Fantastic experience: Great experience with this office. No wonder the reviews are great! Office staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and feels like they are really there for you. My daughter called for an ‘urgent’ appt. Got her in and performed needed dental work to get her out of pain in a timely matter. She felt cared for by all members of the staff and felt comfortable with her dentist whom had to put a crown on her tooth (and saved the nerve, preventing root canal) Definitely recommend this office! Great job. Thank you so much for the kindness and caring you provided for my daughter!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jensen and Ashley made me feel so comfortable and as relaxed as I can be in the dentist's chair. I had a crown replaced after an old one came off. I can honestly say that there was no pain involved in the procedure. I was so relieved to be able to get everything done in one visit, despite the fact that I literally called the office that morning. I walked out with a new crown and feel so grateful that I don't have to worry about further damaging my already compromised tooth! Thank you Dr. Jensen and Ashley!

I truly appreciate this staff and the way they go above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable. I live about 40 minutes away from the office but the drive is worth it for the excellent care. I feel very fortunate to have found them. Update: Another appointment today and another day of being treated like this office really cares about me and my wellbeing. Any type of dental work scares me to death but the way they cater to my fears and treat me so kindly is priceless. I can’t recommend this office enough.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist in town! Clean, fresh and positive overall. The office genuinely cares about your well being. I became a new patient at this office just a few months ago, and they completely exceeded expectations when I had a sudden wisdom tooth emergency. They got me in the same day, which is rare enough, but what really stood out was how fast, organized, and genuinely caring the entire team was under pressure. Even though my case required a surgical extraction they could not perform in office, they did not just send me off with a referral, they handled everything immediately. They connected me with an oral surgeon and secured a same day appointment, which took a huge amount of stress off my plate. It really was a relief. Dr. Maeda is incredibly accommodating and clearly prioritizes patient care over everything else. Thorough, patience and really listens to understand your situation. You can tell this is not just routine for them, they actually care about what you are going through and act with urgency when it matters. In a moment that could have easily turned chaotic, they made everything seamless. Grateful does not even cover it, thank you for showing up when it mattered most. They even followed up with a text message checking on how my extraction went, even though it was done at another office. That level of care is rare, and it is exactly why I went back to them to schedule the additional dental work I need. Thank you again!

The staff and Dentists were very welcoming. Dr. Ong came into my room and introduced himself. Everything was explained about the care plan for my care. I like the fact that they are very conservative with their approach to dental care. I highly recommend this office! I only wish I had started going there earlier.

I needed a crown replaced and was concerned that I would not be able to get it. With appropriate protections, Dr. Jensen replaced the crown in 3 hours after using a digitized system to scan the tooth and automatically produce a custom crown. I was overjoyed with the result, service, and excellent experience from reception to assistants and doctor as well as the office as a whole. They got me right in and did a tremendous job getting me fixed up until I could get back home for my permanent crown. The service was great and the price was very reasonable.

Fantastic experience: When my wife and I got married in March, 1973 at age 23, I switched over to her dentist, Dr. Babcock, in this office. After I had such a great experience with a wonderful dentist, excellent hygienist and a happy staff, we both agreed that we would never go to another office. Long story short, I turned 76 today (53 years later), and we still go to this office, with the same great dentists, hygienists, front office staff and family atmosphere. I think that's all you need to know, except that they have kept up with all the latest technology and advances in care as well. ;)

Fantastic experience: By far the BEST dentist I've been to in my 63 years! With x-rays and photographs projected on a large screen in front of me the Doctor spent a great deal of time educating me about my dental health before beginning any work. For the first time in my life I felt like I really understood what procedures needed to be done and why, and yet there was definitely no hard sell! Very careful, gentle, and painless. I am hugely impressed and can not recommend this practice highly enough.

Positive experience: I met Dr. Jensen and found him to be very kind, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable during my visit. However, I’ve had trouble communicating with the office afterward. I’ve sent emails to both their old and updated addresses requesting my X-ray files, but never received a response. Since I’m currently abroad, I can’t call directly, which makes it especially frustrating. I appreciate Dr. Jensen’s professionalism but hope the office improves their responsiveness to patients’ messages.

I love this dentist because they want to do the least amount of work to your teeth, preserving them as much as possible and they really care about their patients. The atmosphere in there lets you know they all really enjoy their job and that kind of environment is passed down to the clients. Thankful I found them. ❤️

Fantastic experience: Dr Maeda and his assistant Leanna took care of me. After identifying potential issue with my old root canal, Dr Maeda referred me to a great endodontist and replaced my crown. He and Leanna were caring and attentive, checking on me throughout the procedure to ensure I was comfortable. They are both friendly and professional, and made the dental appointment enjoyable even. Highly recommended this dental care team!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service! I called on a Friday morning because I had a tooth hurting when I chewed on it. They saw me in the afternoon, did x-rays and explained my options, all with no delay, and then referred me to an endodontist that saw me that same afternoon.

Afterwards Dr Oaxaca then explained what procedures that I would be needed. Dr. Oaxaca, the dental hygienist and the entire office staff was simply AWESOME 6/16/25 Update: I woke up with a tooth/gum issue & called Dr.'s Oaxaca, Ong and Jensen office @ 8:05 am. They were able to give me an 8:30 appointment. I was seen right on time then quickly diagnosed & treated by Dr Maeda. Dr Maeda was very through & took the time to give me a good explanation of my dental issue. I was so thankful for getting a morning same day appointment & also fast treatment.

Fantastic experience: I am now 73 years of age, and have been going to these doctors for over 35 years. I typically do no write reviews. They truly care for their patients in so many different ways. They are incredibly honest and credible in their recommendations. Most of my contact has been with Dr. Oaxaca. Although he may look young, he knows exactly how to treat a patient with respect, competence and thoughtfullness.

I have a LOT of dental work from earlier years that requires top notch skills and Dr O always delivers! Plus, when he gives me a shot, I don't even FEEL the needle... how he do dat?!?!?! My friend just had work done by Dr. Maeda, and he was also top notch! I will never ever EVER go to another dentist!!!My former dentist has retired, so I was on the hunt for a new facility to handle my dental needs. If my first visit is any reflection, I hit the jackpot!. Their staff was soooo friendly, and the facility is both beautiful and hi tech. My experience was more than I could've hoped for. I had my teeth cleaned with watching the manatees... does it get any better? Unfortunately, I have hereditarily bad teeth, so I spend a bit more time at the dentist than most.
