Negative experience: If you go to CU and have the dental insurance go literally anywhere else. I was quoted for three fillings and then I arrived and the front desk said I would be getting four. Then while I was already in there the dentist said she thought I have a cavity on a tooth never before mentioned and that it would probably be a root canal. I got a second opinion and there is no cavity on that tooth. Also I was quoted less than half of what I was actually billed. Not worth the headache.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a routine cleaning and everyone there works hard to make sure all your needs are met and that your teeth are in the best shape possible. Even with my tough schedule they accommodate me and find the times that work best for me. Originally I lived close to this perfect teeth but even now that I have moved out of town I make the drive to boulder just to go here. The dentists on staff have always been helpful and friendly as has the front desk staff. Specifically, Addie the office manager has always worked with me to find the treatment and schedule that works best for me. Would definitely recommend this location for all dental needs.

Fantastic experience: This place is now my go to location for all my dental work, the staff there is very friendly and helpful while not pressuring you or trying to upsell you on product. The front desk staff is also very helpful and the manager there Addie, is extremely customer service oriented and works hard to resolve any type of billing and scheduling issues that arise.

I originally scheduled a cleaning here just because it was close to my house and was convenient but after having the experience I did I think I’ve found my new go too dental care office.

Negative experience: This dental company is a scam to the CU Boulders University students, and I would not recommend coming here based on my personal experience. It’s been one month since I’ve had dental services done here and I have not received my refund for my dental services that I was not supposed to be billed for. I’ve been consistently been calling the Boulder office back and forth waiting for my refund to be issued. The administration say they have interest in filing the claim, issuing a refund… claim they have done this, done that, waiting for management approval etc. yet nothing has showed on my bank account. I had my appointment March 24th and it’s April 20th and I am still chasing for my refund. I have to call 2-3 times a week to follow up with them, and either someone is on lunch, or they’ll reach back to me on email, same excuses everytime. This has gotten to the point where CU Boulders Insurance Representative had to reach out to them personally and ask them why they have not issued my refund. Ridiculous company trying to scam CU Boulder University students. I recently visited as a new patient for a routine teeth cleaning, which was supposed to be covered by my insurance. The dentist and dental assistant were excellent—both professional, friendly, and informative. However, I encountered significant difficulties with the administrative side of the practice. Despite the cleaning being covered under my insurance, I was incorrectly charged for the service. I am now in the process of pursuing reimbursement, but the administrative team has not been particularly responsive or helpful. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to reconsider returning to this office in the future.

Negative experience: I would give no stars if possible. While the dentists and staff at Perfect Teeth are wonderful, their office management and billing department are horrendous at best. Perfect Teeth uses a a third-party foreign customer service system (much like when you try to call AT&T), so before you can even get in contact with anyone at the actual office you have to go through this service and THEN they connect you to the office. The first two years (2022-2023) things were fine, and I had no issues. Then the office switched ownership and got bought out, and things management-wise went downhill, in particular with billing (like many MANY other negative reviews here). Since January 2025 Perfect Teeth has been sending me a bill for an appointment in October and April of 2024. I've been in the office well after both of those dates and despite being assured my account was fine, it clearly was not. After several back and forths finally in March, I explained that this was likelt a billing error, and I also asked why exactly they were now trying to bill my insurance for appointments I had over a year ago, the representative could not explain. As I'm sure many know, people change plans and numbers year-to-year so of course the insurance was denying the claim because they were billing the wrong one. The office was unfamiliar with how to bill CU. Then I got a call from a collection service, so I called the office back in frustration and asked why I was sent to collections when I JUST found out about the bill not even two months prior. Again, the representative said he had no information about this. I said "Are you telling me that your office sent me to collections and there's not even a documentation or notice anywhere in my file about this?" and he said yes. RED FLAG. Today I got another bill and lovely letter demanding payment. When I call the office, again I have to jump through hoops just to talk to SOMEONE in the office. Then the customer service rep says she can leave an email for me, to which I demanded that I would like to send the email myself, and I ask her for just the general office email. She responded "I can't provide that to you." I was shocked, and I ask "Well can you transfer me to the office line so that I can at least leave a voicemail myself?" She said "No, I can't do that." So there's NO way to leave a voicemail, send an email, or call directly to the office. And no one calls you back, ever. So now I am leaving a review, maybe finally SOMEONE will call me about this. I am happy to pay any bill I owe, but I want to make sure I am paying what I owe and not paying because of some mistake this office refuses to acknowledge or even explain. I will be advising any and all CU students to avoid this place at all costs which is unfortunate because if you're on the schools plan this is the ONLY dental option you have, but it's not worth the headache their billing department will have you running through. I think some of these reviews are either paid or fake and if you want a real perspective on this office look at the hundreds of complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau which hint, says this office is not "BBB Accredited".

Fantastic experience: Erika Martinez helped my 2 year old daughter have the best experience at her first dentist appointment. Erika made my daughter Mia feel super comfortable with the new experience and made it fun for Mia. Erika was really patient, kind and understanding. She deserves a raise :)

Negative experience: Called me 45 minutes before regular appointment to see if I could come in come in early. I came in about 1/2 hr. early. In dental chair no more than 20-25 minutes. Dentist spent no more than 5 minutes doing exam and high intensity water. Really disappointed in hygienist, Very hard to understand, did not floss hard to reach molars after I asked him to. His fluoride treatment took about 30 seconds. I didn't feel like I got my monies worth.

Fantastic experience: I see the perfection in the Work performed at Perfect Teeth. While I was initially concerned at the length of time it would take for my implants, I observed the attention to detail put forth by Perfect Teeth. I’m incredibly impressed by Perfect Teeth. Thank you. Richard

Negative experience: The staff is super nice and my cleaning/fillings were pleasant experiences but unfortunately, this company is horrible. They did not link my standard cleaning to my insurance and made a separate account in my name and now I am getting statements over email every month. I call in and ask them about it, they state I should not owe anything and they state they will link it to my insurance, and I won't receive further emails. Then the next month rolls around and I have to call in and go through it all over again. The statement was from August of 2023. I have wasted so much time on this.

Negative experience: EDIT: Since posting my original review two weeks ago I've received two more mailings demanding payment and a phone call from a third party collection service. No one from Perfect Teeth Boulder's actual office has reached out or been available to resolve this issue when I call in. The "response from owner" message on my original review has just been that. One single response. Zero follow up after that, no attempt to make things right or correct the error on my account. Would not recommend this location. I used to be a patient here and have since found a new dentist. I was told 3 years ago that my account had been closed out and that everything was good to go. I've continued to receive a physical piece of mail, an email, and text each month for the past 3 years telling me I have an outstanding balance. I'm now receiving harassing calls from a third party service asking for payment of my outstanding balance. Impossible to reach the clinic's front desk or anyone who actually works on site when you call the number listed on their website. Absolutely terrible all around experience. Avoid this place at all costs.

Negative experience: Had an appointment booked originally for 2pm today, but last night got a text saying to reschedule due to a pipe having bursted nearby the office and to call to reschedule. I call to reschedule, and the customer service rep offers me 8am today. I'm confused like why would you offer that time if the whole issue is the pipe bursting? He doesn't really seem to understand, but then says that they were fixing it during my original 2pm time. I'm tired and just say sure okay, 8am tomorrow. I had been waiting a month for this appointment. I show up this morning at 8am and I see a sign on the empty receptionist desk saying they cancelled all appointments today. There's two employees in the office. I tell them the situation and they imply that the customer service company isn't great. They kindly offer to reschedule me, but I declined. If the owners of this place are willing to cut corners with subpar customer service and (based on other reviewers) upsell services I don't need, I would rather just drive 30 min to my old dentist in Thornton

Fantastic experience: I recently visited perfect dental for some dental work! I’m very happy with the experience I received. Dr. Anna Lulek was so kind, gentle and very knowledgeable. I had to get a couple fillings done and she made the whole experience great! Highly recommended

Negative experience: This office cancelled my appointment on me three times. The last time they cancelled my appointment with only 20 minutes prior notice. While there was a seemingly valid excuse each time, for this to happen for 3/3 attempted appointments is remarkable. I spent four months trying to establish dental care here and was unsuccessful.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience every time! I’d highly recommend scheduling your next appointment with Dr. Anna Lulek. She goes the extra mile to make sure you not only understand the cause of the problem and how to correct it, but also how to avoid pain in the future. I really appreciated the extra advice, and finally felt like someone cares about my teeth even more than I do. Thank you Dr. Anna! 5 stars!

She did a wonderful job during the cleaning and answering all questions and concerns that I had during the process. She was very patient, empathetic to my concerns, and provided specific actionable advice. She is someone I will continue to trust my dental care to and who demonstrates an above and beyond standard of patient care.

Fantastic experience: Great experience all around! The new Dentist and new Orthodontist are great and staff are very friendly/helpful. My teeth feel clean and I can’t wait for my Invisalign to arrive! 10/5 stars.

Negative experience: I waited about 6 weeks for an appointment then they canceled a few days before because the dentist did not have credentials. They then tried to reschedule for another month out. I chose to find another clinic.

Negative experience: Terrible. Instead of doing a routine cleaning, they tried to upsell me while I was sitting in the chair. Told me that I needed an expensive exam before they could clean. I went to another dentist and got a cleaning without issue. When I told my friend about it, they said they had a similar experience of this office attempting to charge for work that wasn't needed.

Negative experience: This office cancelled my appointment that I waited 2 months for 1 week before appointment date. When I called to reschedule they said the had no appointments for the following 3 months. Consistently having issues with this Boulder office and their scheduling mistakes. I wish the Erie office never closed :(

Negative experience: Awful place. Open limited days and hours. Complete nightmare to get a hold of anybody there. I have been trying to transfer my dental records for over a month and it’s not done.

Positive experience: The dentists there are competent and very nice. I like the people at the reception too. However, my husband has been having a hard time getting an appointment and when he does it always gets cancelled last minute. This has been going on for a year now. We are considering moving to another dental office because of that which is sad because as I mentioned I like the people that work here.

Positive experience: I used to go to another Perfect Teeth location that closed down and I really like this one a lot more! The dentist was very nice/kind, and overall, I thought the staff were also very nice. My appointment started on time. The only thing that doesn't make it 5 stars is maybe they are understaffed since there were some portions of time I was waiting during my cleaning. I personally didn't have any pressing places to be that day so it didn't matter to me but I can see this being an issue for others.

Negative experience: I scheduled a cleaning appointment months in advance. They cancelled the day before, and never scheduled me again for another appointment. They have rescheduled me 4 times within a 6 month period and keep canceling a few days before the appointment. Paid for a mouthguard and never got it. I’m done with this place and a credit card dispute has been filed. Stay away from this place.

Negative experience: I had reviewed this location after my first visit, and hadn’t had any actual procedures done. They seemed very nice, and had a treatment plan that was exactly what I needed. Then, the treatment began. Now, my last visit was about 5 years ago, and I would hope this dentist that I dealt with no longer works there! Because he had no clue what he was doing! I needed a new set of upper dentures, as well as a couple lower teeth pulled. They did the standard impressions for the upper denture, and started on my lower teeth. He pulled the first tooth, and it went fairly quick. But the second tooth; he must have spent an hour on! I could feel it cracking and breaking apart as he was yanking away. His demeanor changed to a very frustrated person, until he finally gave up. He then recommended that I go to another office to have an oral surgeon remove the rest of the tooth. Unfortunately, my insurance would not have covered it. Something he failed to mention, and that I only found out after contacting the surgeon’s office. Not to mention, the surgeon was no longer at the location, and they didn’t have anyone who could do the procedure. Back at Perfect Teeth, he tells me that it should be fine the way it was, and that I shouldn’t have any troubles with it. I spent the next couple of years trying to find a dentist that would work with my insurance, with no luck at all. In the meantime, I had abscess after abscess, and LOTS of pain! A couple of weeks after the tooth smashing, my upper dentures came in. I went in to have them fitted, and the nightmare began! I had my first upper denture done at another dentist, and it went great! They do the first soft lining, which is adjusted periodically as your gums heal and shrink. After 6ish months, they do the final lining, which gets sent out for the hard lining, returning the same day with a perfect fit! While doing the linings, they put the gel stuff in the dentures, and lightly, but firmly press them in to where they’re positioned right and are comfortable. There was absolutely no discomfort, and it went very smooth. Not this guy! This guy put the gel in, and placed them in position. He then stood above me, placed one hand on top of my head, and the other on the denture. He then proceeded to squeeze, with what felt like as hard as he could, while yelling at me to hold still! The dentures were being pressed so hard against my gums, that one; there was no gel left, and two; it hurt like a mu-fugger! I was close to throwing him across the room and beating the crap out of him! I finally knocked his hand out of my mouth and told him that wasn’t happening again! Needless to say, they didn’t fit right! So he starts dremelling away at them. Puts them back in, still doesn’t fit. Dremel’s more, nada! It got to the point to where they became so thin, that you could literally see through them…well! He winds up sending me home with a ruined denture, and I’m stuck using my old ones over the next few years, until I finally found a great dentist who had me in a new set of (full now) dentures that fit perfectly! I never returned to the Boulder location! Like I said, it has been a while, and hopefully he’s gone. I have been to two other Perfect Teeth locations, and have never had a good experience. One location didn’t even do fillings, root canals, or would pull teeth! They would have you go to a private dentist, who typically doesn’t take your insurance, and write you off. They shouldn’t even be classified as a dentist!

Negative experience: I’m actually in the process of finding a new dentist. I get harassing texts to review Perfect Teeth ( one every few days until I finally left this review), threatening texts to confirm my appointments or I could be cancelled. When I call for an appointment I get some call center. My last appointment at 8 in the morning, there were no other clients and yet they made me sit in the waiting room for almost 20 minutes. While my hygienist was very friendly and kind, it’s clear management is not concerned about respecting customer time. On another occasion they canceled my appointment because they didn’t have enough hygienist. I’ve been meaning to change dentists, but now I’m done.

Negative experience: Upsold me on things I didn't need. I went to another dentist, one with a better reputation, and they said I was fine. Also, billed me months after for something I do not owe, and then after 4 days sent it to collections - before I even got their invoice! Stay away from Imperfect Teeth.

Negative experience: This is one of the most unorganized offices I have ever been to, I have been going here for 8 years and each time I visit they somehow mess up my appointment or cancel it without notifying me. As a CU Boulder graduate student this is the only option we have for dentist services, which seems ridiculous. I would not even provide one star here if there was an option. I would not recommend this office to anyone and if I had the option to go somewhere else I would have years ago.

Negative experience: Four visits, three scans, and still no nighttime mouth guard. And paid $500, with insurance. Get the sense that the practice is trying to grow without enough staff or training. Also a lot if fast changing technology with a steep learning curve. All very nice young persons trying to adapt. Hopefully next visit will be the one.

Fantastic experience: My first visit at Perfect Teeth in Boulder was exceptional. As a new patient I was treated most professionally and thoroughly. The cleaning of teeth was exceptional. Great detail was given to every section of the mouth. The X-rays were done carefully and with precise concern for my comfortability. The dentist took the time to look carefully over the X-rays before it was declared that all was ok on this first visit and that I would return within six months. I having been treated previously for many years by students and staff at Penn Dental School in Philadelphia was completely relieved that I was able to find the most competent staff to treat me here in Boulder close to where I live. Thank you kindly for such excellence, and I shall return to Perfect Teeth and certainly will recommend it to my residents who live across the street with me.

Negative experience: THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS, DO NOT GO HERE. They billed my insurance for work that another office did and are refusing to return the money, so my insurance can't pay my actual dentist who actually did my crown. So I'm going to have to pay it because my insurance won't pay twice, and Perfect Teeth won't give me back the money they took. I am going to be out A THOUSAND DOLLARS because these people won't return money they didn't earn. Don't get treated here!

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE! In the last 3 years, I have had over 20 appointment cancellations due to understaffing. They don't have a receptionist to answer calls or reschedule visits. Their billing department is outsourced and they won't be able to assist you. I have probably spent over 10 hours just on calls or on hold, in exchange, for a total of two dentists appointments and unresolved/incorrect insurance bills. If you need a cleaning every 6 months or year, IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE since they are understaffed. Please save yourself time and go to another dentist.

Positive experience: The overall experience I have had with Perfect Teeth Dental in Boulder has been frustrating. I scheduled an appointment for a 6 month cleaning as a new patient; however, when I arrived, I was told that I had been scheduled as an existing patient and I would not be able to receive the cleaning, only x-rays and an exam, since there was not enough time. Unfortunately, when I called the next day to schedule the cleaning, they could not get me in until November, over two months after my original appointment. Simply not what I expected, given that the mistake was on their part. The dental hygienist and doctor were professional and knowledge so I was happy with that part.

Negative experience: Poorly run. Do not go here. Management: I had two appointments cancelled by them last minute. They never pick up their phone. I called at least ten times on separate days and they picked up twice. To be fair, they said they were understaffed, which is not the employees' fault. They also made up for it by giving me a free consultation, which was nice, but I would have preferred not having a toothache for months. Operations: I got a crown from them. It continued to hurt, and I couldn't get ahold of them to schedule an appointment for months. In that time, my tooth became infected, causing extreme pain. I ended up having to have it pulled, which they did a horrible job on. They did not fully numb the tooth, which they knew but still decided to pull it out. Worst pain of my life. I was fine a few weeks later, but I could have avoided paying hundreds for a temporary crown just to have the tooth pulled and going through months of pain if they had done better.

Fantastic experience: My appointment with Dr. Sanders went very well today. I was taken in on time and Dr. Sanders explained clearly and compassionately all of the work he planned to do on my teeth today. His assistant was also attentive and reassuring about any doubts or subtle pain I might be experiencing. I would TOTALLY recommend this practice for on-going dental care and maintenance.

Negative experience: Made an appointment for a month out and was cancelled due to "an influx of CU students" called to reschedule and only availability was another month out. person who I chatted with told me he wasn't going to explain it again as it was stated in the text for why my appointment was canceled

Negative experience: I did 3 crowns in here about 3.5 years ago. The dentist really addicted to root canal. He strongly recommended to do root canal before placing my 3 crowns and one additional upper molar (indirect pulp cap for that solved my problem.. But I didn;t want irreversible treatment, root canal. So the 3 crowns were just placed without root canal. till now all my tooth are fine without that nerve removal. If the dentist here recommend you to do root canal, you shoul really carefully think about that. I guess the dentist here want to take your money by root canal service.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sanders saw me in a pinch and he and Addie at the front both went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: Made an appointment over a month out - they cancelled appointment the afternoon before without providing a reason. Tried to call but they use a call center to book appointments and can never get through to anyone to book a new one or even ask why original was cancelled. Save your time and go somewhere else that'll respect your time.

Negative experience: While the dentist and dental hygienists are great, the front desk and office staff are not. They do not answer the phone as I have been trying to get into contact with them over a bill that was incorrectly processed for well over 18 months. When I finally got into contact with them, the receptionist was very rude and did not apologize for this in any way. I later went in person to speak with them to settle a billing issue, as they continued to not answer their phones so I could follow up with new information regarding this issue. When I asked for confirmation of our conversation in writing, the young man at the front desk became very agitated and began to insult me and claimed that he didn't know what an email like that would entail. I responded that all I was asking for was just a message stating that we talked and that appropriate action would be taken -- obviously after 18 months of poor (no) communication I'd feel hesitant to trust that anything would be done to correct the issue. After leaving, the receptionist called me and threatened me in hushed tones telling me that he didn't care if the issue was resolved or not. He also said that if I came in person to complain again he would call the police to trespass me. I said that I had no desire to come in person and I only did so because no one was communicating with me. Funny how they can be so quick on the phone to threaten patients but can't be bothered to discuss real issues. After interrupting me constantly and directing personal insults at me, he hung up on me. Please don't come here as, like he said, they don't care about patients issues being resolved! The whole interaction was highly unprofessional. I understand that confrontation and problem solving doesn’t always feel good — I’ve worked many customer service jobs throughout my life in various capacities, but at the end of the day (especially in medical practices), it is essential that an employee maintains composure whether they like the patient or not. I would not recommend coming here simply because the customer service is terrible. It’s a shame because the dental services are great!

Negative experience: I'm trapped in a loop of billing incompetence. I'm worried about it affecting my credit. Several times over the past months Perfect Teeth has acknowledged the error and said they were correcting it, but the incorrect bill arrives in the mail again a few weeks later. Today I tried the weekend call center which was unsurprisingly unhelpful. Call center John did give a name a phone number for Adilene Alvarez when I requested a direct line to somebody who could take accountability for making sure the issue gets resolved. Big surprise, 'this number cannot be completed as dialed'. Adilene if you really exist, please call or email me.

Negative experience: Dentist cancelled last minute twice. Only place that will take my insurance. Horrible.

Negative experience: This office is incredibly hard to contact. I had to contact them seven times (five by phone, two by email) before I got through to someone that could help. They recently were acquired by a private equity firm (under Sonrava Health by New Mountain Capital) and the quality has gone down since. Find a locally owned office instead, if you can.

Negative experience: My fiancé and I have had our dental appointments cancelled THREE TIMES, day-of. People take time off work, rearrange their schedules, and plan daycare around health appointments. Perfect Teeth Boulder’s disregard for their patients is extremely disappointing. To make matters worse, this is the only dentist that takes my fiancés dental insurance, and he’s tried multiple times to get in with them just to have his appointments cancelled. Don’t waste your time, schedule an appointment elsewhere.

Negative experience: Several years ago, I gave this practice a well-earned 5-star review. We have recently left this practice after many years due to constant cancellations, poor record keeping, and lack of responsiveness. It used to be a great office but ever since the new ownership took over, it has been a mess.

I have been trying to talk to someone at the office for a whole month and left several messages. Why is it so hard to speak to anyone at the office. Negative experience: Just go somewhere else!! Appointments constantly cancelled, sometimes as late as two hours beforehand…and then they tell you they have no availability for another month and a half. I’ve been coming here for 2 years and have always had a negative experience. The front desk doesn’t answer the phone and the hygienist I usually have trauma dumps all of her personal life on me during the whole appointment. Switching dentists finally. @perfect teeth, please save yourselves the “we are working on scheduling issues” comment. I’ve seen it on everyone else’s review for months. Update: after 4 continual days of calling and requesting call backs, I finally had to physically go to the office to request my records. All 4 front desk staff were sitting there texting. No acknowledgment for the struggle to get ahold of the office. I even called the office from the waiting room to see if anyone would answer the phone since clearly nobody was busy. Shockingly, there was no answer

Negative experience: Perfect Teeth has a habit of canceling appointments on the day you're scheduled to visit, without any reason. This has happened with my kids as well. To make matters worse, they reschedule you for two months later. I am extremely disappointed with their service. They need to understand the importance of time and commitment, which they fail at miserably. Here’s the message I received just hours before my appointment. Negative experience: Poor customer service, I asked the patient representative to verify if my insurance plan was in-network and was informed that they do not do that until "a few days" before the appointment and that they would not verify dentist and location any other way. I would not recommend this.

Negative experience: This is terrible terrible dentist office. I have literally called many many times and no one respond to me or they sometimes canceled my appointment.

Negative experience: dishonest dentist and subpar dental work. fyi CU Boulder students you don’t have to go here if you’re covered by CU Gold you can go to a lot of places and the same treatments and cleanings are covered. i believe I had Dr Mears. he told me i needed to get four wisdom teeth removed even though only two were hurting. the additional two weren’t covered by insurance and i told him that. he said i should get them anyways because they would cause serious problems later. i believed him, got them removed by his recommendation. the procedure was done by Perfect Teeth at another location. it was extremely painful and i was not put under and it was expensive. i went to two other dentists after Perfect Teeth and both dentists told me that the other wisdom teeth removals were entirely unnecessary. also, Dr Mears recommended a root canal specialist who i confirmed was a family friend of his. the root canal was very poorly and haphazardly done. i know this because there is a gap between the crown and my gum, and now my gum is infected. i’ve been told by another dentist that because the crown was improperly placed i will continue to get infections and unless the crown is removed and replaced, i will inevitably get periodontitis. don’t bother coming here. you will be lied to for a profit and you may make your dental problems worse in the long run. i currently go to Branin Center for Dentistry- they are much better in their service and covered by CU Gold.

Negative experience: Used to be wonderful. I have been a customer for 5+ years and really enjoyed using Perfect Teeth in South Boulder. Unfortunately, after an acquisition, the quality has dropped dramatically. Pros: Some of the friendly wonderful people still work there. Location is great. Office is nice enough. Dr. Mears was/is great, but I believe he is now gone. Cons: It is impossible to get a person on-site to answer the phone (I've called over 20 times on a variety of items - zero answers). This means you're routed to a centralized call center that is woefully ill-equipped to answer any questions. You leave messages, nobody calls back. Confusion abounds on billing and scheduling. I had done Invisalign here, with which there was even more confusion. No longer recommend this establishment. Update: I have been calling and emailing since posting the original review, to pay a bill, and have not been able to reach anyone. Strange business practices to say the least, but I'm increasingly worried that this could negatively impact me as a customer if they decide to turn an account over to collections while simultaneously refusing payment.

Negative experience: Interesting, they are quick to respond to Google reviews but ignore customers in all other situations. Hmm, maybe try not having the place run by a young boy from Arkansas? Even if your exam goes without incident you'll need novacaine to get through the billing, appointment & records chaos that now defines this location! Go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Very accommodating and family friendly! I always have such a positive interaction with the entire staff and they are always willing to go above and beyond to be helpful.

Negative experience: I've had my apt cancelled the day before 4 times now. I called to reschedule, we agreed on a date and time for the Erie location since Boulder is such a mess, and then I got an email saying my apt was scheduled for a completely random date and time that didn't work for me. The Boulder office is so swamped with staff shortages that I would not try going here. If you are a grad student - beware that they will charge you for extra services that are not covered by the CU insurance and it will take months to resolve. Only giving 1 star because the two times I was actually able to get an apt the last couple of years, the tech was nice.

Negative experience: I booked an annual exam in January. When I arrived, I was told they were understaffed and couldn't offer me a cleaning, so my cleaning was booked for early February. The day before my appointment, they canceled and had to re-book for a few weeks later. Two days before that appointment, they had to cancel and re-book it for a couple weeks later. They just canceled this appointment for the 4th time. Unless you don't mind having your cleanings 2-3 months later than expected, I wouldn't recommend this dentist.

Negative experience: Do not go here. Almost a year after my and my husband’s appointments we are still trying to resolve a billing issue in which our insurance company paid them. We then switched insurances and they rebilled our new insurance for the appointment that was already paid for by our original insurance. Now they are trying to bill us directly. No amount of phone calls or emails have we been able to get this resolved. Next step is filing a complaint for fraud with the state of Colorado.

Negative experience: Cancelled my appointment that was scheduled more than a month ago without giving me any chance to reschedule. When I called, the next appointment they wanted me to take was a month away. Real class act!

Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment 4 WEEKS in advance to secure a spot just to be canceled last minute without any other time available. I called and asked to be scheduled within the week of my original appointment as this sort of cancellation is unacceptable but they were not accommodating at all and was unable to provide me with a reasonable appointment time for the cancellation. I would triple check your appointments and make sure they don't cancel on you.

Negative experience: Day of my cleaning the Dental Hygienist did not seem to know how to operate the X-Ray machine and requested help from the person operating the desk. Even then, the X-Rays had to be redone on each side. After the cleaning I was assured as a student that my visit was covered and I only needed to pay for fluoride. I paid for the fluoride. Then, 2 weeks later get a bill for the cleaning, and a another additional charge for the fluoride I had already paid. I’ve now called this office every week since November, and this past week I have called every day and the office refuses to pick up the phone. Seems to be a pattern where they send you to “Brident” a outsourced solution for customer service. However, when you get into contact with Brident they do not handling the billing and attempt to connect you to the office whom again ignores Brident’s call connections. Needless to say, if your a student steer clear of this place.

Fantastic experience: Went to get some cavities filled which normally is dreadful. I sometimes have anxiety getting fillings but the staff made me feel at ease the whole time. The doctor (Dr. Sanders I think) was very compassionate and understanding regarding my anxiety. Plus, he was really good at giving the numbing shots, I barely felt a thing! Out of all the perfect teeth locations I have been to this was by far the best experience I have had.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They incorrectly billed me repeatedly and never answer their office phone, even after the customer service group reaches out via email to request a call back. Not to mention they canceled my appointment I waited months for due to staffing issues. Worst dentist I’ve ever used.

Fantastic experience: Such a fantastic, helpful and warm experience at a dentist office. From the front office staff, to the assistants right down to the dentist this was a great experience. Addie at the front desk was particularly helpful and assisted in navigating a less than pleasant experience with my former dentist. All with a smile and a comforting and compassionate demeanor; she really knows her job and and how best to navigate through nonsense situations and seems to care about the well being of the patients. The office is also very modern and tidy with state of the art equipment and treatments. My dentist was very helpful and informative and offered me several treatment options based on my needs that would fit into my budget. He also seems to actually care. I’m usually very tense at the dentist, am a horrible patient and generally despise the experience but this was different. We all actually enjoyed a good hearty and wholesome laugh together at my last appointment and that’s happened never times before. I really felt ok here and that’s a first as I usually black out or have an out of body experience from anxiety at the dentist; such a wreck and no wonder my dentists mostly hate me. I don’t feel that in this office. Lastly the staff in general are just good folks and I felt very comfortable in this office and would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Luke Sanders is the most caring dentist I’ve ever experienced. He stepped into my pain with me and did everything in his power to help me come out of it. It was far more than providing options from a disconnected viewpoint, he was invested in me and showed it by his words and actions. I live an hour away but I’m considering making this my home dentist simply because I can’t imagine finding better care

Fantastic experience: I transferred over to Perfect Teeth from Sage Dental in Boulder. I found the office to be efficiently and compassionately operated. It's also fantastic that it's only a few blocks away from my house.
