Fantastic experience: I just got my braces off after two years with Orthodontists R Us, and I’m really happy with the results. The staff was always friendly, professional, and made every visit comfortable. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth. My smile looks great now, and I’m really grateful for their work. I definitely recommend Orthodontists R Us to anyone looking for a great orthodontist.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ho runs a very efficient and family-friendly office. She’s very reasonable and her staff always accommodates me and my schedule. They listen to your needs and don’t make you feel uncomfortable or like you’re a bother to them. Jessie (I may be spelling her name wrong and apologize if that’s the case) is wonderful, gentle, and I love how careful she is with my sensitivities! She takes her time and doesn’t rush anything and I appreciate having her handle my adjustments every time I’m in. If you’re looking for a great and friendly Orthodontics Dr., Dr. Ho is your person!

Fantastic experience: Orthodontist was great. Not only were the staff incredibly nice but their prices were the best as well. I lost my retainers and had to get a replacement and they even added complimentary alignment features to the retainers (akin to Invisalign) for free. Other places were telling me retainers would cost 700, 1k, 600, etc. not only did they provide me the lowest price but excellent service. Would recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: I went to a consultation with Dr. Lillian with my daughter. I waited patiently as I was forgot about. Had x rays done was consulted and told of the cost. Scheduled an appointment to come back to start braces and pay and was informed that the appointment was for x rays and to discuss pricing. The staff seemed unprofessional and not very friendly at all. I canceled the follow up appointment as lack of communication. I wasted a half a day going to meet with Dr. Lillian and now I’m being informed after voicing their unprofessionalism that my appointment cannot be rescheduled by Gabby. I asked to speak with a manger and was told the only manger is the doctor abd she is not able to speak at this time. I am currently awaiting a call back from Dr Lillian. This is a brief review and it will be updated and re done after I speak with the doctor! It is unfair how doctors and the medical field is caring for patient today! I do not understand it and I wish people that worked in the medical field cared a little more. Dr. Lillian shared with me that she had a kid as well so I am hooting she understands my frustration. I do not recommend this dentist office! I also sensed that Gabby was racist and does not care for African American people!!! She was so quick to say, you can go elsewhere and I don’t need to be told that when I’m speaking my money! They never cared or showed any care at this office!!!! Sad but it’s the world today!

We were on vacation in Anaheim, CA and we live in Houston, TX; short story my Son’s braces wire slided to the sides on the top and the bottom, stabbing or poking the gums the night before and he was on pain; I called Orthondontics R US, and immediately they took my Son for an appointment to take care of the issue; My son is happy with no pain now on the same day!! Thanks so much!! Very proactive and respectful team!! Thank you once more!!

She had been feeling quite nervous about starting orthodontic treatment, but that all changed once we arrived. The front desk staff were so warm and welcoming, and Dr. Ho was incredibly kind and reassuring. Thanks to their friendliness, half of her fear disappeared right then and there. On the day of her first treatment, I was amazed—she didn’t cry at all and came out looking so confident and proud. She even said she loved her new braces and thought they looked pretty! I came to get a replacement of my retainers that I'd had for 2 plus years. Retainers came in within a week and are sized perfectly and are better quality than my original set!

My sister says they always check in with her to make sure she is comfortable for the duration of the appointment, which is a must and important for any customer and guardian of the patient.They also are able to get us in and out relatively quick which we love. They also provide doctors notes to excuse for school.
