Fantastic experience: I have been to the clinic twice. Specifically, on 7/28/2025, I had a 6PM appointment. On a short notice my husband was called into work. Needed my teeth impressions done for my mouth guard for my sleep apnea. I was actually going to cancel my appointment. My two children tend to fight/argue a lot. My daughter is seven years old and my youngest son is two. The ladies in the front changed the movie to keep my children occupied. They were given crayons and paper to draw. My sons now toys were not enough to keep them occupied. Thank you so much ladies, you were so kindhearted to my babies. & for good behavior my children received stickers. Productive appointment, quick and easy. Friendly and clean environment.

Negative experience: Dr. Choi promised that the Maryland bridge was going to be strong. It fell out several times shortly afterward, which led for me not to trust her anymore. My insurance also assigned her a root canal to be done, by the time I was assigned another office my molar had too much damage and ended up extracted.

Positive experience: This was an incredible first dental visit. The dental team of two, a technician and dentist, completed my x-rays, filling, and teeth cleaning in an hour. A fluoride treatment completed the end of my dental visit. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I was referred by my friend and I had such a pleasant experience! All the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Annie Choi is very thorough and an honest dentist! She examined my neck, head, and tongue to check if I have cancer. Thank goodness I do not. I’ve never been to any other dentists that checks so thoroughly. I asked if I needed to get a cavity filling redone since it looked like it was wearing off, but Dr. Annie Choi told me it’s just discoloration and there’s no need to get it redone. They also gave me some a bag of items to maintain oral hygiene (toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss). I will continue to make a ~1 hour drive just to see Dr. Annie Choi and that’s saying something!

Fantastic experience: My first appointment was this past Tuesday, and my second appointment was today. I really appreciated the bedside manners of Dr. Choi. The extensive work that needed to be done was completed with a lot of care and perfection. I got a temporary crown and three fillings two of which are in my front teeth. Again, the amount of patience and perfectionism that Dr. Choi and her team used to ensure my smile is healthy and beautiful I am very grateful.

Fantastic experience: Great staff! I had a wonderful experience from walking in, to the cleaning. Plenty of parking in the back parking lot. The waiting area had water and coffee available although I don’t know who’s want to drink coffee at the dentist! They had decor for the season. And I was seen right at the time of my appointment. The dentist thoroughly explained everything she was doing and listened when I had questions. So glad I came here!

A full mouth xray followed by detailed examination by the dentist, and I was out the door with a referral to an endodontist and a plan for follow up visits in about 30 minutes from when I arrived. And yet there was never any sense of being rushed. Somehow the team managed to get a lot of work done while being relaxed and friendly. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Just had fillings done to my upper maxillary front teeth, #8 and #9. I really like my new DMD. She uses a rubber brace, so you need not hold your mouth open, which can become tiring. She, also, numbs the gum with anesthetic applied with a medical-grade Q-tip, before injecting you. Then before she starts drilling, she asks you to raise your left hand at anytime, if you encounter any issues. After completion, she tests the fit of your new filling several times; making adjustments as needed. As well, informs you that sometimes after the novacaine wears off your new filling might feel unnatural even though while numbed you might not notice this; therefore, asks that you call her office and she will be happy to further adjust the fit. From the clean and pleasantly appointed facility to the friendly receptionists to the gentle hygienists/chair-side assistants to the considerate dentist all are exceptional! It's no wonder why LB Choice Dental gets 5-star ratings across the board. This former dental chairside assistant, back in the day, am very happy that I gave them a try.

Fantastic experience: This practice has been the best dental office I had ever been to. I love the atmosphere and the staff are friendly and honest. I had problems in the past with the former dental offices I went to whereas staff weren’t honest and up front about procedures and cost. I love how the staff were thorough about the procedures and out of pocket expenses. The staff even printed out an easy to follow summary of procedures and cost for me to have as record. I look forward to coming here for all my future dental needs.

Negative experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Brooks for several years and I did notice the name change, but I was never notified directly that Dr. Brooks was gone. That part I absolutely did not appreciate. I also had to update my review because the last time I was there the hygienist acted very passive-aggressively and asked me if I needed her to show me how to floss lol.
