Fantastic experience: Was told by my previous 2 dentist I needed 2 root canals. Ive Been doing research on the dangers of doing root canal and the complications down the road. Searched holistic/biological dentist near me and found restore health dentistry. Went in. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Was told my 2 teeth are savable and dont need to go down the root canal route. Im happy about that. Definitely recommend them. I can say, i found my new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about this place. Staff is so beyond nice and comforting and helpful and did not judge me for not going to the dentist for 5+ years. Doctor was super super nice and patient when answering my plethora of questions as well as calming my extreme anxiety. She reassured me through every step of the process and future processes on the work I need done and any questions I had regarding that. Also the 3D teeth scan of my teeth was extremely helpful when going over my x rays and what areas needed work I learned that they also offer a more holistic approach to teeth cleanings by using Ozone therapy and biocompatible fillings vs traditional metals/toxic materials. They also offer DentalVibe which is just the cherry on top for someone with dental anxiety like myself. I am definitely recommending this office to anyone and everyone I know. I will proudly continue my dental journey here and I can’t wait to see my results.

Negative experience: I recently made an appointment but needed to reschedule it. Although this business charges a cancellation fee, they make changing or cancelling appointments extremely difficult. I first texted the number provided in their appointment confirmation message and received no reply for three days. When I called, the first person hung up on me. On my second attempt, the same representative answered the phone and she immediately put me on hold without saying a word. Only after speaking with a third person was I finally able to cancel the appointment. This experience was very frustrating and highly unprofessional. Unfortunately, they have already lost my trust.

Fantastic experience: Had a routine cleaning 3 Xs a year , X-rays & ozone treatment. Tina (Hygienist) usually performs these procedures for me , ( I have added the ozone treatment to my appointment for extra protection) then Dr Williams comes & checks over X-rays and my teeth. I’m almost 74 still have most all of my teeth!

She’s a well experienced holistic dentist that is really helping restore my smile , and referred me an exceptional oral surgeon who placed my zirconia post implant and is about to set my crown and I’m so excited. I’m metal sensitive & was very ill for decades due to metal root canal work that had been eroding and I’ve been healing so well! Today she repaired a cracked tooth and removed the old eroded filling and replaced it with ceramic and boy it looks beautiful! She even used a devise that vibrates near your gums while she injected the big needle to numb my gums and that was by far the best experience with needles/injections I’ve ever had. She really put me at ease with her highly skilled patient care and was honest with me about smile improvement and didn’t try to over sell me on any unnecessary procedures. I’m going to have her do a few more in a couple of weeks. I highly value her work ethic and amazing patient care. I highly recommend her. Her staff from front are helpful, kind and welcoming.

Negative experience: Called to set up appt to get a cracked filling repaired. Explicitly told them I wanted my filling repaired as it’s bothering me and giving me headache if food is stuck and I would come next week to get X-rays etc of rest of my mouth. I get there they take me back start doing X-rays im thinking they just have extra time as I clearly explained I wanted my filling repaired. Dentist comes in she is very nice but then leaves me with another worker who says I need to make Appts to come get the work done. Mind you I took off work today so I could get the filling repaired. They said well you can wait an hour because now the dentist is busy after we just wasted 45 mins doing what I told them I didn’t want to do today. It doesn’t get any more unprofessional. **respect is not wasting peoples time and I hope you have our conversation recorded Because I am 100% certain I did not misunderstand a thing. Clearly had they told me that I would have went some where I could have gotten my tooth actually fixed. Ooo western dental maybe I should check them out think they’ll actually fix it if they say they are going to? Or maybe just have me pop in for tea

I have nothing but great things to say about her, her husband Daniel and all of her support staff over the years. All the care she has provided was great and the only reason I'm moving on is my insurance (nothing to do with Restore Health). I would suggest Dr. William to anyone in the Los Alamitos area looking for dental care.
