Dr. Luong continues to provide excellent care and is currently expediting a new mouthguard for me which I truly appreciate. His office staff, his assistant and his hygienists are super friendly, caring and professional. They always make me feel comfortable during my visits. It’s very rare to find a team that feels like family!!! I highly recommend this dental practice!!! I highly recommend Dr Luong!!! I would say I’m the one with the most challenges, since maternity my teeth been suffering and Dr Luong been amazing getting things under control and slowly taking care of my teeth. I come for my cleanings with Kim. She is so friendly and kind. They always make sure we are comfortable and there is no pain thru our treatments. She has mastered her craft as a dental hygienist and is extremely knowledgable about all things oral hygiene, including how to maintain good care at home. Dr. Luong is patient and always answers my questions. He is approachable and has great “bedside” manner. He really cares about his patients and wants to help them keep their teeth/gums healthy. I was recommended to him from a customer of mine and have been very happy with my care. For instance, my insurance was a little confusing with my wife's name being the main card holder but it was registered under my name. It took a few tries but they figured it out and then came up with a great treatment plan to ensure I saved as much money as I could under my plan. The whole team is friendly and comfortable to be around and Dr. Loung has a great bed side manner. If you're feeling ignored by your current dentist, like you're simply a customer and dollar sign, switch to this office.

I had my veneers redone by him and I must admit they are beautiful. I also did Invisalign on my bottom teeth since I never worked my retainers and Dr. Luong Convince me to get the permanent retainer and I am so glad I did. I Appreciate that he stands by his work and if there’s an issue, no questions asked he takes care of it. The office is very friendly and I especially love getting my teeth clean by Ashley. Fantastic experience: A caring and comfortable atmosphere is what I feel when I walk into Dr. Luong’s office every visit. It starts with Cindy who welcomes you into the office. The magazines are always up to date and the seats are comfortable while waiting. For me I dislike when a medical space is stale and this office is far from that. It is very clean. Dr. Luong himself is kind, engaging and shares important tooth information in a way anyone could understand. I think his back office assistants are personable and easy to talk to. I have to rave about the newest hygienist Kim…. She has a gentle touch and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. It’s been 36 hours since I had my cleaning and my molars still feel clean! Ashley is great too! I appreciate the small 1980’s touches from the previous dentist who Dr. Luong purchased his practice but he also has state of the art technology and very comfortable dental chairs. I like the overall ambiance of the practice and the feeling of being individually cared for. I have attached a funny smile photo of my clean teeth!
