat me with care from walking in to checking out. All their staff have been really friendly. Heidi is quick to greet patients with a smile and Jeanette is always a huge help while preforming my procedures. This office makes sure to go over everything with me step by step and has always been transparent. I was going to have some wisdom teeth extracted but didn’t make a fuss when I decided to not follow through with the procedure, even though it was the day of! Highly recommend coming here :)

Negative experience: I regret having taken my mom here. We'll be looking for another dentist after this. Their communication between their staff, and between them and me is horrible. No one ever knows what's going, and they never return your calls like they say they would. For three months, it was like this. I call to get an update, they say they'd call me back; a week or two goes by, they've yet to call me back, so I call again for updates, they don't have any or don't know what the last person said they would do, they again say they'd call me back; a week or two goes by, still haven't heard from them, so I call back again, they again don't know what's going on or what the last person said they would do, then tell me the same thing about calling me back. This went on for THREE MONTHS! I've told them I don't want to have to get ugly for them to actually call me back like they say they would to give me updates. Unfortunately, it got to that point today, and while voicing my frustrations to Annabelle on how they need to work on communication and keeping their word, SHE HUNG UP ON ME mid talk. That didn't calm me down; in fact, it only escalated my anger. I thought about whether I should go to the office in person and give them a piece of my mind, or call back and get someone else to help me. On top of that, she said she wasn't able to give me the reason why the authorization was denied. LIES. I've worked in medical billing, and every denial has a code that we billers can look up for the reason. I decided to call back, and thankfully got someone other than Annabelle (who is not the receptionist like she said "Ma'am, I'm just the receptionist.") who LISTENED to my concerns and UNDERSTOOD my frustrations with their office, and she (the actual receptionist) was able to give me updates, answer my questions, and even gave me the reason for the denial. Now THAT is how you quench an irate, frustrated patient: listening to and understanding their concerns and frustrations, and acknowledging where is right and where is wrong so the wrong party can fix the wrong. The one star is for the calm and helpful receptionist, although this entire office staff deserves ZERO.

Negative experience: The first time I went in the afternoon and the office was being remodeled. I left after waiting 30 minutes and still having lots if people ahead of me. The second time I went when they opened in the morning and they had finished remodeling their office. The experience was pleasant and I was attended by Dr. Z and dental assistant Phylis, which were really patient and nice to me. Unfortunately, I only made two hours of time for the appointment so after an hour and 40 minutes of not much being done I decided to leave without the cleaning as I had to go to work. My wife also went with me and had to wait a long time, even though she was an hour early. The organization of the office is terrible but the people seem nice at least, hence the 2 star review.

Negative experience: Don't settle for mediocre - I cannot speak for the experience of others but over 3 visits there has been only 2 consistent things. A wait time that exceeds 1.5 hrs and scheduling and time management crisis. May 2023 - visit for a routine exam and cleaning Over 1.5 hrs wait time to be evaluated for 5 minutes and told there is not enough time for a cleaning, please reschedule June 2023 - 1.5 hr wait time - nonchalant dentist whose attitude showed they would rather be anywhere else. Schedule me for a November check up ! This is what was recommended to me. Not what I chose. November 2023 - 2 hours and 25 mins from arriving ( early I might add ) to being " examined " for less than 6 minutes total. Then being told please reschedule for your routine cleaning. Apparently you were brought in 1 whole month early and it does not work like that. Please wait another 1.5 hours or more next time you come in. Unacceptable

Negative experience: The front desk is nice! Shoutout to them for trying their best to get me seen. Overall, my experience was horrible. I had an appointment at 10 AM. I wasn’t seen until 11 AM. I then waited in the back for 2 hours. I only came in to get my teeth cleaned!!! It’s not like I’m asking for much. I eventually walked out without getting my teeth cleaned at 1 PM. This experience was horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone. The level of unprofessionalism was bad!

Negative experience: I was 25 min late to my appt and I had told the office manager I was running late, she said it wasn’t a guarantee that I would be able to be seen…i had to hope the odds were in my favor because my filling is cracked after root canal done almost 1.5 months ago… I checked in and 1 hour later office manager says they could not accommodate me today. With that being said I understand they are on a tight schedule and there are other patients! I even offered to be the last one of the day… but NOPE I had to reschedule two weeks out. I was really hoping she should have made an exception after I told her what happened to me on my prior appt with them. So basically I went in for crown restoration on my last appointment with them and I waited TWO HOURS to see Dr. Habibi! He numbed me before even doing x rays! then comes back into the room and says he cannot do work today because he needed me to get confirmation one more time with Endo before he started the crown restoration. I understand why he did that BUT why did I wait two hours to get a free numbing shot? Not OK!!! Front desk girls are very sweet. This complain is about the office manager Eloise and Dr. Habibi. This office gives me major anxiety. Pick a new one if you can!

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE! For so many reaons. Huge corporate office whos main focus is extracting as much money as possible from patients. We had appointments, but still had to wait for hours, as they are clearly understaffed. While were were waiting, multiple other people came with appointments and left after being told of long wait times, some mentioned they've already rescheduled before. We only had time for a dental exam, but our invoice listed out a teeth cleaning that never happened. It's been a months long process trying to get the teeth cleaning removed, they even once changed the bill and put the cleaning under a different item name. They call us everyday from an automated number, and I've tried getting this resolved doezens of times, but they always say they'll call back, or transfer you to someone who doesn't know anything, and now they're trying to put the invocie to collections, still with servcies we never received. EDIT: In response to Western Dental's comment below. I have talked to different departments a dozen times, sometimes they acknowledge the issue and say they'll fix it, but never do. Also have left my number for the office manager 4 different times and never got a callback.

Negative experience: The doctor is great, but the organization, the front desk is unacceptable. I had four visits. The least waiting time, before getting into a chair, was about an hour. On my third visit I was turned away, after waiting almost an hour, because they were not ready for me (!) That is after countless text and phone appointment confirmations. The last and final visit, after waiting for 90 minutes, I had to confront the office, and only then was taken to a dental chair. Or, they tried to give me another appointment next week. I have finished the treatment here because I pre-paid, but will look for another dental practice for the future. I respect doctor’s time and arrived 10 minutes earlier for every visit. However, I did not get the same respect back. I understand that this office is busy and people are working, i don’t mind waiting 15-30 minutes, but not 90 minutes. I also work and had to take time off for these appointments, just to spend 90% of my time waiting and even being re-scheduled after waiting. I appreciate the dental work that was done, it is very professional. But I just can’t put up with another dread of dealing with the front desk.

Fantastic experience: The office under new management since my last review. My hats off the the new office manager she has turn my whole feeling about this office around 180°. She took time to listen to my complains and concerns without taking it personal, was so professional and addressed each concern a had. I could not be happier with the new level of service I have received.

Negative experience: Not sure what happened to overall management at this location. However I went in for checkup/cleaning. First off the lady called the day before to say I had no dental coverage and keeping my appointment to verify my coverage. After I called my DMO they faxed over my coverage and fees. Today I go for my appt at 9am. Then the finance guy comes to say he doesn’t know how much my copay will be. After my coverage cost was faxed the day before. Keep in mind I’ve already been receiving of services at this location. This was a routine follow up for care. So after sitting there for almost an hour an half. I left. No services rendered. I called my DMO filed a complaint as well to be switched to another facility. Also other patients who arrived after me were being seen right away while my African American self had to wait and be double confirmed for coverage which was already confirmed & verified the day before.

Negative experience: Made an appointment weeks ago. Gave my insurance, was told I was all set. The evening prior to the appointment I was contacted asking if I could come 30 mins later. Sure! No problem. I was contacted again around 4-5pm telling me that I needed to call my insurance company to have my PCP changed to this clinic. Obviously, as it was the evening before and my appointment was 9am the next day, I was unable to do this. Went to the office early, they told me I had to call my insurance. I did. Waited for 40 mins. Then the receptionist said that they actually don’t take my insurance anyway. I understand mistakes happen but this is pretty inconvenient from a service standpoint. I also pointed out I could’ve made the change with more time, and the receptionist, Heidi, was incredibly snappy and rude saying she “called me twice, so..”. But that is not the point, the point is that I was only made aware the day prior, whether I was contacted twice or not I was given less than a days notice.

Negative experience: Don’t go here I came into my appointment and they told me the week before my appointment that they could do two methods after pulling one of my teeth the day of my appointment they gone tell me oh no the doctor only prefers this one method and you have to put 250$ down payment for this method then come back and put another 250$ down again, mind you the method is only 450$ and on top of that the week before my appointment someone told me I could put 150$ down now it’s 250$ and they didn’t even ask me if I wanted to apply for credit or any other option like I think it’s genuinely because I’m black and I have health insurance most dental places are money hungry they wasted my time and I kept telling them I can’t miss more work for this and she completely ignored what I said. They lucky I don’t go find an attorney and sue them good luck if you go here bring your whole pay check and life savings since everything is cash up front what’s the point in having health insurance if nothing is covered‍♀️

Negative experience: This is a complaint against the visiting periodontist, Dr. Hardez. Dr. Hardez behaved inappropriately during my appointment. He hurt my feelings, refused to treat me, and violated my right to medical privacy. First, he asked me if I had been drinking. This was upsetting to say the least, especially since I do not consume alcohol. Second, I asked to have the plaque removed from my teeth - he refused. Third, he told me to return to my previous dentist to have my tooth repaired, which was the reason for my visit. Fourth, even though I disclosed my medications - he insisted on pushing me to give him my medical diagnosis. He had all the information he needed to work on my teeth - but refused a deep cleaning and to fix my tooth. His refusal to treat me violates the Americans with Disabilities Act, which insures that all patients are treated in an equal manor. Additionally, he violated my rights under HIPA, which ensure that some medical information does not have to be disclosed. I am still considering legal action. I could not speak directly to anyone at corporate because they go straight to voicemail. The office manager at the site was "at lunch". Nobody was willing to hear my concerns.

Negative experience: The staff is wonderful it was more so the doctor or the treating doctor that could work on his bedside manner. He’s not very understanding, not compassionate and doesn’t offer very much help. I would never recommend them to anyone

Fantastic experience: Transferring over to this location was the best decision. So much progress for a short time coming to this location for the Ortho treatment both my kids come for . Negative experience: 2023 Update: on my last visit I complained of gum pain. I was told I needed a tooth extraction, bridge and other work costing $Thousands. I mistrusted the diagnosis and decided to wait. I then switched dentists. The new dentist looked in my mouth, asked some questions and sent me to an oral surgeon. The surgeon looked in my mouth and told me I have a condition called lichen planus which can be managed through medication. If I would have followed through with the incorrect diagnosis, not only would I be missing teeth and out thousands of dollars, it would not have solved the problem. So, beware! Original 2 Star review: I got SIX texts, three emails and two voicemails asking me to confirm and please arrive on time. I got there promptly at 10 and then waited an hour and thirty minutes before I was finally treated. This happens every single time — although it was previously 45-60 minutes wait instead of 90. The dentists, etc are good enough but I can see in the face of the office staff that they are burdened by angry patients. My time is valuable too. Do better West Coast. The reason I gave this two stars is because of decent dental care. Three stars off for disrespecting my time.
